It won't let me update my existing review, but I have been here numerous times since 2011. The remain an awesome place. This is what mom and pop shops should be like. Authentic. Caring. No nonsense. And above all, fair. I have no idea why someone would leave a 1 star for these guys except that they are most certainly NOT a jiffy place, homogenized and drained of all personality. Lastly, if you drive by and see a line, just come back later if you don't want to wait. No reason to complain about them being busy. If they are, it's obvious. If they are not, also obvious AND they are extremely efficient. read more

Very fast and friendly experience! Affordable oil change. No stress or hassle involved. Took maybe 15 minutes max

Scammers. I referred a family member and they charged them way more in person. I called and gave the exact same specs while they were there and they then quoted me a lower price on the phone. Then the old dude was rude enough to tell me off and hung up mid conversation. Bitter old man must be sad he worked his whole life changing oil and never amounted to anything significant. Don't go here, ever. Trash business, trash employees, trash customer service. read more

Very good experience. The price is fine, the wait was not bad, but I did show up very soon after it opened. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back. read more

Fast friendly no frills and affordable...In and out in 15 mins with one car ahead of me...you can't beat that anywhere.

My to go guys! Soo professional, always greeting and simply feels like your with fam while getting your oil change. Price is very affordable and they are quick. They always top off other fluids to assure your ready for the road! Thanks guys see you soon read more

Brought my brand new 2025 Hyundai Venue in for its first oil change. Service was done, but the experience wasn't great. The guy with the mustache told me "good luck" because conventional oil was used instead of synthetic unnecessarily alarming and unprofessional. I later confirmed it just means a shorter interval before the next change, not engine damage. He also left greasy handprints on the car inside and out. Better cleanliness and communication would be appreciated. read more

Did a great job as usual. Friendly and professional and communicate well and get you out on a timely manner.

I love this place. I live in Pasadena but i still drive here to this no frills garage. This place gives good quick no wait service at a real fair price. The main reason i go here is that not once did they try to push any crap all the feanchise places do. That is more important to feel not pressured into doing something. read more

Gem of a spot in the neighborhood! Very quick and the kindest people around. Came in for an oil and filter change and I have a car that burns oil quickly, they were quick and have given me a free top off whenever my oil starts running low since. Can't recommend highly enough! read more

Lube Masters - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Oil lube masters not to be trusted. The workers are fishy. They turn away customers for bogus reasons.

First time customer today, but will be returning! Had someone come in line after me who tried to cut me off, but the guy working here explained that my car was there first, and honestly handled it like a champ. They took care of my tires and windshield fluids as well. read more

Took my car in for a quick oil change, was to lazy to do it myself. NEVER HAS ISSUES with my oil change. Had a bad feeling for some reason, but I pulled in anyways - pulled it in and in a couple of minutes I was told : WE CANT DO OUR OIL CHANGE, THE BOLT IS STRIPPED (something of that sort, lost it when I heard WE CANT DO IT)! I was like WTHECK!! The guy in pit was out of there in no time, he never explained anything to me, but the guy talking to me was all over it. For some reason that guy in the pit was not around, stayed a good distance away, I tried to ask him a question, but I was told before I could finish- yeah you had it put on wrong... YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO A WELL ESTABLISHED OIL CHANGING SHOP! This one did me WRONG! YOU COULD BE NEXT! Can You AFFORD A WHOLE NEW OIL PAN, IF SO TAKE THAT CHANCE! NOOO, REALLY!! DON'T DO IT!!! Shop was clean I will give them that, but looks can be deceiving. read more

Have came here for years whenever I needed to get an oil change for my EVO and now my Audi. I usually bring everything with me such as the oil, oil filter and drain washer. After waiting 15 mins they pull up and ask me if I've ever been there before and I have told them that they have serviced my car at least once last year. They claimed that the car was too hard to service and denied my car. They didn't wanna spend 30 mins of work for 40 dollars they claimed. I was pretty surprised. Anyways I decided to go to another lube shop and they happily accepted me. They just gained a new customer. Sadly won't be coming back here again for myself and all my friends that I recommend come here. Unfortunate. read more

I just called now 10am (Labor Day) to check if they were opened and the guy who answered the phone was extremely RUDE and hung up on me ! Fantastic. Excellent work, job done on my car. I don't think I'll go any place else Very professional and experienced. That's what you want now days read more

I have been going here for years and have always been treated kindly and with respect. They've even pointed out issues they don't service there so I don't run into car trouble and can make it safely to a mechanic where they do take care of any issues. One time they went as far as to get me a replacement coolant cap when mine fell off for no charge. I had been given the run around by several mechanics recently and was frankly feeling a bit defeated and stopped by to see if they could at least point me in the right direction expecting for them to shut me down. They happily took me in and told me exactly what is within 5 minutes and free of charge. I absolutely love the entire team and will be going to them for as long as I can. read more

What's going on nowadays? Been coming to Lube Masters for years. Always been loyal. Come in on a Saturday at 5:30 and they're closing up shop. Hours say 6 p.m. Old man goes on to mumble about people coming in at the last minute. If you don't want my business, cool...but why even have hours if you're not going to keep to them. Don't make customers feel like we inconvenienced you by helping keep you in business. Too bad, guess I'll take my business to a place that wants my money. read more

Whole crew is always honest and cool as hell. You're in & out in a matter of 15-20 minutes and I've never had any issues with service . 10/10 I recommend coming here ! read more

i have been doing my oil changes at this place. but the last time i went they over tightened the oil plug to the point that they cracked the aluminum oil pan. the leak was so bad that i left a continuous line of oil on the street. they just gave me a quart of oil to add more on my way home read more

Still 5 stars years later. Cheap, quick, and they do good work. One thing, STOP at the stop sign in their lot. It looks like it could be a regular stop sign to stop and go, but you're supposed to wait there. Good guys, was in an out in 15 min for an oil change. read more

Older dude that works here is a Chevy purist and thinks it's okay to literally kick your Ford since he's a brand loyalist. Noticed my chrome master cylinder cap was swapped with a plastic one with no mention of it being swapped, damaged or compromised. read more

Happy with the service every time! I was happy to find this place a while back a family member recommended it.

My family has been coming to this place for many years and throughout that time Lube Masters has given us consistent service. As a young female, I'm wary of getting my car serviced, but this is the place my dad tells me to go, and I have always been able to trust them. On my latest visit, I showed up for an oil change, but they said I didn't need one, invited me to look under the hood myself, still checked all my fluid levels, and didn't charge me for the service. It's not a glamorous spot, but they get the job done. read more

Great place to get my medical van serviced, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend

This is where I have been getting my oil changed for years. I used to live closer, now I drive all the way from Hollywood just because I like the guys that work there and they're fast. I have never once had an issue nor have they tried to sell me anything else and their prices are fair. read more

This place is great it's just one particular person that makes the experience horrible it seems that it affects his mood on how he treats some peoples cars and how he approaches you it's a young skinny guy i been going here for 10 year and every time i get the young kid i just feel on easy to give him my keys the other guys are helpful i mean alot and they even give you recommendations but the other guy its seem like his just there to get a pay check and have fun with thinks he think he can get a way with in ur car and it seem his going to be there a lot sicne i have seen him there all the time I hope this gets better because am not there to make him happy or be considerate to whats going on with in his house where i need to let him treat people like how he wants read more

Always quick and friendly. My husband and I have been coming here for years and it's mostly quick and painless.
