Excellent Service! Oscar was given our service call from Hertz after our tire blew out. We got stuck in Palmdale and needed to get home to The San Fernando Valley. We had already been waiting for 3 hours as the previous tow company that was being sent out to us never showed up. He let us know he was on his way home from the Valley to Palmdale and decided to take our service call since we were on his way home and we couldn't have been more grateful. After the Lyft ride that Hertz had requested for us also didn't come through he offered to take us all the way home it was Me and my Family a total of 5 of us. We could not have been more grateful he took our service call. Definitely will be keeping his number handy incase of anything. :) read more

They were able to come and help me tow my vehicle last minute from the valley down to Culver City in a few hours notice and a decent price. The car was inoperable and Oscar pushed it out of a narrow driveway down to the tow, pumped air in the tires and then pushed it to its final spot at my house. 10/10 would definitely recommend for any towing needs. read more

I needed an emergency tow for my bike. The shop owner referred Ride Away Towing. One call and after 3 rings Oscar, the owner, picked up. This man has one of the best attitudes towards customer service, I have ever experienced. Friendly, accommodating and great listening skills. Oscar told me that he would work my job in to his schedule and showed up 30 minutes later at my door. We set up the bike on his truck, I Zelled him and he dropped off the bike at the shop just as I asked. I wish we had more Oscars in the world. Highly recommend RideAway Towing. 8 out of 5 stars!!! read more

Great customer service! Oscar called me right away to help and answer my questions. I would recommend their service

First off i want to thank Ride Away Towing for safely getting me to my destination. They have accomidating rates, and are friendly. I have had my fair share of mishaps with my car and have used other towing services and they were not as good as this company. I recommend them to everyone I know because I would want them to be in good hands if they ever need towing assistance. read more

I had a non-operational car that I needed moved and began calling tow places for quotes. It wasn't a huge job, but every single tow place in the area I called either 1.) wanted way too much money or 2) did not have the proper tow truck to complete the job. Every single one except Ride Away Towing that is. Oscar was very happy to help me and gave me an excellent quote. He came and got the job done, no hassle. This guy knows what he's doing and is very professional. read more

Had to get my car towed from noho to Burbank. They gave me a better price by at least $25 than two other places I called. He arrived very quickly and took extra care not to scrape the low lying bumper on my Mustang. Very carful, helpful and nice. Hopefully I won't need a tow again, but if I do I will be calling back. read more

I found Oscar off of Yelp and am returning the favor - he's awesome. Dealing with post-accident headaches, I needed a quick tow to move an undriveable car from one storage spot to another a decent distance away. Without hesitation, he offered to push it to a towable position himself first if it wouldn't turn on. Flexible timing, great pricing, and sincerely helpful. He has the big flatbed kind of truck, too. Big thanks, Oscar - hope you're having fun at your towing convention! :) read more

Today, as I was out running errands in the San Fernando Valley area I locked myself out of my car. I locked the door behind me while my keys were still inside. Luckily, it wasn't in the ignition with my engine running. Not familiar with the area, since recently moving, I pulled up my map app on my phone and typed in towing in the search bar. A towing company right down the street popped up and I thought, "Wow, how convenient. They can't take that long right!?" Right... So, I called. They gave me an estimated wait time of 20-25min. I waited. After 30min and coming up on 35min I decided to check yelp. There were horrible ratings for said towing company, especially regarding the estimated wait time and also for their service. Then, I found Ride Away Towing. They were a little further from where I was, but the ratings on Yelp were promising. I promptly gave Ride Away Towing a call, and I canceled my service from said towing company. A man named Oscar picked up the phone, he also gave me an estimate of how much the service will cost. Something I remember him saying before hanging up the phone was, "I am going there now, I will be there soon." If not 10 or 15 minutes later he gave me a ring on my phone and said he was on site as I flagged him down. This guy got here quicker than the people that were literally down the street from me! A man stepped out of his truck, stuck his hand out and said "Hi, I'm Oscar." I was impressed. He promptly began to unlock my car and probably finished the job within 5 minutes. We talked for a bit, and I learned many things about him. He was someone who not only had years and years of experience, but was also a business owner like myself. I related to the fact that he takes pride in his work, but most of all he loves what he does! I know this may be a lengthly review for a towing company, but I feel like this experience was more than just opening up my car his personality and customer service just made my day THAT much better! Thanks Oscar! You have my business in the future and I will suggest your service to Yelp users, my friends, and family! read more

Oscar to the rescue :) we are located in Orange County and one of our work trucks broke down out in the San Fernando Valley which is out past LA at the end of a work day on day two of the world series. I called multiple companies looking to get a tow and was either given ridiculous prices or was told its too far. I called Oscar and he was professional, showed up within 20 minutes, gave us an excellent quote and got my truck back to my shop with no hassle. I would definitely recommend Ride Away Towing to anyone. read more

I was stranded between two freeways in pouring rain during rush hour this week. I didn't catch the name of the young man who helped me, but he went out of his way (on an extremely busy night) to get to me when he said he would. He was very personable and got my tire changed and my car started within minutes. He then drove off the freeway with me to make sure I was safe. I'm extremely grateful to this company for getting me to safety and doing it with with a smile. read more

Excellent experience. I was expecting to have to tow my car to the dealership due to an issue with it not starting. My car broke down on the freeway, was able to get out safely to the street. Start making calls and getting crazy quotes, make the last call and Oscar give me a good quote and Jose was who helps with this problem. My car died in the middle of Friday afternoon traffic in North Hollywood. Oscar was the first person I called because of his reviews on here, and I'm glad I called it! He was very nice over the phone and arrived earlier than he said he would. It didn't take him long to attach my car and tow it. He's very experienced with towing and I trusted him completely with my car after seeing how he handled it. When we got to my apartment there was no street parking, so he helped me move my car into the gated garage....though he really did all the work! He pushed my car into the garage while I steered. He's friendly, knows how to treat customers, very reasonably priced, and has a great "customer service first" attitude which I really appreciate. read more

Oscar is STELLAR! He is punctual, polite and has the best price in the valley!!!! I am a social worker and was trying to find a towing service for a client who has very limited resources. I contacted Ride Away Towing based on the yelp review (I had already called 5-6 places). I explained the situation to Oscar and he was willing to help. Thank you so much Oscar! Today you really made a difference in someone's life. read more

Oscar is great. This should be your first phone call if you break down. I broke down early AM north of LA. All of the "24 hour towing" places you see listed will still be asleep and not available until 9AM. Oscar was literally the only one who even answered the phone. He took my car (and me) to a very honest and reputable mechanic in the area. Would call Ride Away towing again in a heartbeat. read more
