Do not come here if you are a woman and from a certain ethnic background . I visited this business on Friday, April 3, 2026, regarding an issue with my vehicle. When I walked in, there was an older man in the shop who appeared to be the only employee present. As soon as I began to ask a question, he held his finger up at me and told me to wait while he continued texting on his phone. I stood there patiently for about five minutes while he remained focused on his phone and never acknowledged me again. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to assist me. It gave the clear impression that helping me was not a priority. After waiting and realizing I was not going to receive any service or basic courtesy, I left. Hovik and Harout have been taking care of my cars for almost 20 years, from a Volvo 940 that they maintained from almost 200,000 miles to 450,000 miles, through 2 Hyundai Sonatas, and now a Honda Accord. For all those years, they've done exceptional diagnosis and work on the cars, at an honest price. Today, Hovik took the time to call and price compare several body shops he trusts, to repair damage to the bumper, fender, and side mirror on the driver side from some object (possibly a loose tire) that suddenly hit my car while I was driving on the freeway. Since i had to rent a car for the week while mine was in the shop, he suggested replacing struts and shocks this week as well, since my car is already past due at 116,000 miles. For me, the fact that this shop keeps an eye on preventive maintenance is a huge plus. From experience, I know that when they suggest a replacement or repair, they're not trying to gouge me. I took my Range Rover in for a busted side mirror and a sensor malfunction. Hovic said that that open the front and look at the sensor. Upon opening it, he said there was a lot of damage to the inside showing some kind of an accident. I had no accidents on the car bought it from a dealership. He charged $6000 which insurance did not pay for to fix. The sensor light is still on. He now claims it's a different sensor. This place is a scam and does not know how to work with Range Rover. read more

I've been traveling from another state and then the low coolant level light came on and then it says oh you're due for a service in 1000 miles so I popped in early and I had to be on the road again the in 2 days I would just like to say they are extremely gracious and accommodating. The worst people they are scamming people I brought a car in with cooling problem the butch took all of my hoses and "fixed" it. He replaced it for no reason and his reasoning " we have to do the whole thing" which is absolutely not true. They could have only fixed one hoses that was needed . BEWARE!!!! I went in because my check engine light was on. Owner said I needed new spark plugs, gear shift knob, cabin charcoal filter and windsheild whippers!!! Parts that had nothing to do with the check engine light. Wanted to charge me $3,200 when I picked up the car WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STILL ON!!! same owner independent Maserati service. Just had coolants change there today. They seem not very professional. Not open air vent not took off the front bumper to drain coolant. Just use vacuum machine to vacuum the coolant out. Not completely exchanged. Guess what. When I call them they quote Coolant and power steering together 500. But after I changed coolant only cost me over 540. Even higher than dealer ship. Not coming again..... guess what they called me and text me said they did nothing worry. hope i can update the review. Nope I have a money but don't want spend like this. They charged even higher than dealerships. And they don't know how to do it right. This car if not removed bumper there is no way to drain the all the coolant for radiator. They just vacuum it because it's easier to do. If they drain from bottom of radiator it don't need vacuum. read more

Come to find out, they had done shotty work including over tightening pieces which made my truck dangerous and and cost me several hundred dollars to redo the job properly. Whether it is to get a routine checkup on my car or if I have any warning displays - they are the first place I go to! So far it has been really easy to bring in my car. Recently I've been getting a warning on my screen saying "top up coolant immediately, do not drive on" which was quite an alarming signal to me.
