I am updating my review to 5 stars because the business owner cared enough to read and comment on it. I love your location; let's please continue with the welcomed service it's always had. I am the first customer though the door at 7:55 am on Wednesday. I need a quick oil change and rotation of tires. The guy says 1:30 hour wait!!?? That's just crazy; I'm the first and only customer in there. No thanks, I'll go get my 15 minute oil change at Jiffy Lube 3 minutes away on Glendale Blvd. Btw; looks like new management. This would not have happened with the previous manager. The new old man is one grumpy guy who isn't sure when his employees are showing up to work. read more

Came here to compare pricing on a set of 4 tires I was thinking of purchasing. I was able to speak to Fred who was nice enough to find the specific tire I wanted and match the lowest price I was told from their competitors. Put in the work order and not even 16 hours later the tires arrived and were ready to be installed. After dropping off the car, the installation took roughly about an hour and some change. Fred and his time were nice and efficient the whole process. Had a good experience with them and will gladly recommend to anyone interested in anything to do with tires. read more

I called the store to ask about tire patch pricing to be pleasantly surprised that they offer them for free! The associate said I could just drop by, no appointment and luckily for me, he told me they weren't too busy right then (around noon on a Tuesday when I called). Fred was kind and checked me in and it took less than 20 minutes for them to patch my tire. So grateful for great service and for the quick turn around time! Thank you so much, ATS team! read more

Great service, easy to book and efficient. I booked a same day appointment online and bought my tires online as well. At first I let the website suggest tires based on my car make and model - however it only pointed me to the higher priced Michelins, etc. So I searched by tire brand (Falken) and found a more affordable option. Once in the store they did try to upsell some things - but the suggestions were legit and fairly priced and the salesperson was not pushy when I deferred on some of items. The whole experience was simple and efficient and even friendly (Jules!). I will definitely go back to this location. read more

Alex has been a fantastic support here from getting tires, helping me fix my air conditioner last summer and today he helped me get my alternator fixed when my battery warning light went on in ONE DAY. It is so important to have a trusted mechanic and I will always recommend Alex and his team here in Glendale for ALL your car needs - not just tires! Thank you! read more

This place is the best! I called in to ask about replacing my tires which weren't replaced in 7 years (haha). I've been really nervous about driving my car because my tire pressure light kept turning on once a week. Art picked up the phone and told me he has the all season tires for my car, and that I could get them replaced today. And 3 tires + 1 deal is awesome! Great value for Bridgestone for extra $93 off. And everyone stayed behind an extra hour to make sure my tires are also aligned correctly, etc... and I felt welcome and comfortable, even though it was probably tough for them to squeeze me in at the last minute. Thank you so much again for kindly explaining everything to someone who knows not much about cars, would highly recommend this place to anyone! :) read more
