Came back for a full set of tires. Ordered my tires and scheduled the installation online. Came in early, first to arrive- before they were open - so I parked and waited in my car. A couple of other people arrived after me and waited by the door. When they opened, I was still the first person they approached and confirmed my appointment. My car came with upsized aftermarket rims and I asked them to install the new tires on my stock oem wheels which I had brought, still wrapped from being stored. They swapped the wheels and installed the oem back on the car with the new tires, wrapped my aftermarket rims and put them in the trunk and backseat for me to store until I either sell or install in our suv. They were fast and courteous. Can't ask for anything more. read more

I had to wait an hour, as the store opens at eight AM, but it was worth waiting for the supreme service I received at the counter and only waited 20 minutes for the flat tire to be replaced and tires rotated. Rain helps the pot holes grow and the tires to get flat! We were about to get inside of our car when we looked down and saw a flat tire. After putting on the spare, we looked up the nearest America's Tire and headed to the Glendale location. The place was more happening than a nightclub. A nice employee had to help direct traffic in the parking lot so all of the vehicles could fit. We waited a couple minutes until we spoke to Kaden at the counter. He was exceptionally helpful and carried himself in a professional manner. Kaden searched his data system to replace our flat with the same tire but the Glendale store did not have it in stock. Being from out of town, we could not wait several days. Kaden told us they had one in Pasadena. Previously, my husband had purchased our current four tires from a different America's Tire and added a warranty for them. This system worked out wonderfully for us. I am glad he had the foresight to do purchase the warranty. It is proving to be a good value. We recommend that option for others. Both locations did good work but we felt that the Glendale store excelled in areas of customer service. We did get a tire replaced that day. Yes I drove out of my way to come here. Check my review for the Pasadena location. I went to the site they told me to and am STILL waiting. Anyway! I had some shaking at high speeds and had already ruled out anything mechanic. I was told to check the tires so I made an appointment. I called and was told I'd sit for an hour so without one. They have WiFi, so I went and grabbed my laptop and decided I'd wait. My appointment was 4 hours later and if I needed to do anything else to resolve the issue, the more time and daylight on my side, the better. The lot was full and honestly, office too. I didn't catch his name but the guy that checked me in was so sweet. Even told me my SpongeBob car mats made him smile. He told me it'd be about an hour. No problem. They have filtered water, I topped off my bottle, got a seat, started a call I needed to catch up on, and opening mail. The waiting rooms clean. They have bathrooms but I didn't go so hopefully they're also clean. I had barely finished that when I hear what sounds like my name being called! It was around 30 mins! I said what name was that?! He called my whole government name like I had to go to the principals office! I gathered my stuff and went outside. It was the tech, Giovanni. He talked to me about my concerns, told me how much each tire was off and I genuinely felt like he cared. I was super impressed with his level of customer service. I hope he gets recognized as being one of the good guys! This was definitely worth the drive, and I'm happy to report that the issue I went in for has been resolved. Happy camper! David helped me out today & he just went above and beyond for me - from checking the tire, recommending when I need to stop in for some new ones, finding some bolts that were missing, confirming what tires they had in stock, etc. They were able to help me with replacing the tire last minute & helping this girl feel safer! If you are like me, I get very anxious going to auto repair shops, tire places, and such. I went to America's tire worried about a possible nail. What I didn't realize was they in fact check on all four tires, repair only if needed and clean all tires before drive off. I was greeted by Jesus upon check-in. He was very professional and understanding with all the worries that I have. He explained to me step-by-step what is entailed on my visit with regard to the low tire pressure I'm getting on my dash. Lo and behold it was a simple as just adding air to it. It must have been the hot weather temperatures we are having that affect my tire pressure. I didn't have any puncture on any of them. With the work of taking off my wheels and dunking them in water to make sure there aren't any punctures and putting them back together and cleaning them all up, I was faced with a surprise that there isn't a charge for any of the labor. The drive off was smooth. This time Jacob explained different scenarios that can cause my dash lights to go on and off. He kept it very professional as well. The waiting area was kept clean and cool. These guys are awesome. My low tire pressure light came on and I stopped by without an appointment during the middle of the week. They were packed. I couldn't find a spot to park in the lot so I had to park a block away. They were able to do a visual inspection in about five minutes after I checked in. They couldn't find anything visibly wrong so they had to pull it into a bay to do a more thorough inspection. Even though they were packed, they were able to get the car in a bay, find a nail, and patch it in about an hour. And they didn't even charge me, even though I didn't buy my tires there!! Ricardo and Scott were the two guys who helped me. Very professional, courteous, and hard-working. The entire shop works like clockwork. Absolutely horrible experience at America's Tire. The manager was unbelievably rude from the moment I walked in--completely dismissive, arrogant, and clearly didn't care about customers at all. Instead of helping, he had a terrible attitude and acted like I was wasting his time just by asking basic questions. To make things worse, he told me the service was going to take a long time, so I paid for an Uber and left. Then, out of nowhere, he called and started ordering me to cancel it--not asking, but telling me what to do--because of his own mistake. That ended up costing me money for no reason. Completely unprofessional and careless. Customer service here is a joke. No professionalism, no respect, just straight-up rudeness. Suddenly my wheel lock key was missing and there was no record of who last worked on my car.
