My car broke down and I needed a tow. I called my insurance and they connected me with another towing service that I waited for 90 minutes and then they cancelled. My insurance apologized and then connected me to Urgent Towing. I waited less than an hour for them to come. This is one of the most insane experiences I've ever had with a tow service. I called my insurance provider for roadside assistance at 8:15. My ETA for assistance was from 9:20 pm- 9:55 pm. At 9:55 nothing no tow truck no update. I called Urgent Tow twice. The first time I was told by the dispatcher "let me check on the status of the driver." The dispatcher hung up the phone. I waited ten minutes before calling back. Per the dispatcher he is still searching but I hear a private conversation about not having cash. Finally the technician arrived at 10:45. The technician who was sent to change the tire could not change the tire as he didn't know how to use the crank to drop the tire on my vehicle. Not only did he not know how to use the crank to drop the tire he also couldn't provide a tow. He came with another vehicle on his flatbed. One would think, if he couldn't change the tire then he would tow it. Well he couldn't do that neither. There is nothing urgent about this tow service. The ETA was 9:55pm but he showed up at 10:45. Just a waste of time. I'll be sure to inform my vehicle insurance of the road side service they didn't provide. read more

my car stopped working around 10 PM July 4 and was stuck in the middle of the street. Bmw service connected me with urgent telling to take my car to the dealership. I was concerned that it would be along in arduous process given that it was a holiday and nighttime I couldn't have been more surprised urgent telling was professional, efficient and thoughtful. Their driver Zeveron was amazing and he was able to identify the problem and get the car drivable again Their manager Rez called multiple times to check on me and make sure I was safe and let me know the status of the driver and provide the proper equipment to tow the car . I want to give more than 5 stars and even 10 stars to the towing service here. All the services were fantastic. Yesterday my car suddenly stopped moving, so I contacted the road side service. The estimated arrival time was 45 minutes, but it took 15 minutes. It was really fast. It was really hard to get the my car out of my home garage and connect it to the towing truck, but the driver didn't give up until the end and dropped off the towing as well as to the service center. Came after 3 and half hours but left in seconds saying he couldn't help and left me in the rain with no alternative. Driver said AAA didn't cover Classic Cars so if I need to be towed he needed 300 bucks. The owner called me on Christmas and apologized and asked me to remove my review on Google, even though I didn't even mention in my review that the driver said they couldn't move the car because he didn't want to be libel but if I came up 300 dollars cash he would move the car on Christmas Eve. Owner said that this was unacceptable and you would handle it. He also spoke to my daughter who was there and she reiterated exactly how the driver tried to extort me. I will now be issuing a complaint with AAA to explain the entire situation. Also, my car was not parked - it broke down in the street and we moved into the parking space and put a cover on it because it is a classic car, it was raining and we waited over 3 hours for you guys to show. Should we have stayed in the middle of the road in the rain? What you have done with your family stuck in the middle of the street, in the rain on Christmas Eve?
