My truck is on a 12-inch lift with 42-inch tires, which basically means it's less of a truck and more of a mobile observation tower. Small children look at it the way people look at monster trucks at a county fair. Most oil change places take one look at it and suddenly say things like "our lift is down" or "we don't service... aircraft carriers." Not these guys. They walked out, looked up at the truck like they were inspecting a skyscraper, nodded, and got to work like it was a completely normal Tuesday. One of the techs climbed up there like a Navy SEAL scaling a building. Next thing I know, oil change done, no drama, no weird upsells, and nobody needed a ladder from Home Depot. Truck runs great, still sits high enough to change the weather pattern in Glendale, and I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10. If your truck is ridiculously tall and slightly irresponsible like mine, these are your people.

Well I will never go back to Jiffy Lube!! As soon as I pulled up to Glendale Lube I was greeted by a gentleman to park and asked if I was there for an oil change and he said it would be about 15 min. Wait. He wasn't lying either. Two cars in front of me and they got them finished in 15 min. They called me to pull my van up and Maria was so kind and said they'd get everything done in 15 min. I couldn't believe how fast they were. So professional and kind. I was even able to bring my own oil and filter and they just did the work. The charge was way less than I'm used to. So I will definitely be back and I will tell everyone to come here to get their oil changed.

When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

He shares the garage with someone else and that person helped us when the main guy wasn't there (sorry I can't remember his name). I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. After waiting for nearly an hour with no way to back up due to other cars behind me, tensions escalated when I inquired about the wait time. While one staff member was understanding and apologetic, another employee responded rudely and used inappropriate language towards me. I found his behavior offensive and unprofessional. Feeling trapped between cars, I had no choice but to endure the wait, only to be ultimately denied service. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I value being treated with kindness and respect above all else, even if it means paying more. I will not be returning to this business and cannot recommend it to others based on my experience. read more

Lube masters, customer service amateurs. I took my car in for an oil change in December. There was one car being serviced and another in front of me. I sat down to wait my turn and another car pulls in after me- and they take him in front of me! He arrived,had his car serviced and left while I sat there! When I mentioned it to the man in charge of car order, he became defensive and incredibly rude, bordering on hostile. After I signed the credit card receipt, he grabbed the clipboard out of my hand and abruptly walked away without a word. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. Until these "masters" figure out how to count and how to behave towards customers, back to Jiffy Lube it is! read more

Came here at mid-day, it was hot but they have a nice shady area for you to wait for your car which is nice. They have a couple of cars ahead of me but it didn't matter at all. Why because they are fairly quick and super friendly :) !! They always have enough staff around to keep the cars goung in and out. I once asked if my air filter needs to be changed and the guy told me that it's still good.
