First of all any service I review is 100% unbiased and authentic and with that being said let me start by saying I have never used Yelp to search for services but needed tow my 64 impala and after trying CL decided to give Yelp a go. Tow truck driver, hands down super cool! Not to mention his tow truck skills are A1. After he got my impala to Muffler shop it started to rain something stupid. I hated to ask him but I needed a ride and he said he was going to get another car and really couldn't give me a ride but what he did next really took me by surprise, he called me an uber and waited until I was on my way. A little disappointed in their customer service, especially after reading the reviews. I asked for a towing without trying to jumpstart my hybrid, they said they were too busy, call back another day, and just hung up. Luckily that led me to OMOA Towing, who was heaven sent. After calling my insurance for roadside assistance, they failed to secure a towing service for me after 4 hours and said to call my own and I'd be reimbursed, I called Jimenez Towing and they said they could be there in 20 minutes, sure enough they updated me on their ETA and arrived quickly, the driver was extremely nice and towed me to the Ford dealership of my choice, I hadn't made an appointment with the dealership so the driver said he'd be more then happy to wait and see if I can drop off the vehicle, thankfully they had an opening and he lowered my car safely and securely, I am very grateful and extremely satisfied with their service definitely adding to my contacts and will be using them if needed! read more

Literally deserves the hole 5 stars. You call they are a good price and they are timely and communicative. The guy felt like a friend coming to give you a hand. he sent someone and unfortunately my car was in need of more power to start it but there was no problem for them. the main guy came right away with a stronger starter and got my car up and running even when my hopes were lost.. I was having trouble finding a towing service because the other services were busy with AAA accounts and had to give them the priority over me. Even though I am a long standing AAA member they could not tow my company box truck. I called Jimenez Towing and he was answered the phone and was over to tow my small box truck with a flatbed towing truck within 20 minutes. He took it over to my mechanic and I paid Jimenez Towing over the phone with my credit card. All of this while I was vacationing in Virginia to see my son who is in the military.
