I was brought in because of their high reviews. I have called Ruben and said that he can help me with inserting three TPMS into the wheels of my car. Cool. Went in and was helped by Julio. They were very helpful and very informative with the whole process. I asked them how much was the whole installation and it was $165. Sure. However what was deceptive of them was that it all ended up with $195, $30 more than I agreed and bought for (I saw the price electronically). I was lied to and I won't be coming back here again. Every single time they'd get me a new used tire for a super affordable price, and once, I got a nail twice in one week and they gave me the 2nd tire for free! We blew a tire on the freeway and wanted to visit a tire shop nearby to avoid strain on the spare tire. Right when we arrived we were greeted by Ruben, he was working on another car, but assured us he will be with us and to wait inside the structure. Once we walked in we were greeted by his wife and offered a seat. There was a foosball table so hubby and I played a couple of rounds. Once Ruben was ready for us he brought my old tire in and showed us the internal threadings of the tire (we had black dust inside which means we drove on the tire while it was flat, which was true since we needed to move the car to the side of the highway). Our old tire was no good so he offered another tire rather than repairing ours. he showed us the tire replacement and taught us how to read the date of manufacture. Love how he took time to talk to us and teach us about tires. You can tell he's passionate about his work. When all was done with said tire, he checked the other tire since our car is front wheel drive and made sure the wheels were balanced. For all the work he did he didn't charge us an arm and a leg. I called 1 day prior to get a quote for tire rotation and alignment for my 2016 camry and was quoted $90 and told to come any time (of note, their voicemail is full, so I called twice during the day and couldn't reach them but was able to reach them around 530pm). They had a comfy waiting area with couches, and I was in and out in 45ish minutes. I needed my coolant to be topped off, and they did that for free!
