The car was literally brand new (2022 model) and had gotten a ceramic coat a few month back. Upon closer inspection I noticed that the car was full of overspray all around the car!! Unacceptable! Even if it was just the rear bumper it would be bad but the whole car? Unbelievable and very unprofessional to be spraying cars without covering them up, for all I know it could be overspray from other cars being painted. Now my car is filled with little black dots that make the paint rough. Used to be slick! I was also missing a protective decal that they said they would call me when it got there to get it installed and it never occurred either! I attached some pictures of the car fully washed and you can clearly see the overspray. Very unprofessional.
