Being from Southern California it is sometimes hard to find a decent & HONEST towing company. I was recently on the Westside/Santa Monica area when all of a sudden my car needed towing. Judging by the reviews, I called Turbo and was promptly greeted using their 24hr number. Shortly after Eddy showed up and was very helpful and within minutes he had my vehicle on the truck and we were on our way. The prices were fair and the services were very satisfactory, prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend Turbo Towing to anyone in need. read more

The best service hands down! This was the first time ever I had experienced a car breakdown and I was super nervous about what I needed to do or how to get help. I looked up on yelp the best reviewed towing places close to me and found this place. I was super anxious when they picked up but the person one the phone (I'm sorry I forgot their name) was able to ease my worry and answer my questions even when I had a nervous shake in my voice. They sent out a driver very promptly and they were able to tow me to a near by friends house. Thank you to my driver Eddy, he was a real cool dude! This place really lives up to it's reviews and I would recommend them with the highest of praises! read more

Amazing service! It's never a good day when you have to call a tow truck but Eddy definitely turned the day around. The service was really great from beginning to end. Right when I called they knew exactly where I was and said that they'll be here in about 30-40 mins. To my surprise within 20 I get a call from eddy saying his only 5 mins away. The driver was so helpful. Definitely calling turbo towing for any future towing needs. Haha read more

I am overly grateful for Turbo Towing for their help during my crisis. I got a flat tire on the 10 and was super stressed out. It was already late and I had no one to call. Luckily Eddy from Turbo Towing came to save me! I will 100% be using them again if I ever need a towing, and the way LA is, it will probably be soon haha! Thank you guys! This place is great! Didnt know what I would do when my Mazda broke down. When I yelped and gave this place a call, they were so friendly. Calmed me down, received my information and came within 35 minutes! Way faster than the 2-3hour AAA service and way friendlier. Darby was great and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone in tow need. read more

This morning on my way to work I had run over a nail, resulting in a flat. I was worried that the tow company may take long because I had to be at work, but boy was I wrong they came in under 20mins and took care of everything so fast and efficiently! The best part was how nice Eddy was, he was so kind and assured me that they were going to take care of everything. Eddy gave me peace of my mind and I loved how friendly he was! Great tow company!! Needed to get my car towed when it wouldn't turn on in the parking lot at my work. I had never got a tow before but Turbo Towing's customer service was absolutely stellar. They helped me easily understand the process of getting my car towed and really helped me understand what was happening. One of their drivers Darby showed up shortly after I called, took no time at all to get to me! He helped me figure out what was going on with my car and offered to tow it to a shop or my home. Having choices was a nice change instead of a tow company that doesn't really explain anything. Darby was super nice and quickly handled the entire situation. My day went from terrible to worse but then just a little better because of Turbo Towing. I would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs a quick tow. read more

I haven't had to tow my car in years, this was the first to pop up in my area. I didn't really know what to expect but the service was impeccable! Excellent and fast service! I was closing the bar I worked at in Santa Monica around 3 am, when I discovered that my ignition wouldn't start. I completely panicked as there was no one around to help me and it was too late at night to call anyone for help. Thank goodness these guys are 24/7, they arrived within 15 minutes of me calling :) The tower was super nice and gave me a tow to a local auto shop near my house in East Hollywood. He even waited until my ride came to get me to ensure I got home safe! So glad to have found them, complete lifesavers! read more

Amazing service. Car problems never put me in a good mood but with Turbo Towing the customer service my car problems didn't ruin the day. I was stuck on the side of the road and they were able to get someone out to me in 20 minutes or less. Eddy was professional and able to give me advice on what might be wrong and where to take it. I didn't have to any of the leg work. I was able to drop my car off, paid a reasonable fee for the tow and carry on with the day. Thanks Turbo Towing! read more

The gentlemen at Turbo Towing are simply amazing! I left my trunk open while I was shopping / returning the day after Christmas and my battery went totally dead! A good samaritan tried to help by giving me a jump but we couldn't get my car to start. I called the guys at TT and they arrived in a flash. My mechanic had already closed for the evening so, my driver helped me find a safe place to leave my car overnight and he even helped me load my shopping bags into my uber. I definitely got the red carpet treatment and would recommend them in a heartbeat. read more

I can not say better things about this company, everyone who works here is awesome. I called late at night last week Saturday because my car was acting strange and they were able to tow it for me really quickly. I honestly didn't have to wait longer than 30 minutes before Darby came. I highly recommend this towing company and the best part about it is they are reasonable with their prices! =) read more

I have to give 5 stars to Turbo Towing. They were super fast and professional. I was so worried when my car stopped in the middle of the road, I quickly found them on yelp and did not hesitate to try them out since they have 5 star reviews from many customers. I expected to pay a lot since Santa Monica is a pricey area but the price was very reasonable. They saved my day and I did not have to pay an arm and a leg. I highly recommend their fast services to anyone. read more

Turbo towing is the best in Santa Monica, and by far much better than any service I have previously used, including AAA. Darby was very courteous over the phone, giving me a time estimate that, at the time, I thought was fairly quick. Then, the towing technician arrived much earlier than quoted. They also took care to ask me if I needed a flatbed, as I have an all wheel vehicle and cannot be towed by a standard truck. The best part? These guys are here for you 24/7, so do yourself a favor and give them a call! I'm sure glad I did. read more

Turbo Towing is the best! I can't believe how quick and easy the towing process was. Thank you Darby for keeping me calm and staying on the phone with me the whole time. I would not have been able to get to work this week without Turbo Towing. I definitely recommend it! read more

They were the closes to me (which still was too too close), I called an in no time Jason was there to help me out and keep me calm. It was my first time ever needing a tow but he explained all about the towing process and he even waited until I had a ride after, i followed while he was towing the car and he was super nice the entire time! I honestly couldn't be happier in my time of need! Awesome CS! read more
