I was so impressed by the excellent service I received. The street the truck had to be towed from was a two way busy street in Downey on Downey Ave. I didn't know how the truck was going to be able to get towed since the traffic in the evening there never stops and the position the truck was parked made it seem it would be difficult. AM PM Towing gets there and Richard helps us, it took him less than 10 minutes to get the truck onto his tow truck. I was so amazed by how fast he did evening. He was very kind and professional. The young man took my car right away, offered me a seat and began work immediately. He had one other customer there and worked on both of our vehicles at the same time. He took the tire off and showed me the nail embedded in the tire. He completed the job in less than twenty minutes and the cost was extremely reasonable.
