They were quick to help me out when my battery died, he was very nice and was a good rate. Thank you!

Our car battery went kaput out of the bluest the weekend but luckily our insurance covered Assistance and they got us going again. It was clear we were going to need a new battery and the guy recommended Swift Roadside Assistance, he said they would come to us and were competitively priced. I took the details but you never know with these things. That said, I took a chance and called them as I had nothing to lose. Right out of the gate the service was first class and friendly. A few simple questions from Mauro and I got a quote right there and then. Not only that, they gave me an estimated time and called 20 minutes before they due to update me - they were even a few minutes early and called to let me know they had arrived at my property. I did some research online and what they were asking was indeed very competitively priced. He was done within 15/20 minutes and I was good to go - and it came with a two year warranty. Mauro even explained what to do if there's a problem in that time. Honestly, I felt up to speed all the way through, no surprises or issues, great service, super convenient and very friendly and clear about what was happening and why. I didn't think taking care of a dead battery could be such a pleasurable experience but... there you go! I highly recommend Swift Roadside Assistance. read more

A true blessing in disguise. I've never been so thankful in my life I was running to a family emergency in pouring rain, when I got my second flat tire that day. Aaron came within 20 minutes, he greeted me with a smile and assured him he'd do everything in his power to get me back on the road again. Within 15 minutes the tire was patched, sealed, filled with air, and back up. He explained the issues and what ti look out for and how it may have happened. He was smiling, laughing, and gave me the biggest sigh of relief for what I thought I was having a meltdown. I pray to god that my only encounters in life with are as great as Aaron. Y'all I have never ran so fast to give a Yelp review in my life. Normally I'm stressed and overwhelmed at any type of car issues but Aaron really alleviated all of that. During the initial phone call he made sure to share all of my options as far as batteries and warranties were concerned. There were no hidden costs and the pricing was much less than what I would've expected. Then, once he got to my place he was so kind throughout the entire process. It didn't take long for him to install the battery and now my car is good to go. I will definitely be using their services again!!! read more

Very quick dispatching and reasonable pricing! I'm not from LA (so no friends and family) and I live in my car. I drained my battery by accident and spent a good portion of my day reaching out to places charging ridiculous rates for something as simple as a car jump. The thing that sets them apart for me was that the guy that helped me was so kind and really showed he cared about his work and helping people. Thank you Swift Roadside Assistance (: read more

Charged for battery only. Came ASAP to replace. Knew that my model had an auxiliary battery that ideally would be replaced at the same time- they did not have it in stock and recommended taking it to a place which had both batteries, which would have cost them business but was better for me. For convenience I went ahead and had them replace the main battery and replaced the smaller battery later after car was up and running - they were so fast, polite - amazing service! Would give 10 stars if I could. read more

Yesterday I ran over something on the way to work and my tire was flat by the time I parked. I called Swift Roadside around 10:30am to see if they could help. I spoke with Aaron. He gave me a great quote and let me know what my options were depending on whether I had a spare or not. He agreed to meet me after work and was very prompt and diagnosed the tire and said he could repair it on site if I wanted so that I wouldn't have to buy a new tire ASAP. I agreed to do that and he did the repair so quick and with a great attitude. He even laughed at my corny jokes. I was ready to go super quick and payment was easy. I was headed home almost right away which was such a relief! If you need help with mobile tire repairs or their other services, I highly recommend Swift Roadside! read more

The take your money give you an ETA and then don't show up for an hour after that. I had DOT stop and would have helped me for free but I told them to leave because I didn't want to schedule and then bail on them. They didn't mind stringing me along at all. Call 911, most states have Highway Helpers that will help for the cost of whatever it is you need. I paid $220.00 on top of the cost of the 5galloms of gas he brought me and waited 5 times longer than I would have on DOT for free. read more
