Central Collision Came Through in the Clutch!! I swear that wasn't a car pun. They really did... I've been in LA for over 5 years and until 2 weeks ago, I haven't needed the services of a collision repair or even a general mechanic. I have a friend who is fully qualified and always helps me out when im in a pinch. Unfortunately, I just banged my car up pretty bad (not my fault) and my friend has been out of commission with a broken leg so I was forced to look elsewhere. Highly, highly recommend. I will be back for any car troubles and have already referred all of my family and friends. I got into a car accident, a women ran a light and t-boned me. My attorney sent me here and I'm so glad he did, because these guys truly did their absolute best to make sure I got the most accurate claim possible for my insurance. They spent extra time on my car and looked all over the ins and outs, calculated every bit of damage, like no other shop has ever done before. Having had my car vandalized in the worst way a neighbor referred this fine establishment to me. It was not on my insurance companies approved list where they would guarantee the shops work but it doesn't matter to me. The Work was spectacular as it looks like I just drove it off the dealership floor. I was planning to pick the car up n go straight to the car wash but that was not necessary because the car was washed waxed n interior cleaned to a spot less level. My boyfriend and I got into a car accident and it was very frightening. Luckily it wasn't too serious and we weren't hurt and these guys were very well recommended by my uncle because he had gotten into a car accident not too long ago and used them to fix the problem. When I called I was able to get one of the guys on the phone right away and actually they also sent a tow truck out to get my car since I had only crashed a few miles away. They were able to get me a rental car and also help me find a good place to get therapy for the pain that I had on my back from the car accident. SO, first and foremost, I went in to take my car due to an accident that occurred with my car, and he served me with such amazing comfort and customer service. They told me my car would be ready in 2 weeks, and they meant their word! Throughout the 2 weeks, they would check in with Me and update me about my car. So my car was vandalized and I was beyond frustrated. I looked for a body shop that was going to be able to fix my car, get it to look the way it did prior to the vandalism and do it in a time limit to have my car back to me ASAP. The guys at the Central Collision center amazed me by their professionalism and their work. If you're looking for a place to repair your car whether you have been in an accident or not Central Collision is the best place to go to. My car got involved in a hit and run and my door was completely dented. In addition to my door a lot of other parts of my car needed to be repaired as well. Thankfully they were able to fix everything in such a short period of time! Through the process they called me a few times to update me on the repairs, which not all body shops do. When I went to pick up my car it looked as if my car was newly purchased from the dealer! They had done such an amazing and clean job I was so happy to see how everything came out. I found these guys on Yelp and I had just gotten in an accident a few hours earlier. When I called I spoke with one of their representatives and they were able to answer all my questions. I had my car towed to them and within a week my car was completely fixed looking brand spanking new I think the best part of the experience was the fact that they had the availability to give me a rental car while they fixed my Audi.. these guys are five stars all around. The owner is really nice and the workers do an excellent job with the repairs. My car looks brand new and like nothing happened. I got into a car accident in Feb 2018 and the passenger side of my vehicle was dented and scratched really bad. I went through my insurance and chose this place because of the other yelp reviewers and because it was close to my home. The owner did the estimates, ordered the parts, I dropped my car off and 9 days later I picked it up. He even waxed and vacuumed the inside of my car.
