It took over a month to get an estimate, and not even a breakdown estimate, just a ball park, the fixing cost was so high that I decide to just sell the wreck, then they charged me thousands of dollars for storing the car even though I could not get a quote in time from them or they won't release the car from their yard ( the whole time they never mentioned storage fees to me or give any warnings, I even specifically asked for storage cost and all they said is don't worry about it... ) Shady business practice and I deeply regret agreeing to use their services. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I was rear-ended on the freeway on the way to work. They made being in an accident the easiest it could be. Armen and his team do top notch work from beginning to end. They had a tow company they work with pick up me up and take me and my car to their body shop. The had a rental car waiting for me there so I could get to work so I could still meet with my clients. It took them about 3 weeks to fix my car.
