Jimenez Towing - 73 corvette on a flatbed tow truck - Towing Near Me - Lawndale, California

First of all any service I review is 100% unbiased and authentic and with that being said let me start by saying I have never used Yelp to search for services but needed tow my 64 impala and after trying CL decided to give Yelp a go. Tow truck driver, hands down super cool! Not to mention his tow truck skills are A1. After he got my impala to Muffler shop it started to rain something stupid. I hated to ask him but I needed a ride and he said he was going to get another car and really couldn't give me a ride but what he did next really took me by surprise, he called me an uber and waited until I was on my way. Big Ups and mad respect thanks for going the extra mile for ya boi! BTW will be hit n you up for another tow tomorrow,, lol.. Oh and price was better than all other ones that I checked. read more

A little disappointed in their customer service, especially after reading the reviews. I asked for a towing without trying to jumpstart my hybrid, they said they were too busy, call back another day, and just hung up. Luckily that led me to OMOA Towing, who was heaven sent. They too were busy but assured me they could get the job done in time and did exactly that. read more

After calling my insurance for roadside assistance, they failed to secure a towing service for me after 4 hours and said to call my own and I'd be reimbursed, I called Jimenez Towing and they said they could be there in 20 minutes, sure enough they updated me on their ETA and arrived quickly, the driver was extremely nice and towed me to the Ford dealership of my choice, I hadn't made an appointment with the dealership so the driver said he'd be more then happy to wait and see if I can drop off the vehicle, thankfully they had an opening and he lowered my car safely and securely, I am very grateful and extremely satisfied with their service definitely adding to my contacts and will be using them if needed! read more

Literally deserves the hole 5 stars. You call they are a good price and they are timely and communicative. The guy felt like a friend coming to give you a hand. he sent someone and unfortunately my car was in need of more power to start it but there was no problem for them. the main guy came right away with a stronger starter and got my car up and running even when my hopes were lost.. I appreciate all of them so much for being so reliable and efficient he didn't charge me no extra fees for sending someone else nothing they made it work and got it done. Had to get my car towed (cause my baby is aging) and Jimenez Towing made the whole experience much easier. I needed transportation from my home to a local mechanic and I didn't want to risk my car breaking down. We called other towing services and they were too expensive or out of the area. So I turned to Yelp to save (as it usually does for food) me and it did. The moment I called Jimenez I was given a reasonable price and a time frame of when they could come. The gentleman who helped tow my car was very helpful and professional. He efficiently loaded my car and we rode together to my local mechanic. The whole experience was pretty smooth thanks to them. I definitely recommend them. read more

We had a bad today today, starting when my wife decided to enter a closed beach parking lot from the exit, running over the spikes and took out the passenger side tires. So we needed a flatbed. Jimenez not only got there super fast with the flatbed, but were also incredibly patient and understanding as we worked out exactly where my wife parked the car versus the directions I gave them. Pricewise they were also great, WAY better than I expected and they will be our go-to company for towing from now on. read more

Even though I am a long standing AAA member they could not tow my company box truck. I called Jimenez Towing and he was answered the phone and was over to tow my small box truck with a flatbed towing truck within 20 minutes. He took it over to my mechanic and I paid Jimenez Towing over the phone with my credit card. All of this while I was vacationing in Virginia to see my son who is in the military. Great service, trustworthy, responsive and did not try to upcharge me either. I highly recommend Jimenez Towing. Thank you. read more
