    I had my driver side fender replaced, driver side door dent repaired, and mirror replaced. The fender paint blended perfectly, the door dent was repaired correctly, and side mirror looks back to normal. Dyno was quick to respond back with a fair quote. Hopefully I don't ever have to get more repair work done but if I do I will definitely use their service again.

    I'm a Host on Turo and when one of my Corvettes was involved in an accident I was referred to Dyno Autobody. They did a great job and I took the car home. After I noticed a small area was missed I took the car back and I was surprised at how apologetic they were. They didn't try to blame me for it or come up with some excuse to charge me more. They took care of the minor issue immediately and showed great service and professionalism. That's what sealed the deal for me. I have taken my cars to them 6 more times ever sense. They have an exclusive high end paint that is hard to come across. They do amazing work on all types of cars including exotic cars such as Lamborghini's, Ferrari's, Rolls Royce, and much more. They showed me something that is hard to come by in the auto industry world, amazing service and great workmanship. Dyno is my to go body shop!

    Amazing work! My Dodge Viper was side swiped and after Dyno Autobody was done with it you couldn't tell its been repaired. Very good work will recommend this body shop to anyone that needs any body work done.

The lady wasn't friendly but customer service wasn't something she excelled in. She charged me $258 in "incidentals", when I inquired why so high, she said "You'll get it back when you return the car." Budget and Avis are the only 2 rentals places at Burbank that open at 5:30a. I came at 5am to get in line to return car. 6 cars in line. I'm 2nd. They took first car and fourth car. Did I mention I was 2nd? What the heck? I asked if there was a reason he took the car 2 cars behind me and he just looked at me. It was 5:25a. I asked him if he could inspect my car. He said inspections start at 5:30am. So I asked him what he did with the cars at 5:10am (cars 1 and 4) and he said "Check them in." I said "So basically, they're turned in?" and he said "Yes." So not sure what's the difference between "Turned in" and "Inspected" so I just left my keys on the dash and left and while I was walking to the airport it got notification that my car was turned in. While waiting for said guy to come back and turn in/inspect my car, the 3rd car guy and I were chatting and told me next time ask for a hybrid so I don't waste much gas (I was given a Jeep Compass). I give up.

The listed rate of the Mach-E was $140. - In the lot, I notice near the smaller EVs that there were two Mach-Es - After a haggle the agent relented and allowed me to drive the Mach-E, I had confirmed and paid for ahead of time for 7 days. - Found out it was very difficult to charge an EV in the areas near my hotel or near where my mom lived. Spent hours searching online, finding broken chargers, very long waiting lines or private chargers. - Called Budget to switch to a gas vehicle and was told no problem and no extra charge, return the EV and pick up a similar ICE SUV. - When I returned the Mach-E, the agent, Evelyn decided to rent me a small SUV listed for $70 on their website at that time. - I asked for a similar car with a similar rate. Evelyn refused and became dismissive. She offered me a Mazda CX5, again listed on their website at $70 not the $140 rate of the one I returned. - With no choice or options, I drove the Mazda for the next 5 days. It did not have navigation and made my drives with my mom around LA a lot more difficult and time consuming. - Once back home, I called Budget so-called "customer service". I first talked to Andrea, she refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. After asking several questions she put me on hold for over 12 mins. She came back and claimed that the rates change often. When I told her that I showed Evelyn the rates using my laptop, she promptly hang-up on me in mid-sentence. - I called back and got agent Valencia. She said she could see that my earlier call was disconnected. She wanted to hear all of it from the start. Again, as I was explaining the rate difference, she also hang-up on me in mid-sentence. I should add that I am an AARP member and used the AARP link to reserve on Budget's website. It also says that I am eligible for a free upgrade. What I got was a down-grade and no charge adjustment.   As many before me have recommended, do not rentle. from Budget/Avis since they are shameless dishonest scammers. NB. Offered "Fastbreak" to skip the lines at pickup. They asked for all my info including DL and Credit Card. As soon as I entered the info, they charged me for the week's rental without asking. Also, non-refundable.

We arrived 30 minutes before my pickup time and there were only a few people ahead of us. However, even with three employees working, they were super slow and we ended up waiting nearly an hour to get our vehicle. It was very frustrating and so much time got wasted when we were already in a rush. The layout of the parking garage is also very confusing, and it took us a while to locate the car. I eventually had to ask the guy sitting in the Hertz office for help. At the Hertz counter, I asked where to return the car. The employee said he didn't know because they had moved and suggested checking Google or the email confirmation for the address. I later found two different addresses online and wasn't sure which one was correct. Good thing I saved both addresses because I trusted the return address in the email they sent me and went all the way there just to find out it was the old address. Fortunately, we didn't miss our flight due to the delay in returning the car. Please update the address in your email for god's sake. The latch in the trunk to lower the backseat fell off the morning we returned the vehicle when we opened the trunk, and we never used it. Good thing we didn't get charged for it. One positive thing is that this is the first time I've rented a car and paid exactly the price I saw online. In the past, I always got charged a bunch of mandatory fees at pickup.

Every time I've reserved a specific vehicle, I've been given something completely different, often times an entirely different class of vehicle. This past weekend I attended a funeral. I earned an electric vehicle, Polaris sedan, but upon arrival, nobody was present to assist me and the vehicle that they assigned me was a 2022 Tesla Model 3. This vehicle was in extremely poor condition. The rear fender was damaged, or was missing a reflector in the bumper, and all the wheel center caps were missing. The interior was in worse condition. It smelled like body odor, the seat adjustment buttons on the driver seat were missing, the steering wheel was ripped into pieces and taped, and the sun visors and headliner were filthy. Furthermore, the vehicle had 92,000+ miles. I've never been in a rental with such high mileage. While renting, within 12 hours of picking the car up, I received an email stating that my return was initiated and the car was received by Hertz. My reservation/ contractual agreement was for 4 days. I attempted to contact representatives at the airport location but no answer. I called customer service multiple times and was placed on hold, but nobody picked up. Completely dissatisfied with Hertz, and will no longer rent from them.

Took my car into Ford in November & long story short there were a number of things wrong which needed to be fixed. I was put in a rental, for what I thought would be a week.... The rental was then extended for multiple weeks due to back orders on parts & the rental I was in was not going to work for a holiday trip to Mammoth. This location did not have a 4WD so the dealer authorized me to take the original rental back & pick up a 4WD at BUR, which I did on 12/24. I asked for the rental for 3 weeks, but the dealer never pulled the contract from the airport so last week my car started being charged for the rental. $7k later & a phone call from Tiffany at this location & we found out the dealer was extending the ORIGINAL contract & not the larger vehicle. Long call with Tiffany yesterday & a pop in today & she had EVERYTHING handled! She even allowed me to swap vehicles and put me in a super clean Ford Explorer (the airport car was super dirty). She ensured me the rental would be fully covered (looks like until the middle to end of Feb) and ensured all the charges on my card would be reversed! Tiffany listened to me on the phone & was nothing but uber accommodating! She deserves a medal for working this out for me! STELLAR customer service!

I paid for the Intermediate vehicle option rather than the base vehicle specifically so I could save on gas. When I arrived, not only was the car I selected unavailable, but NO hybrids were even on the lot. They assigned me another intermediate car, and assured me they'd call me when the hybrid arrived at the end of that same day. It has now been a week and they have not called once. I have called them, though. The branch manager assured me she would find a hybrid from another Hertz location. That was four days ago.
