I can't say how thankful we are to Brothers. We were driving from Phoenix to SF when the check engine light went on. We just had Mercedes Scottsdale do an oil change a couple days prior. Mercedes Scottsdale had overfilled the oil in our car. This caused the engine to misfire. Brothers stopped what they were doing and fixed our car problem! We were on our way in about an hour. I needed a new set of rear brakes for my 2010 Mazda 6 and messaged the company through Yelp and Karapak (Gary) got back to me within minutes with a quote that was much more reasonable than other shops! They had the cheapest price after shopping around a little more so I decided to take my car in. While I was there, I casually asked if Gary could look into my passenger side window, which had been stuck in the up position for a while now and also and more recently, started to hear a faint rattle when driving. I was planning on walking the few blocks to work that morning, but Gary offered to drive me in his personal car! It took about 90 minutes for the repairs. When I came back to pick up my car, Gary told me that he replaced the brakes, which was likely causing the rattle, but he got my passenger window to work (the motor to control the window was never plugged in after I had it replaced many months ago) and DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR IT! His honesty was just the cherry on top of an excellent experience that was quick, affordable with service that went above and beyond. They were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The car was ready in no time, and the price was fantastic! It was so much lower than expected, and the brakes are perfect. It's been over a month now, and the car is braking as if brand new! :) Another thing I love about Brother's.... they have birds! Yes, birds! So pretty! I highly recommend Brother's Automotive. Based on the reviews here I contacted them on a Sunday (expecting to hear back on a business day). I was pleasantly surprised when I received a reply back in minutes asking if it was OK to speak on the phone.... remember that this was on a Sunday! After a brief phone conversation, I scheduled to bring my wife's Porsche Cayenne S to them at MY next availability. She was smelling fumes inside the cabin through the AC vent. Within 2 minutes of opening the hood, they identified the problem but asked if I could leave it for a half day so they could research a bit more. I left it and received a call about 3 hours later telling me the car was fixed. They even did a quick cleaning of the engine bay. I drove the car for the next 30 mins and there's no sign of the fumes. Turns out a small hose came undone. Best part was they only charged me for an hour of work. A less scrupulous shop would have charged for a bigger job, but then again they wouldn't be getting such great reviews. From now on, this is my "Go To" shop for our cars out of warranty. Very good group of guys. PS: The birds are a nice touch. They're breathing no more fumes than the humans who live or work on Glendale Blvd. They don't seem to be abused, and the owner told me they're all rescues. read more

I actually visited brothers auto two weeks ago and I definitely will not take my vehicle to any other mechanic from this point on. My starter was not working properly so Gary told me he would check it out. Usually this is when the starter needs to be changed which ranges in the 100's. 10 minutes had not yet passed and Gary called me over telling me you are good to go! WOWWW IM SO IMPRESSED! This is by far the best automotive care shop I've ever been to. And I've had several cars. They responded to me within less then ten minutes of me asking for a quote. They were so fast! They are so nice, fair on price, and help you understand what is wrong with your car without making you feel stupid! Other people were trying to charge me more money for rotors that i didn't even need for me car. But they test drive my car new it was the wheel bearings, fixed them and then showed me there was a nail in my tire and that another one of my tires had a lump in it which also explained the problems I described to them about my car. The brothers are great, he called me back right away at 8pm, we talked. I discussed my benz needs, he told me to take it in at 8am and he would be done by around 2/3. He finished the job by 1130am. I got my rotors, spark plugs, and battery replaced with factory parts. My car is now not making a noise anymore and my brakes are good for another 5-10 years! They are definitely experience with benz, as they have a benz in mint-prestige condition as a showcase to prove there abilities. read more
