Brought my BMW z3 coupe back to life. The car was keyed in several places, had damage to the hood and kidney grilfrom prior accident and bad repair, the fenders busted, blinkers and fog lights also needed replacement. They're called Auto Perfection for a reason! I've never felt more inclined to do a Yelp review, but this place is the 5-star restaurant of car repair shops. I scratched my girlfriend's white BMW parallel parking like an idiot and she JUST got it from CarMax weeks before. I immediately took it to two different BMW dealerships where their service station estimated $900-$1000 to repaint the whole bumper and fix the scratch. Unhappy with my results, I kept looking and was suggested Auto Perfection by a car detail shop in Burbank that spoke about them highly so I took their word. Immediately I was greeted by Alfred who is the nicest guy you'll ever meet and I told him the situation. His estimate was less than half as much as the BMW dealerships with the same high-quality professional job to repaint the whole bumper. He had the exact "Alpine White" paint and everything. Plus, there were other BMW, Lexus, Cadillac, and nice cars getting worked on so I knew this place was legit! Without hesitation I took my car in on a Friday, my gf really needed her wheels by next week so I asked if there was any way we could have it done by Wednesday and he guaranteed me that it would be done by Wednesday (the dealership service estimated 1-2 weeks) Wednesday came around and the car looked better than it did before, with a fresh wash and everything!! BTW, Alfred was very easy to reach during the whole process, he was always able to provide status updates on the repair. Find you a place that does that. I had a deep dent in the rear door of my Subaru Crosstrek and was concerned about the time it would take to repair and match the custom color for that year (it was hyper blue). After taking it in for an estimate, I was so happy to find out that their process for repairs would have a minimal impact on leaving me without a vehicle to drive! Alfred explained that he would order the parts and call me once they arrived before cutting a small section of door away so that they could work on the paint matching. I was free to drive the car in the meantime, which was hugely convenient. I was also shown the thoroughness and detail of their color matching process and assured that the paint matching required test and adjust to see how it would set and look in the light to make it just right. All the while, I was appreciative of the regular communication via text on the progress until it was time to take my car in and have the door installed. This whole process took just one day--I only left it with them for one night and the car was returned to me fully washed and waxed. 100% satisfied and would highly recommend their service. read more
