It took over a month to get an estimate, and not even a breakdown estimate, just a ball park, the fixing cost was so high that I decide to just sell the wreck, then they charged me thousands of dollars for storing the car even though I could not get a quote in time from them or they won't release the car from their yard ( the whole time they never mentioned storage fees to me or give any warnings, I even specifically asked for storage cost and all they said is don't worry about it... ) Shady business practice and I deeply regret agreeing to use their services. Armen and his team do top notch work from beginning to end. They had a tow company they work with pick up me up and take me and my car to their body shop. The had a rental car waiting for me there so I could get to work so I could still meet with my clients. It took them about 3 weeks to fix my car. They have a rental car service so I had a car right away, from the day right after the accident to the day I got my car back. But decided to give them a try, one reason is how close it is to my home, another reason is with deeper research it seems like many body shops in Glendale buy fake reviews on yelp... Anyway I went in to get my rear paint fixed, one of the owner greeted me and explained to me when the pain was peeling off in the first place - turns out it was repainted before... that's simply horrible.
