Got a flat tire late at night and urgent towing came tow my car within an hour. The drivers were professional and had excellent customer service... they both saw how upset I was and did their best to lighten up the mood & was able to make me laugh.. I appreciate the kind gesture and would 100% recommend this business. They also did an excellent job on following up the next day and had it tow to the dealership first thing in the morning. read more

I want to give a big shoutout to this company for genuinely helping me during a stressful situation. It was not just about getting paid. Rez truly focused on my situation, my safety, making sure I was okay, making sure my car was okay, and making sure I was not being taken advantage of by the person who hit my car. As a woman, I really appreciated how much he cared about making sure I was safe and protected. He gave me options that would actually benefit me, explained things clearly, and offered more assistance than I even asked for. Berto, the tow guy, was also amazing. He showed up, stayed with me, changed my tire, and made sure I was safe and secure before he left. That meant a lot. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs help. They are genuinely good people, professional, caring, and reliable. Really great guys. read more

Urgent Towing was arranged by BMW Roadside Assistance when I got a flat tire on my way to work early Sunday morning. They arrived within the hour with a flatbed and towed my car to the nearest dealership. The driver was even nice enough to drop me off at work before heading to the dealership so I don't have to wait for an Uber to get to work. My beamer was down. It was so stressful to get a towing truck through mercury roadside assistance. The 3 towing companies gave up to tow my vehicle because of a gear shift issue. But Jose came. His first impression was already great, I realized this guy knows how to work. He was fast, accurate, and meticulous. Even though BMW service was nearby, he finished the entire process within 50 min. Highly recommends this company and Jose. read more

Fast service via AAA, expertly taking care to properly tow my car without damage. Friendly customer service. All-around great experience.

I wanna give a genuine and sincere thank you for your service. Professionalism, politeness, and courtesy started with the phone call in the office. And it continued in the field with Martin. Phenomenal service by Brian (Bryan?) Alvarado of Urgent Towing, who spent considerable time and effort to tow (on a flatbed) my car missing a front wheel. Great and corteous attitude, cool under pressure when some difficulties arose with the owner of the lot where the disabled car was. Brian is a real treasure of an employee, I generally don't write reviews but couldn't let this pass. Thank you! read more

My car broke down and I needed a tow. I called my insurance and they connected me with another towing service that I waited for 90 minutes and then they cancelled. My insurance apologized and then connected me to Urgent Towing. I waited less than an hour for them to come. When Brian showed up he was so polite and gave me a big friendly smile (which I needed more than anything) He got my car up and I got in the front seat of the tow truck and we headed to my mechanics. Let me just say Brian is outstanding!! We talked about life and he told me about his sons. I really enjoyed our conversation especially after the morning I had. I just wanted to thank you Brian for helping me and just being so kind. You're a rockstar of a human!! read more

Towing guy was responsive, friendly and arrived earlier than expected. Dispatch person was a bit hard to understand.

I m the most stressful situation, I had the best calming experience with Carlos at Urgent Towing. He called to give me an idea of timing and was so lovely and helpful. He immediately understood the problem, found a solution, and made sure I wouldn't have to deal with any further issues. He told me he would take it from there and was professional, kind, and fast. I seriously wish every car experience could be like the one I had today. read more

This is one of the most insane experiences I've ever had with a tow service. I called my insurance provider for roadside assistance at 8:15. My ETA for assistance was from 9:20 pm- 9:55 pm. At 9:55 nothing no tow truck no update. I called Urgent Tow twice. The first time I was told by the dispatcher "let me check on the status of the driver." The dispatcher hung up the phone. I waited ten minutes before calling back. Per the dispatcher he is still searching but I hear a private conversation about not having cash. Finally the technician arrived at 10:45. The technician who was sent to change the tire could not change the tire as he didn't know how to use the crank to drop the tire on my vehicle. Not only did he not know how to use the crank to drop the tire he also couldn't provide a tow. He came with another vehicle on his flatbed. One would think, if he couldn't change the tire then he would tow it. Well he couldn't do that neither. There is nothing urgent about this tow service. The ETA was 9:55pm but he showed up at 10:45. Just a waste of time. I'll be sure to inform my vehicle insurance of the road side service they didn't provide. read more

Excellent Service. After 3 different tow truck companies coming and trying to get into my parking garage to get my car towed and not succeeding . my car stopped working around 10 PM July 4 and was stuck in the middle of the street. Bmw service connected me with urgent telling to take my car to the dealership. I want to give more than 5 stars and even 10 stars to the towing service here. All the services were fantastic. Yesterday my car suddenly stopped moving, so I contacted the road side service. The estimated arrival time was 45 minutes, but it took 15 minutes. It was really fast. It was really hard to get the my car out of my home garage and connect it to the towing truck, but the driver didn't give up until the end and dropped off the towing as well as to the service center. The driver's name is Hose. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and absolutely brilliant. Thank you soooo much hose !!! read more

Called Urgent Towing in the a.m. to tow my car from repair shop to home. First of all someone answered the phone! I had been calling other companies since the night before and none of the others picked up or returned my call. I am sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name but he clearly understood what my need was-took the pertinent information-and said "I will get someone out right away". Within an hour my car was home.
