Had a very large (16' x 18' x 12'), heavy (4,000 lbs) and very fragile flight simulator to move on short notice. my car was broke down on the side of the road with a bad clutch I found their advertisement on Craigslist Los Angeles for the city of Norwalk call the dispatcher Steward and he was very precise and friendly with his scheduling and the time the driver would be there he kept in touch giving me updates until the driver showed up.The driver Carlos was very nice very prompt very safe took the time to properly block traffic make sure that I was safe and he was safe as he towed the car, I followed behind him as the car was being towed he obeyed all traffic laws which is not too common for tow truck drivers.
