Had a slow leak on a tire and needed to get to the nearest tire shop and this was the closest one. When we got here, it looked really busy cause it was after 10AM on a Saturday morning. I registered for service and had to wait 15 minutes to get someone to look at the car. The nice gentleman that came to us is named Antonio. Looked at all the tires and assessed the leaking tire. It was a screw in between the 2nd and 3rd tread so it really was only a patch job. But because our tires looked old, there was a concern that it may not be "repairable" and might necessitate a replacement so I was told to choose a tire in case it came to that. I told him I'm sure it's just a patch job but I chose one cause I didn't have a choice. Because of liability, if the tire was deemed unsafe they will not put it back on and the replacement becomes a must. I also asked to have air put in our spare because the TPMS was lit on the dash prior to the leaking tire. He told us it would about 2 hours before they could get to work on our car but it wouldn't take long once they got to it. My son was getting Hangry so I had to find somewhere he could get something to eat. After a while I got worried cause I haven't received a call and it was approaching 2 hours already so we headed back. When I got to the car I was surprised to see that a new tire was installed on the car without consulting with me. I went back in line at the counter and Antonio explained that something happened during the removal of the tire and it got damaged. Because it was their fault, they replaced the tire at no cost to me. I thought I still had some service charges for looking at our spare but he said they took care of that as well at no cost to me. Talk about taking accountability on behalf of the customer. Antonio was very cordial and professional about the whole thing. I really appreciate the service quality I received that when the time comes to replace 4 tires, we will get it from Antonio. Thank you so much! read more

When I got a flat on the 110 Freeway, I was concerned I would not make it to the City. Fortunately, I was able to stop at a gasoline station and filled up with air. However, the tire was loosing air faster than I could fill it, so I got to my destination and called AAA. I was trailered to the Nearest American Tire and was happy that it's the company I bout my new tires from. I had to wait an hour, as the store opens at eight AM, but it was worth waiting for the supreme service I received at the counter and only waited 20 minutes for the flat tire to be replaced and tires rotated. Rain helps the pot holes grow and the tires to get flat! We were about to get inside of our car when we looked down and saw a flat tire. After putting on the spare, we looked up the nearest America's Tire and headed to the Glendale location. The place was more happening than a nightclub. A nice employee had to help direct traffic in the parking lot so all of the vehicles could fit. We waited a couple minutes until we spoke to Kaden at the counter. He was exceptionally helpful and carried himself in a professional manner. Kaden searched his data system to replace our flat with the same tire but the Glendale store did not have it in stock. Being from out of town, we could not wait several days. Kaden told us they had one in Pasadena. Previously, my husband had purchased our current four tires from a different America's Tire and added a warranty for them. This system worked out wonderfully for us. I am glad he had the foresight to do purchase the warranty. It is proving to be a good value. We recommend that option for others. Both locations did good work but we felt that the Glendale store excelled in areas of customer service. We did get a tire replaced that day. Yes I drove out of my way to come here. Check my review for the Pasadena location. I went to the site they told me to and am STILL waiting. Anyway! I had some shaking at high speeds and had already ruled out anything mechanic. I was told to check the tires so I made an appointment. I called and was told I'd sit for an hour so without one. They have WiFi, so I went and grabbed my laptop and decided I'd wait. My appointment was 4 hours later and if I needed to do anything else to resolve the issue, the more time and daylight on my side, the better. The lot was full and honestly, office too. I didn't catch his name but the guy that checked me in was so sweet. Even told me my SpongeBob car mats made him smile. He told me it'd be about an hour. No problem. They have filtered water, I topped off my bottle, got a seat, started a call I needed to catch up on, and opening mail. The waiting rooms clean. They have bathrooms but I didn't go so hopefully they're also clean. I had barely finished that when I hear what sounds like my name being called! It was around 30 mins! I said what name was that?! He called my whole government name like I had to go to the principals office! I gathered my stuff and went outside. It was the tech, Giovanni. He talked to me about my concerns, told me how much each tire was off and I genuinely felt like he cared. I was super impressed with his level of customer service. Lo and behold it was a simple as just adding air to it. It must have been the hot weather temperatures we are having that affect my tire pressure. I didn't have any puncture on any of them. With the work of taking off my wheels and dunking them in water to make sure there aren't any punctures and putting them back together and cleaning them all up, I was faced with a surprise that there isn't a charge for any of the labor. These guys are awesome. My low tire pressure light came on and I stopped by without an appointment during the middle of the week. They were packed. I couldn't find a spot to park in the lot so I had to park a block away. They were able to do a visual inspection in about five minutes after I checked in. They couldn't find anything visibly wrong so they had to pull it into a bay to do a more thorough inspection. Even though they were packed, they were able to get the car in a bay, find a nail, and patch it in about an hour. And they didn't even charge me, even though I didn't buy my tires there!! Ricardo and Scott were the two guys who helped me. Very professional, courteous, and hard-working. The entire shop works like clockwork. It's small courtesies like this that make me want to come back in 18 months and drop $1000 on a new set of tires. read more

Jesus and Jacob were so nice and helpful throughout the process, actually getting me in and out in under an hour! I really appreciated it AND was expecting to wait way longer given how many people were there. This speaks to how efficient they are! I chose this place because of their great reviews, they also have plenty of affordable options online so you can choose what works best for you. I will say, I'm not deducting stars from the review because of how stellar the service was, HOWEVER, I have to tell about a negative interaction I had with one of the guys.
