Had a slow leak on 2 year old tires I bought from this store and was told that there was a leak in the side wall and it had to be replaced, which I did. The same thing happened to the new tire. I took it in and was told the rim had a crack in it and I would need to replace it. Why wasn't this found the first time? I had it replaced and when my regular mechanic looked at the "new" tire, he showed me all the loose rubber on the inside and said it wasn't safe to drive on. I now called the Just Tires store and they claimed that the damage was my fault even though I didn't allow the "newer" tire to go below 28 pounds. I had bought a portable tire inflater to be certain. I had to make a claim with their company and take it back in to be "inspected". This is way beyond annoying, I've bought 3 tires - all for the right front and still don't have a safe one to drive on. read more

I ended up with a leak in my tire, but happened to be near Just Tires on Central Ave. in Glendale, where I bought all four tires. I walked into the lobby and stood in front of the counter while the employee inflated a toy blimp for a child there. Then there was a long discussion with the mother (I assume) about someone's birthday and whether it was on the 29th or the 20th. That went on for a bit. Then the employee went to another counter to retrieve his purple Starbucks drink from another counter. It must of tasted good by his slurping and lip smacking! He tried looking up this young lady's quote but couldn't find it. He stepped away from the computer to play with the little girl and her new blimp. Finally, he looked at me and asked if I needed service and could I leave my car because they were very busy! Instead of telling me the they were too busy, wouldn't it have been better to find out why I was there, and to let me know how they could help me? Yes, he seemed way too busy to look up my many years of business, some kind of greeting, or provide a solution to my flat. Not once in my many years as a 20 years customer has he not treated me with manners and respect as he assists me with my car related needs. Always cheerful and looking for the best prices. As I wait before and after my turn, I observe him treat all other clients with the same level of professionalism, expertise, and respect. In scrolling over some recent reviews, I noticed a negative review that referenced the individual's sexual orientation as cause for mistreatment by Natan. I recently visited Just Tires to patch a tire, but I was told that my tire was not fixable and needed to be replaced. Trusting their advice, I agreed to replace it and another tire. Shortly after, they recommended that I get a tire rotation as well, even though the tires were brand new. I reluctantly agreed, only to discover later that the tire rotation I paid for was never actually performed. My brand new front 2 tires were a complete different color from my older tires. When I got my car back, the same 2 new tires were in the front and same 2 old tires in the back. This experience has left me feeling completely misled and scammed. Not only was I subjected to unnecessary upselling, but the service I was charged for was not even completed. Honesty and transparency are essential in the auto repair industry, and unfortunately, this shop failed on both fronts. I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this business with their car. If you do decide to go here, make sure to double-check their work before leaving. And if you're a woman and planning to go, it would probably be best to bring a man with you so that they might be less reluctant to unnecessarily upcharge you for services you probably don't need. Dishonesty is an epidemic in the auto repair industry. After getting a nail in my tire I took it in for repair at American Tire Depot in Glendale. These guys who I've come to know well, repaired the tire for free, as the tire was still a couple years old. When I got a second nail in the tire--within the same week--I went back. Sadly it was a Sunday & the shop was closed. I went to Just Tires because it was the only place open. Upon entering, the attendant behind the counter was helping a couple other customers. He was being slightly terse with them and just seemed overall unfriendly with them. When it came to my turn, I asked for a repair, he told me that the tire was too old. I decided test the attendant, Kevin, with a question, "Why do you say it's too old?" His reply "Because you can see the wear indicator bar". The truth is that you can always see the bar. The question is how worn down is the tire in relation to the indicator. I decided not to push back because I knew that this was the only place open. The tires still had a good 5-6 mm of tire tread.I bought a new one anyway. Two people were ahead of me, but the job took over two hours. Needless to say don't go to Just Tires. Unless it's your only option. Find a place that puts the customers best interest in mind. They are out there. read more

After purchasing 4 new tires a month before I went back for a nail repair. The manager refused to provide me the warranty purchase so I can avoid paying for another new tire. I explained that I did not understand that the manufacture warranty was separate form a road repair and he still refused to allow me to purchase the warranty only a month after. Horrible client experience. He just lost a future client and future referrals. Talk about not caring about a great client experience. I made an appointment for a simple tire repair at this place: flat tire due to nail in the middle of the tire. When I got there, they told me I had to wait for two hours for service. The people who walk in have priority over people who have an appointment especially if their repairs are more costly! Eventually they took care of my tire, which just needed a patch... The next day I noticed the same tire was leaking air. I took it to my mechanic this time (wasn't going to go back to this place) and he found a second nail, on the side of the tire this time, that was only visible from the inside. How come the people at Just Tires didn't see it when my mechanic saw it right away? Anyway my feeling from this place is that they are unprofessional, incompetent and untrustworthy. When I went to America tires, they told me replace my tires without any inspection. So I thought I should find another reliable to inspect my tires. Brought my car due to a flat tire And everything was fine UNTIL I realized the next day that my car had deep scratches all over the border side of the tire they fixed (SEE PICS ) I brought my car to the manager Gary who was extremely rude , and he basically blamed my flat for the scratches...it made no sense because I have pictures of the car once it arrived there (with the flat still on and absolutely NO SCRATCHES around it)...the worker himself that day was struggling to remove the tire which leads me to strongly believe this was a CARELESS act and FORCED removal of my tire/wheel. It's upsetting because I payed almost $200 to get a tire and have my car cosmetically ruined. Absolutely disregardful and bestial attitude towards clients!!!! First, I waited for at least one of the 5 workers to pay attention to me. 7 minutes later, they noticed me. I wanted to do a car inspection. simplest procedure. They said "yes,we can do it".Then, they said that they had run out of forms, to which I replied that I have a form in my email, I can send it to them by email so that they can print it on their printer. A simple operation. To which the woman began to come up with excuses that they do not have access to a printer (which is connected to the work computer)!!!!!! I asked, "What is the problem with printing paper from the post office?" she said that only the manager, who is on vacation in another city, has access to mail . It turns out that access to the mail of the entire company, where business correspondence and other communications with suppliers and clients, is in the hands of one person!!!! someone is not there. And at the moment, the company does not work with mail at all, yeah, that's what I believed. most likely this lazy woman simply didn't want to strain her fat ass. just terrible, will never come back read more

I was coming off a bad experience at another tire shop closer to me and decided to make a little further drive and I will say it was well worth it. The other other was trying to deny coverage on my car for some thing that was under warranty and was trying to take advantage of me again (wasn't the first time). I have spent thousands of dollars here on tires for 3 vehicles. I always come for tire rotation and balancing included with my tire purchases. Today I am disappointed. 2 days ago I came in for the rotation balance service and was advised it would be a minimum 2-3hr wait....I was told they would have more techs on Friday and if I made a 9am appointment I'd be done within the hour...so, I made the appt. Today, I'm here at 9am...Finally a 2nd man comes in to help the guy at the desk (who made my appt 2days ago) The guy tells me, he can NOT FIND AN APPT for me. They advertise Free alignment, free break diagnostics, But every time you go down there, they have more excuses not to help you out than to actually do what they advertise. I went there today for an alignment check and I was told I had to leave my vehicle cause it would be 1 and a 1/2 hours to 2 hours before they could get to it Even though the alignment rack was not being used whatsoever I couldn't leave my car because I had some other errands to run So I told them I'd be back in a couple hour when I went back they told me the technician could not do it because he got off work at 6 o'clock even though it was 5 o'clock when I was there. So the way I see it the free Advertisements are nothing but a scan. They just want you to go down there and if you pay for it I'm sure they'll find the time and a technician to work on your car, But there free advertisements are nothing but lies. read more

i have to admit that i was very anxious about coming here as i would be going somewhere except the usual places i go to during this covd crisis. i mean i have been here several times in the past and did not notice their being particularly careful about cleanliness and attention to detail. This is a Tire joint and as such the main thing is that you come here to buy tires or auto service. But: i was really taken aback that this place was very very clean. All of the inside employees were wearing masks and all of the dudes seemed aware of the world in which we now live. i came here for needed, scheduled service and to inquire about a new set of tires as my current set though treadwise good were 7 years old. And as i have come to know since last year: all tires over 6 years old are in themselves not safe. I knew nothing about this when i first heard about it last year until i Googled it. Big surprise even though my tires have always had loving care and service: there is a danger about them being over 7 years old. Who knew? Well me...now. Gary helped me navigate the service needed today as well as to respond to the myriad of questions i posed. Today i had the service i needed and was pleasantly surprised that the seat, the steering wheel, the floor even the key start up were encased in plastic. So Just Tires is aware and reacting to all of our fears. Good Stuff! I will be back to purchase tires here in the next week or so. Jose was my guy at the Glendale store; good sense of humor and helpful. All the guys there were friendly and played along with my banter....with the exception of one, whom I guess was a manager since he was barking orders in a condescending way. I think he was trying to motivate the staff, but it didn't sound that way to me as a customer. It was uncomfortable and I was kinda embarrassed for him, I didn't seem necessary at all as the guys were working on a job in the bays. I've had a manager with that same tone and eventually you just learn to ignore them. I hope Just Tires doesn't lose good employees because of manager's that don't know how to manage people. Enough about "Negative Nelson". Dreadfully had to make an unexpected trip here. I was hoping to not have to buy a tire and could just repair it. I told Jose, don't try to pull a fast one on me because I'm female. He assured me that he would only sell me 5 tires today. Lolol. I ended up having two nails in my tire and ruined the sidewall from driving on it. Jose showed me the damage and told me he couldn't repair it since the tire was no longer safe. We went into the office to check tire prices, he did suggest two new tires as the tread was low. I questioned him and asked if we could do the quarter test. He accommodated my request with his proper tire tread guage (I want one now) and then kindly told me the quater test is not the best accurate way to check. Following that, I went home and did not drive again until Monday June 6. Within that short period of time I managed to pick up a a screw in one of my new tires, what luck. When I came in on Monday June 6, I was met by a very friendly Manager, Yero. After a very pleasant conversation with Yero, I knew a lot more about tires and how they are repaired by Just Tires. Just Tires does not just "plug the hole" like so many other places, they take the tire off and actually repair it. I was very impressed with the time and care that Yero took with my tire problem.
