This guy Angel saved the day! Seriously had the worst experience with AAA (more on that later) and I luckily found this guy on YELP and I can't say enough how thankful I am to have found his services. As a 14 year AAA member, I've been accustomed to getting fast service. Yesterday was definitely not the case and after waiting 7 hours in the cold, dark, rain, I finally gave up, paid out of pocket, and called Angel. He showed up with his "wheel lift" tow truck and got my BMW up in no time. Angel was courteous on the phone and confident and reassuring in person. I saved his number just in case AAA fails me again. Don't get stranded waiting for AAA. Don't let your loved ones be stranded on the side of the road. Pay the money and get good reliable guys like Angel to get you towed to where you need to go. Our car was stalled on a Sunday evening and the whole family was stranded for an hour waiting on a tow from our car insurance company. As we waited the sun was about to set and I was concerned with where we were, in a questionable part of South LA and our car insurance company could not guarantee an ETA. So I decided to take the chance of looking for a tow company nearby and I'm so glad to have found Munoz Towing. They were super friendly and helpful on the phone. Came exactly as they estimated their ETA. Was thoughtful enough to see if there was any quick fix before loading the car. And even waited with us for my kids and I to safely catch our Uber before heading out to the auto shop. The paperwork for our insurance was efficiently handled and it was the most stress free experience in a stressful situation. Their fee was also very reasonable. Thank you Munoz towing for your help. Munoz towing removed my review. It is unfortunate that a company cannot take positive criticism to better themselves. Take responsibility for your poor service. Rude! Worst customer service! Look at the owner's response and judge for yourself. He private messaged me. Says a lot about his character. You decide if you want to use this company. We sought their towing service only to be disappointed with the customer service. Rude! Please take responsibility for your lack of customer service. I used your service. You are rude and your messages show it. This is exactly what we dealt with. It is sad when a business lies but fortunately you all can see the messages written to me by the company. You decide. Our dodge sprinter van food truck died in the middle of a parking lot. Had AAA come out to check the batteries and nothing. Found Munoz Towing on Yelp and gave them a call. The driver (wish I knew his name) arrived quicker than AAA and assessed the situation. We have dual batteries so he charged both at the same to try to get it going. Nothing. He asked exactly what happened before it died and like a detective went under the vehicle with that clue and temporarily got the vehicle running so we could get it to a repair shop. First.. The initial phone call.. Guy was super nice, he wasn't pushy or mean like some places can be. He let me hear his offer for the tow, and still didn't push. I agreed to the tow, and he told me his driver could be there within 15 to 20 mins.. It was cold and wet out, so that sounded good. Tow truck showed up within about 15 mins maybe less. Awesome! The guy who came to tow my truck was extremely nice, asked a fee questions, and made sure we were all OK. He towed it back to Cerritos for us, and got to the house before me. My grandpa was home to receive the car, and the driver helped him move the car into a spot. The driver even stayed and talked with my grandpa and tried to answer questions while we were making our way there. All in all? I would definitely recommend and use them again. I was in shock after the accident, so I was going pay off out my pocket for the towing services. Great job, I needed a disabled classic 1963 Ford Thunderbird pulled out from behind an apartment building. I called other towing companies in the area and nobody wanted to tackle this job because the tires were flat on the car and it would not start.
