Team head Alejandro, polite, clear and explains process. Applied a coupon and was clear on price. There was, one car ahead, Alejandro, did paperwork. I went into wait room. Car was on rack in about 15 minutes. Alejandro, did service, I could see, from window. covering all bases. Did not try, or, have any reason to upsell, like dealer shop. I came to this location for an oil change on Sunday morning, March 8, and had a couple of filters replaced as well, for a total of around $220. I was planning to use an Affirm card to pay for the service, as I had a line of credit of over $1,000 with Affirm available to me on Saturday, March 7. Unfortunately, apparently Affirm locked me out of my line of credit on Saturday evening after another business unsuccessfully attempted to use my Affirm account to collect an automatically scheduled payment of $19.99. As a result, my Affirm card could not be used on Sunday morning to pay for my Jiffy Lube service. Since I had no other cash or any line of credit to draw from, I offered my iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard as collateral until I could come up with the cash. It was humiliating, and I was apologetic, but I didn't know what else to do. I told the Jiffy Lube employee I would reach out as soon as I had the needed cash available so I could come in and pay the debt. I called Affirm on Monday (March 9) during business hours to find out what had happened with my line of credit and they explained what had happened. My line of credit could not be made available again until I paid the $19.99, and then I would need to wait four days for a new review of my line of credit. While the iPad was in the possession of the store, at 10:18 PM on Sunday, March 8, I received an email alert from American Express warning me that my American Express card had been reactivated in the Apple Wallet of my tablet. I received a call/voicemail from Jiffy Lube this morning (March 10) around 10 am asking me for payment information. I called back within 5 minutes to follow up, and offered a solution: I could stop by the store, pick up the keyboard for my iPad (retails for $300) and leave the IPad (value $699), and try to sell the keyboard online with the hope of having cash for Jiffy Lube by end of day. The manager I spoke with was impatient, angry and made a point of communicating that my solution was not a satisfactory one to him. He interrupted me several times and generally treated me as though I had no intention of doing right by him and paying the debt. I don't know where he learned his customer service skills, but when you assume the worst about your customers, it should be no surprise when your customers start assuming the worst about you. read more

Unfortunately the employees here look very depressed and down and it reflects on the work. The oil change was speeding, no complaints there. Unfortunately the young gentleman who filled air in my tires was very rude and filled air in all four tires completely out of spec. Front tires needed 47psi, rear 70. He filled all 4 completely out of spec. Front 70 & 52, rear 92 & 78. It was immediately noticed upon driving since the ride quality was very noticeably rough. Oily hand prints on the exterior and on the steering wheel. Not to mention a feature disabled on my dash after they tried to clear the service interval. I went in to have a bulb replaced in my tail light, and the technicians were very professional and kind. While removing the tail light, the technician accidentally broke a piece. He explained that it was more difficult than usual to remove and that a part had unfortunately cracked in the process. I asked how it would be handled, and he advised me to call the next day to speak with the manager, Alex. When I did, Alex was very friendly and accommodating. He immediately assured me he would order a replacement, which would arrive in about a week. As soon as the new part came in, Alex called me right away, and I returned to have it installed. The team was very apologetic though it honestly wasn't necessary. Mistakes happen, and they handled the situation professionally and responsibly. I just want to encourage people to give others grace when mistakes occur. Yes, it can be inconvenient, but things happen.
