Propane leak especially when the water heater is on. Water damage throughout the ceiling. Roof leaks on all three roof fans. There's something wrong with the energy system Everytime power is connected (not using the microwave) the solar drops to 20% The water leaks behind the shower when you're using it For a $56,000 RV. This place is criminal And they'll make sure you come back and spend your money and "warranty" services here My $700 ecoflow solar battery was stolen out of my mini home here. And they threatened to call the police on my elderly mother who speaks terrible English.

Everything was included. Silverware cooking utensils, bedding, pillows, awning in pop out dining area. It was incredible. The even included outdoor chairs and tables. LED lighting and Bluetooth capable outdoor speakers! It was a wonderful time. And even more wonderful was the professional and personable experience with the associates I dealt with during my RV rental. Family owned and dedicated to making every step of renting a high quality capable RV a simple process. Absolutely the nicest people I've ever dealt with. I would and I am planning to rent from Chill RV in the near future. Class A #1 service! The best part was the accommodations and flexibility of picking up and dropping off the RV. They went out of their way to meet me at the RV drop off point. They also decorated the inside of the RV for my son's 7th year anniversary with his girlfriend. We'd been looking online for a long time, but didn't like anything we saw. Gary came out, introduced himself and showed us a 2017 Dynamax Isata 3 (with a Mercedes Sprinter chassis). We loved it! He took the time to walk us though all the features, but it was late, so he invited us to come back the next day for a test drive. Gary is super friendly, personable, professional and no a 'pressure sales' kinda guy, who also got our jokes... He had it all ready for us, and it felt 'right'. After a few days dealing with the bank, we came back to make the purchase, and after Gary went thru a checklist to make sure every function worked, were excited to drive away in our new (pre-owned) RV. My wife and I love this business so let me elaborate: Rental: I was just inquiring about renting a Camper Van from Todd and he explained everything about everything. I took up his time like crazy asking all kinds of questions day after day and no matter how much I called at inopportune times he would always answer with a positive attitude and give me the low down on any questions and concerns. He even called me to say that he had put the van aside for me and that people were interested and wanted to offer the van to me first. I couldn't miss out so I finally booked. What a guy. Picking up the Van was great and easy. I showed up and Todd wasn't there but Tom is there working hard to make everything work and polish all the details on the cleaning. He takes the time for the tour, gives tips, friendly and helpful in every way even under the immense heat and more obnoxious loads of questions. On the road: I never had an issue but if i had some concerns or forgot how to work something, Todd would always answer or call back shortly after. I felt safe knowing that the Van is very well maintained and that I had someone REALLY there if I needed it. The Pleasure Way Vans that are available are top of the line comfort for these camper vans, and it was really enjoyable to travel in it. We did 3500 miles and did amazing things and stayed at amazing places. All this trip wouldn't of been as special without our home on wheels. Its fun and very convenient to always have everything with you. We took "Slim" up to Sequoia National Forest and it was the perfect home away from home in the woods. Despite being loaded with gear, the van had a lot of get-up-and-go on the freeway and handled surprisingly well on the twisty mountain roads. The van was basically brand new (lucky us!), and was fully stocked with all the essentials. The bed was super comfy and the house battery never dropped below 85 despite us being parked in a wooded area for most of the trip. We found the 20 gallon fresh water tank was the perfect amount for about 4 days of dishes and misc. But you could definitely stretch that if you're careful. Wade is a gracious host and his service is very responsive. He coordinated with us for pickup and was flexible on the details, and even let us know that we'd left some items in the van. Would highly recommend Sunstorm Vans!
