My car overheated in the freeway, and I came to the first auto mechanic that came up. While they are not specializing in engine work, the gentleman here diagnosed the problem, quickly helped me by fixing my issue and did not ask to be paid. He did it knowing I was in a tough situation, and saw I needed help! I am very grateful for his service and will come back! All around great experience! read more

Brought my BMW z3 coupe back to life. The car was keyed in several places, had damage to the hood and kidney grilfrom prior accident and bad repair, the fenders busted, blinkers and fog lights also needed replacement. Car ended up looking like new. Very impressed. My mechanic recommended them and when I went for the quote they were working on a total Bavaria restoration and an M3, I knew I was at the right place and Vic and his team did not disappoint. Not too long after restoring my Z3, our family pilot was rear ended. The bumper was totaled and muffler also needed replacement. The only silver lining was that I knew the gents at Auto Perfection Group would leave it like new. They did not disappoint. Beautiful job and it was nice to get back in there and talk cars with them. read more

Alfred is AMAZING. I have known him for over 10 years and he has assisted me multiple times. When you go to Auto Perfection Group, it's like they welcome you to their home. Incredible customer service and timely responses. Alfred has a heart of gold and truly cares about his customers. He will never deceive you just to make an extra buck. You get professional and honest service, which is at times difficult to find in this industry (especially being a woman). I needed some parts for my new car and he was able to order them asap and call me back a few days later! You can't get this type of service and attention anywhere else. I highly recommend this business (and I'm very difficult to please ). read more

They're called Auto Perfection for a reason! I've never felt more inclined to do a Yelp review, but this place is the 5-star restaurant of car repair shops. I scratched my girlfriend's white BMW parallel parking like an idiot and she JUST got it from CarMax weeks before. I immediately took it to two different BMW dealerships where their service station estimated $900-$1000 to repaint the whole bumper and fix the scratch. Unhappy with my results, I kept looking and was suggested Auto Perfection by a car detail shop in Burbank that spoke about them highly so I took their word. Immediately I was greeted by Alfred who is the nicest guy you'll ever meet and I told him the situation. His estimate was less than half as much as the BMW dealerships with the same high-quality professional job to repaint the whole bumper. He had the exact "Alpine White" paint and everything. Plus, there were other BMW, Lexus, Cadillac, and nice cars getting worked on so I knew this place was legit! Without hesitation I took my car in on a Friday, my gf really needed her wheels by next week so I asked if there was any way we could have it done by Wednesday and he guaranteed me that it would be done by Wednesday (the dealership service estimated 1-2 weeks) Wednesday came around and the car looked better than it did before, with a fresh wash and everything!! BTW, Alfred was very easy to reach during the whole process, he was always able to provide status updates on the repair. Find you a place that does that. I can't stress enough how amazing Alfred and his team are. The affordable price, friendliness by everyone there, and the lightning fast professional job they do almost makes me want to scratch the car again and take it back. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any auto repair. read more

The team at auto perfection group did an amazing job fixing my VW Passat. When parts were scarce, the body shop was able to find and replace a bumper and other key components. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this team if ever in need of body work. read more

There are hundreds of auto body shops in Glendale. They'll all promise you the moon, but how many can really deliver? If you're looking for perfection, look no further. Alfred and Vic are true master craftsmen. I was floored by the level of quality and attention to detail they put into my repair. I couldn't believe how flawless it looked when I picked it up. While I only had the car in to get this side damage repaired, they also cleaned up some unrelated scrapes on my bumper and gave the car a full detail, inside and out. And to top it all off, the price was extremely fair, no sneaky addons or upsells. Getting your car repaired can be a stressful experience, but it doesn't have to be, just stop by Auto Perfection Group and see the difference for yourself. read more

I was referred to Alfred by an old colleague when I was in a previous accident a couple years back and he did great work on my car at that time. It's been extremely resourceful to have him in my contacts and be able to connect with him on my recent accident without having to spend more time having to do the research of finding a new body shop and building trust and a new dynamic with someone. Taking into consideration that being in an accident that wasn't your fault is a lot of effort in itself. As usual, he was easy to work with, kept his word on how soon he was able to fix my car, and did great work once again. I trust his work and he's great with responding over text whenever you reach out. I'll refer any of my friends to him. read more

Honestly they have highest quality work and surpassed my expectations by a mile! They treat you so well, try to accommodate with your needs based on what you want and treat you with utmost respect, which is rare in the business. I took my 2017 Tacoma TRD Off-Road here for a complete body modification with installation of front and back bumpers with custom work done, custom grill, decal work and paint job due to my accident. They did an outstanding job with the wiring of my off-road accessories and lights, keeping it incredibly clean. Due to my paint being custom, they were able to color match it perfectly with their in-shop color matching experts. Would definitely recommend this to anyone with literally any type of car trouble or installation of custom parts. They work on makes such as Lamborghini and Ferrari to your daily Toyota and Honda. read more

I had a deep dent in the rear door of my Subaru Crosstrek and was concerned about the time it would take to repair and match the custom color for that year (it was hyper blue). After taking it in for an estimate, I was so happy to find out that their process for repairs would have a minimal impact on leaving me without a vehicle to drive! Alfred explained that he would order the parts and call me once they arrived before cutting a small section of door away so that they could work on the paint matching. I was free to drive the car in the meantime, which was hugely convenient. I was also shown the thoroughness and detail of their color matching process and assured that the paint matching required test and adjust to see how it would set and look in the light to make it just right. All the while, I was appreciative of the regular communication via text on the progress until it was time to take my car in and have the door installed. This whole process took just one day--I only left it with them for one night and the car was returned to me fully washed and waxed. 100% satisfied and would highly recommend their service. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about this place, so here it goes! I got in an accident with my brand new car which I adore more than anything else.... my 2016 Ford Mustang was nearly totaled having been hit both from the back and the front. I wanted to make sure I took my car somewhere that I could trust to not only be fixed but fixed to the point of perfection....(no wonder they are called auto perfection group!) So being a girl I didn't know much about car repair and so was recommended to bring my car here. To begin with, the workers, Alfred and Vigen were so sweet and assuring that my car would look brand new again. They made me feel so comfortable and allowed me to put my complete trust in them. I called them multiple times to check on my car, and each time they responded to me with the utmost respect and were always willing to answer my questions, no matter how annoying I was. Their customer service is amazing and they will work with you to make sure you are as happy as can be! Now my car itself, looked like I had just bought it out the dealer... they truly did an amazing job. Not a single sign that I was ever in an accident. Their work is clean and looks nearly effortless. A+ job for sure. I highly recommend bringing your car here if you want the job done right!! THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY CAR! read more
