EDIT: I am giving 5 stars ONLY because of the owners response. I did end up taking my business elsewhere however I truly appreciate the professional and quick response to my feedback. Thank you. (3 stars previously). I came here specifically looking for a USED tire because I'm currently driving on a donut and trying to stay within a budget. I called beforehand asking about getting a tire changed and at no point was I told they only had NEW tires in stock, that there would be a card fee, or how busy things were. I understand I could have specifically asked more detailed questions over the phone, but as a customer I didn't think I needed to clarify whether a used tire shop actually had used tires available. I also didn't know there was an additional fee for paying by card until arriving. What frustrated me most was standing there waiting around for about 30 minutes before finally being told there were no used tires available at all. Even a simple heads up to customers waiting such as "just so everyone knows, we currently only have new tires in stock" would have saved people time, gas, and frustration. The employee wasn't necessarily rude, but the overall experience felt very disorganized and communication was lacking. As a business owner myself, I know communication is what keeps transactions smooth on both sides. Customers may forget to ask certain questions, but businesses should also proactively communicate important information that affects pricing, inventory, and expectations. I ended up leaving frustrated because I drove out specifically for an affordable used tire option and that ultimately was not available. read more

Acapulco Tires was a great experience from start to finish. I had never been to them before, but they made replacing all four tires on my vehicle as simple and seamless as possible. They only had three of the four tires I needed in stock, but they had no problem ordering the fourth one for same-day installation, which I really appreciated. They guys at Acapulco tires are the Best! really quick service always when I need a tire patch or a plug. i bring my new tires tothem for my vehicles. they always do a great job, and when I bring my vintage vehicles to them Kieran always knows what valve stems I need for the crazy sized tires I bring him. from Vespa to Honda z cars, split rims dont phase them. This review is from a few weeks ago, but I just remembered how nice the interaction was. It just popped into my head right now. I needed a new tire for a roadtrip with my family during the holidays. My sister and I had gone to 3 different tire shops and they either didn't have the specific tire for my Hyundai Accent or the wait would have been too long. I just left Alcapolco Tires...I experienced Kareem...I was recommended by a gentleman at a different tire shop to come here for a quick patch/plug. I thought I might have hit a pothole too hard but Kareem identified the problem immediately...there was a screw stuck in my tire. The price was right to fix it but he only accepted cash. Fine by me...he can run his business how he wants but I didn't have any ! Before I could dig through my purse to see if I had any cash hiding in it he was done! Talk about quick.
