The driver, Max, was on time (well, I-405 on time if you know what I mean). He loaded the SUV onto the flatbed and within 10 minutes we were on the road. I asked to ride along as I had no other convenient way to get to HB. Max and I had a great and enjoyable conversation along the way. We arrived in HB at almost the exact time I wanted. Two went directly into voicemail, and the other person we spoke to was very rude, and not willing at all to offer any suggestions. Had a very large (16' x 18' x 12'), heavy (4,000 lbs) and very fragile flight simulator to move on short notice. Stuard was very responsive over the phone and was able to accommodate the move on my schedule, which required it be moved late at night as it was across an active airport.
