I ordered a used replacement from eBay and after it arrived I looked for a body shop that could install it. After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!

We drove from Denver to Chicago for Christmas. Our 2001 VW Eurovan had a horrible vibration the last 15 miles. My son checked it out, and the code showed a misfiring cylinder. Grand Auto Center was the closest garage, so we took it to them. They listened to me and did not discount my son's and my diagnosis (I don't always get this respect as a woman). Then they fixed our van and sent us on the road back to Denver. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, fast, and kind group of people to help us! My Volkswagen Jetta was rear ended by some dude. Was referred to Velocity Auto Collision Center by my co-worker. Andre from the shop dealt with the other guys insurance company and worked with their adjuster in completing the appraisal. My car was ready within 1 week, my Jetta looks and performs better then it did before the accident. Will never go anywhere else. read more
