My husband was in need of a Tow Company immediately and the usual guy we go with was not available. So I decided to look online for a company. From past experiences, there are some pretty ghetto tow companies around so I was very surprised to see this one with a 4.5 Stars - so I decided to call and get more info (Thursday). Right away the representative was friendly. East to talk to and answered questions right away. He quoted me a particular price and to my surprise, it was more affordable than the usual tow guy we used in the pass. Keep in mind, the car that needed to be towed was not in an operating condition, it didn't start - so usually places will charge extra if your car doesn't start. So I told him that I would call him back on Saturday. So Saturday comes, my brother calls and gets another friendly representative. She quoted the same price the previous representative gave me and said that the tow tech would contact him within the next 10 minutes to confirm ETA. They take credit/debit card or you can also pay the Tow Tech Cash in person after the service. The tow tech texted my brother within the allotted time. I didn't realize how "hi-tech" the service was when it provided the name of the tow tech and it gave me a link to confirm service, I thought that was cool. The tow tech was named Nataly and I had second guessed myself. Yes, it was a woman's name. After confirming, a call from Nataly was received and she provided me with an ETA if 35 Minutes due to traffic in the area. Well, she arrived in an hour due to the previous customer leaving her keys in the tow truck. Which we didn't mind. She was transparent about the situation, Sh!+ happens. She was professional and provided good conversation as she towed the car to our storage facility. She went the extra mile to help tow the car into the garage space. Overall, the whole experience was professional and friendly. Smooth transaction and not ghetto at all. I would definitely recommend this place. They are available 24 hours and affordable which is a plus! read more

My car broke down this morning and being far from home didn't know what to do or who to call. My boyfriend suggested calling a tow trunk. Along with being understanding and supportive they arrive immediately to the scene of the accident. In my case, I popped two tires and was stranded.
