I tried this place out after I was clipped on the 120 freeway and my 2012 BLACK MERCEDES C250 was SLAMMED into the wall! The damage wasn't pretty to say the least but could have been much worse! I would get updates 2-3 times a week from Armen. He always gave me the best customer service and fast replies! He always let me know what was going on every step of the way and all the damage they discovered externally and internally. They were very thorough and made me Mercedes look BRAND NEW! I would start my review saying "thank you" to Ben. When someone hit my parked car inside a parking lot, this valet company was responsible enough to send me to Ben's Central collision in Glendale. I managed to put a hole through the grill of my brand new car, and after reading so many great reviews on yelp decided to bring it in. I don't think I've ever made a better decision in my life. Got into an accident on the way to work in Beverly Hills at 7am. I was so frustrated and overwhelmed. I was referred to Haik at Central Collision Center and a serious weight was lifted off my shoulders. He had my car towed, gave me instructions for the rental pickup, coordinated the adjuster, and everything else. Last week I scratched my car (my baby). I've never had body work done on a car before because I always too afraid of the cost. I called Central Collision Center and they told me I could send a photo of the car or bring it in for an estimate. I live nearby so my husband brought the car over. We were quickly given a very reasonable estimate to redo my front bumper and replace the trim. My husband kept asking for additional costs because the price seemed so reasonable and he was assured that would be the final cost. The car was repaired super quickly and it looks brand new. I couldn't be happier with the work and how up front they were about all of the costs. Excellent customer service!! I've dealt with many body shops before but Central Collision Center defied my expectations! Our corporate van was in an accident which slowed down the business a great deal. I spoke with Ben, explaining that I needed the car back ASAP given the importance of the company car. He promised I would have the van back within a couple of days and he was true to his word!! Unlike others, he didn't give me any excuses, or wasted time. He gave me a promise and delivered! The guys did a great job in fixing the car too. The left side of the van was badly damaged and required extensive work. After I got the van back, I could tell from my experience that they did professional work. It is really hard to find professionals who do great work, provide great customer service, and stay true to their word. At Central Collision Center, you get all of the above!
