A lot of respect and appreciation for the his crew here. I brought in my father in law's truck after his catalytic converter was stolen. Ariel, brought the truck in the garage and inspected it, and even advised me on the most cost effective way to replace it. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection, and even referred me to another shop that could help me. The experience of trying to figure out what to do after having the catalytic converter stolen was a definitely confusing, so having Ariel lend a helping hand and extend his kindness meant the most. Highly recommend, the character at this place is off the charts! read more

I had a loose panel under the car that was dragging. They worked on it as soon as I got there and had it resolved within an hour. Evidently it had been dragging for a while because it no longer drags when I turn into my driveway. They didn't charge me for it so a great value. read more

The team was super responsive when I asked about their services and availability, so I was able to drop-off the vehicle the next morning and was told they'd contact us the same-day. Unfortunately, they had taken my phone number down incorrectly so I had to follow-up the next day to get the information which they sent over in a very clear, user-friendly program that allowed us to check which services we wanted. Pricing seemed fair and the speed was reasonable. I would absolutely consider them again in the future. read more

I recently had an issue with my trucks electrical system. I called One Stop Auto Care, and ask to make an appointment, I was told to bring in my truck that day. By that evening my truck was repaired. They certainly deserve 5 Stars Plus, A shop that is dedicated to serving their customers, and knowing the repairs are done right. Sergio ( customer for 9 years) read more

Overall, great communication, fast turn arounds, and excellent customer service! I was due for my regular service maintenance, but I was also having issues with tire pressure this past weekend and I knew all my tires were due for a change out soon anyway and was worried about getting a potential flat if I waited any longer (I have a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid and these cars do not come with a spare ). I was trying to look for a shop that would be able to do everything at once ASAP (a One-Stop shop if you will). I found this shop and I'm satisfied with how detailed and communicative they were throughout the whole process (shout-out to Anthony!) Past shops have never given me a detailed report with pictures, status of wear/tear, and written explanations for the recommendations for my car, and it was so nice to be able to cross reference everything. Anthony was so knowledgable and took the time to explain all the "why's" for the recommended services. "Recommended" was very much emphasized throughout our conversations and the inspection report that's given to you is clearly color coded with Green (Checked & Okay), Yellow (May Require Attention Soon), and Red (Requires Immediate Attention) so you can opt in/opt out for any services based off the findings. A clear timeline for the service was communicated to me and I was able to pick up my vehicle the next day (probably would've been same day if I didn't need new tires). They also offered a free shuttle service after I dropped my car off and washed my car after the service was done! Great experience overall. read more

The team at One Stop auto where amazing, they set me up with some new tires aligned mounted balanced and installed. Pricing!!!!!! I got a quote on my car and I reviewed it to see $1000 added twice for each part needing service. I'm sorry but I put the pictures they sent and uploaded them to another mechanic and it was just bushings. Not what they said. I'm not a mug - don't expect to be taken as one. But $11k and the vehicle runs absolutely perfect excerpt one thing I brought it in for .... The parts $800 and I could do it myself but I'm slammed with my own work I figured I would take it here. I Genuinly am shocked. $11k guys hahahaahahahha I'm not joking! The car cost $12k in Pristine condition. Go somewhere who knows how to quote properly. Their labor must be $5i00 a hour. Hey! I'm sure they're great! I'm not paying for all the staff to stand around while one works on my car. read more

Old school NELA vibes and trustworthy service with top tier tech for diagnostics, clear honest communication, and thorough follow up. I've been taking my VW Golfs here for many years since 2019. An excellent dealer alternative. They even offer a driver service to drop you off locally. read more

One Stop Auto offered me a comprehensive and thorough assessment of my cars issue. I came in with a rattling issue that only happened at 1-2k rpm, Gio was happy to take a drive with me until we heard the problem together. His team quickly determined the issue and also suggested valid routine maintenance options printed out clearly with descriptions, photos, and quotes. My car no longer rumbles (they secured a loose heat shield - normal wear and tear) and did maintenance on my coolant system. As a first time client, I'd be happy to bring back my car for further support. read more

I recently dropped off my car for a number of reasons. They quoted me over $2k. I declined some services and only had them deal with the rear brake, which came to $1k. It sounded urgent so I approved the work at that cost. Since my visit, I've spoken to multiple people who have told me that I was given an egregious estimate. I am not only angry but sad as well, thinking of all those other customers that are being overcharged and ripped off. They were very kind and accommodating while I was there but that was all for show, I suppose. read more

Ariel and his team were fantastic to work with and did excellent work on my car. I had the suspension replaced on both the front and rear, and they also addressed an issue with my control arms that had been replaced by another shop months earlier. Those parts had failed over time but were still under warranty. Ariel was upfront and honest throughout the process. He clearly explained the problems and even advised me on how to navigate the situation with the original shop. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get high-quality OEM control arms to replace the faulty ones. His expertise, transparency, and willingness to go the extra mile turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. I really couldn't ask for more -- they even washed my car before I picked it up. I highly recommend Ariel and his team for their professionalism, skill, and integrity. read more

I very rarely write reviews, but after my experience with One Stop Auto Care on Eagle Rock Boulevard in Los Angeles, I feel compelled to do so. I'm not here to needlessly trash their business; I want to be very specific about what went wrong. I brought my 2019 Tesla Model 3 to have new shock absorbers (coilovers) installed and the suspension checked. I supplied the parts; they handled the labor. Initially, everything seemed fine, though I was surprised by the labor hours billed. Because I'd trusted them with my previous gas-powered vehicle, I accepted it. Once back on the road, the car scraped entering gas stations and strip malls. They had not set the ride height back to stock height. I returned, and they adjusted the height. 10 days later, I heard metallic "dinging"--the springs shifting. I returned again. After a quick inspection, they tightened some bolts and sent me off. Immediately, the noise was ten times worse. They hadn't test-driven it. On my fourth visit, they made vague excuses. They recommended replacing additional bushings and arms which they had not mentioned in the previous inspection and at considerable cost. I agreed, yet the car still felt wrong. I sought out an after-market Tesla suspension specialist. Their inspection revealed that the front shocks had been installed on the wrong sides--left on right, right on left. Including the relative control arms. As a result, the top hats were under considerable stress and need immediate replacement. The control-arm bushings were also under stress and wearing fast. The height-adjustment ring on one of the coilovers hadn't been tightened and was loose and midriff. The spring paint was cracked and rusting also due to the improper installation--all this within six weeks. After bringing the car back 4-5 times the fact that the shocks had initially installed on the wrong side left me speechless! I replaced the shocks with new ones. After which, the specialist-installer went on to note that the coil over bolts had been stripped, likely from a pneumatic gun. And that I was fortunate that he had replacements in-shop to replace them. He went as far to say that it was lucky he was even able to remove them. The entire job took less than 2 hours! When I returned to One Stop Auto Care with all this evidence, I told them I wanted no further work--only reimbursement. Despite paying them well over $3,000 in labor they offered only $400 in refund. Allowing me to leave in an unsafe car was bad enough, especially with my children inside. But they added insult to injury by reducing the labor hours when a refund was at stake to suit their own needs. Then they didn't even follow up. After two weeks, I had to chase them down. The refund took two minutes--when they finally bothered. This whole ordeal shows a complete lack of accountability or care. The specialist rightly asked: if they didn't feel they were qualified to do the work, why do the work at all? They could have refused, and I would've gone elsewhere. Instead, they took my money, did shoddy work, never tested the outcome, and sent me onto the road in a potential accident waiting to happen. To say I'm furious is an understatement. I feel betrayed by a shop I once trusted. If you have suspension issues, avoid One Stop Auto Care on Eagle Rock Boulevard in Los Angeles at all costs. No pun intended! read more

Excellent customer service and quality work. I've been a customer for several years. Ariel and Geo are the best.

One Stop takes great care of my 2009 Honda CR-V. I first came to fix a whining noise that the Honda dealership shop couldn't fix and have been a loyal customer since 2020. They are knowledgeable and always easy to work with. read more

This shop exceeded my expectations. They were upfront and honest, explained everything clearly, and got the job done quickly. Communication was excellent the entire time. Bonus points for being so kind and patient with my very talkative child haha that alone says a lot about their customer service. I've seen comments about pricing, but in my experience it's in line with other shops ..some cheaper, some more expensive, and some about the same. What really sets One-Stop apart is the quick turnaround, a great warranty, and the fact that they consistently diagnose and fix the actual issue the first time. Great experience overall. Highly recommend. read more

Thank you, One Stop Auto Care, for taking such great care of my Volkswagen CC. After a long stretch of not driving during COVID, my car needed quite a bit of work. The team at One Stop Auto Care was fantastic from start to finish. From my very first call, I felt heard, understood, and confident about bringing my car in for service. The entire process was smooth and stress free. Every step was clearly explained, and I was given the time I needed to understand and approve the work before anything was done. When I came to pick up my car, they told me I would fall in love with it again, and they were right. Everything runs so smoothly now, and it feels almost brand new. Thank you for treating both me and my car with such respect and care. You made this experience a positive one, and I would not hesitate to recommend One Stop Auto Care to anyone. I don't usually leave reviews, but felt compelled to for Anthony and co. I am a single woman in my 20s without a support system, so when something goes wrong with my car I also get to play the game of "who's going to take me seriously, not take advantage of me, and treat me like a person." Anthony and co. made me feel like I was being heard and taken care of, and gave me genuine recommendations and advice based off what was best for me and not off what would make them money.
