Our car battery went kaput out of the bluest the weekend but luckily our insurance covered Assistance and they got us going again. It was clear we were going to need a new battery and the guy recommended Swift Roadside Assistance, he said they would come to us and were competitively priced. I took the details but you never know with these things. That said, I took a chance and called them as I had nothing to lose. Right out of the gate the service was first class and friendly. A few simple questions from Mauro and I got a quote right there and then. Not only that, they gave me an estimated time and called 20 minutes before they due to update me - they were even a few minutes early and called to let me know they had arrived at my property. I did some research online and what they were asking was indeed very competitively priced. He was done within 15/20 minutes and I was good to go - and it came with a two year warranty. A true blessing in disguise. I've never been so thankful in my life I was running to a family emergency in pouring rain, when I got my second flat tire that day. I had no spare or a way to patch it up. I requested help, and I had not been disappointed. Yesterday I ran over something on the way to work and my tire was flat by the time I parked. I called Swift Roadside around 10:30am to see if they could help. I spoke with Aaron. He gave me a great quote and let me know what my options were depending on whether I had a spare or not. He agreed to meet me after work and was very prompt and diagnosed the tire and said he could repair it on site if I wanted so that I wouldn't have to buy a new tire ASAP. I agreed to do that and he did the repair so quick and with a great attitude. He even laughed at my corny jokes. I was ready to go super quick and payment was easy. The take your money give you an ETA and then don't show up for an hour after that. I had DOT stop and would have helped me for free but I told them to leave because I didn't want to schedule and then bail on them. They didn't mind stringing me along at all. Call 911, most states have Highway Helpers that will help for the cost of whatever it is you need.
