I ordered a used replacement from eBay and after it arrived I looked for a body shop that could install it. After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!

Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. Alfred and his team are the most patient and pleasant people to deal with especially during a stressful situation like having your car hit twice in one month. Going off of my boyfriend's recommendation I had him drop off my prius over there to get some body work on both the side of the car and the bumper. Alfred dealt with the insurance company and helped me handle the situation in a timely and efficient way despite the fact that the insurance company moved so slowly. He cleaned the outside of my car taking away any water damage spots and even spruced up the front bumper that had some minor damage free of charge. When we went to pick up my car the other morning he was so kind and so generous AND the insurance company hadn't even processed his payment so he was basically giving my car back to me without having the money in his pocket yet. For all of you reading, the payment has gone through.... The Real Deal. Incredible, simply incredible...I got rear-ended a few weeks ago, leaving me on the edge about replacing the rear bumper of my white E93 M3. I lagged repair on the rear bumper for a few weeks, with rain, dirt, grime filling between the cracks in the paint and further throwing everything about the situation into a worse condition. I called up Alfred at Auto Perfection Group and he offered me incredible insight and went above and beyond on my M3, to repair, clean up, spray and bring back its factory condition look without replacing the bumper. He killed it, just fascinated with the quality of work for the amount he charged. It is quite evident that these guys are more concerned with offering the best in quality, customer service and expertise than they are about making money off their clients. I finally found an HONEST body shop. Thank you Alfred!! Last week I was rear-ended by someone and today went to 3 body shops to get estimates for a repair job. The first 2 places (in Glendale) told me that the bumper needed to be repainted, for $450, and would take 2-3 days. My 3rd stop was AUTO PERFECTION GROUP. Alfred carefully looked over my bumper, spending much more time inspecting it than the other 2 places. Then he said "Do want me to try to clean it up?" and came back with a can of something and a soft cloth and wiped all of what looked like scrapes but was really just paint away, and my bumper looked new again. No charge. He saved me $450. And from being without a car for 2-3 days! Then he showed me that underneath there was a deep crack from being hit, but said the car itself was fine and could go another 10 yrs without fixing it. Up to me. So refreshing to find someone so honest and attentive in such a corrupt industry. read more

It all started when my brand new BMW 328i was keyed about three weeks after getting it, so I asked my dealership where they recommended, and they said to take it here. I brought it in, and was immediately greeted by a very friendly man. He gave me an estimate of $1,100 to completely repair the scratch (which ranged from my hood to the door). I brought my car back a few days later for him to start the repairs. It look about ten days to complete the job, and when I saw my car again, it looked almost better than when I got it. The scratch was completely gone, totally undetectable. He also washed and waxed my car. He charged me exactly $1,100, the same as the estimate. I am very satisfied with the experience, and if I ever need any other work done on my car (let's hope I don't), I'm bringing it here again. read more

It took me so long to find the exact color I wanted for my truck because it's so rare for F150s. When i got into an accident, I was devastated and didn't know if I could possibly find someone that would be able to make the exact same color and make it look professional. Thank god I found him. He took the upmost care of my truck and made the exact same color and surprisingly it looks even better than before! I don't know how that's even possible but he did it. Ask for Alfred. Brought my car in on Monday, and it was ready on Thursday. Very professional, the work was excellent to say the least. Very competitive pricing...I went to a few other places, and the estimate to fix the damage was over $1,000. They fixed the damages for me around $600. Came in to get a fender bender fixed, and Alfred not only fixed that, he took care of the scratches on the bottom of my front bumper at no additional cost. Best body shop around. read more
