I got into my car to get gas after a long day of apartment tours, and my tire was flat. Not a small nail flat, not "oh yeah, someone can totally patch it" flat. Just flat as could be. I panic-searched for tire shops near me, dreading the idea of having to tow my car anywhere. LA Tires was the first option to pop up. As soon as I explained my problem, the gentleman on the phone immediately assured me that they offer mobile services and could get someone out to help. I gave him my tire information and he quickly found a tire to do a replacement and THANK GOODNESS it was discounted to $80. I gave him my address, grabbed a Dr. Pepper from the store of the parking lot I was in (to calm my nerves) and someone pulled up next to me to replace the tire before I even finished my drink! In all, $200 to have someone come out and install a new tire is a steal. Everyone I interacted with was so nice, and I appreciate the gentleman who came out to me for explaining what was wrong with the tire. Waiting and paying for a tow + paying for a new tire + still needing gas afterwards would've been my 13th reason. I'm very grateful to LA Tires for getting me out of that bind!

Don't ever judge a book by its cover. Look more at how the staff are highly capable, responsive and willing to communicate. Well run operation. Super busy shop and the location next to recycling center may turn you off. But you will spend much less here for very good quality work. Thank you for an amazing deal on my alignment for my BMW at a price less than 1/3 of what other shop or the dealership quoted. They have a computer based Hunter alignment machine. Car handles amazingly afterwards.. much appreciated. Would def come back.

ANOTHER great experience at LA Tires! It's one of those places you HOPE you'll never need, but when you do, you're SO glad it's there! Wife's car had a HUGE screw stuck in the tire causing a slow leak which was becoming a fast one! Went to LA Tires when they opened at 7:30am, and they took care of me right away! $25 for a patched up tire and a happy wife! Pretty good deal, if you ask me! read more

Called for their mobile service to repair my flat tire. The mechanic came within 10 mins which was super quick and it also helps that I live a 9 min walk away. I was up and ready to go less than 30 mins. I paid $30 for their mobile service and $20 to repair my tire. It was 95 degrees that day so I was worth it just to pay and have someone come and fix it with all the tools needed especially with the week I've had. I'd say it was top tier service. read more

Thank god for this tire shop. Had 2 screws in my tire causing a slow leak and was able to get it fixed right away. They were so fast I was able to visit on my lunch break with time to spare! I got a flat tire notification as I was driving to an event. I quickly pulled over to find a tire shop and this one had great reviews. The reviews are true! I came in and ended up not having a flat, but a tire sensor issue on my old bmw. They fixed it for $20.00 and got me out of there within half an hour. Honesty matters now days, second time I have been there, will definitely come back. Took car that had a small screw and air pressure light on, technician checked all tires pressure, and let me know screw did not go through. They could have lied but did not. Total cost, $5.00 read more

Maybe I just came at a bad time. I don't know. I arrived at 4:40pm on a Saturday and they close at 6pm. There were 8 men standing around and no one offered to help me. I asked 3 times for help, but was completely ignored. I finally just left and went some place else. I just needed a new tire. Would definitely not return to this place again. read more

This location has good hours of operation even open Sundays. What I didn't like is that the alignment performed didn't leave the steering straight. I actually ended up going somewhere else to have it properly aligned. Disappointed that I had to pay twice to have something that should have been done right the 1st time around. read more

Even though they're busy, they seem to do a great job! I think maybe the staff aren't very comfortable with English, so they don't approach customers first--but if you go up and talk to them, they handle everything quickly and efficiently, even when it's crowded. They replaced my tire fast, and it's been working perfectly without any issues. I didn't go in for a major problem, but it turned out to be a really good experience. LA Tires is the best!! My partner and I got a flat tire on our rental car and had a plane to catch later that day. I called LA tires (along with many other services) and they were the only ones who could drive to us and replace our tire. Keep in mind, this was in the blazing 80 something heat of downtown LA. They single handedly saved our day! They took 5-10 minutes to change out the flat and replace it with a new one, super fast service! They were also very reasonable on pricing as well. We hit a snafu with a flat tire so after all the stress of finding a place in time (everything was closing at 6PM and we were finally getting towed right at 5:50), this spot STILL took us in after running late from traffic. (Of course it helps to know some Spanish or have a phone to translate). In and out so fast, and got the tire patched and ready to go for $30. Excellent service! read more

I was stuck in rush-hour traffic in Los Angeles no way I could handle that on the spot without risking everything. You make a potential customer wait 3 full days for a response, then hit them with an impossible 15-minute ultimatum during peak traffic hours? That's not customer service; that's pure arrogance. They used the $50 deposit to lose a customer instead of giving time or more options to pay since I waited 3 full days to even be contacted. You don't build long-term value by treating people like this. You make your money from repeat business and referrals, not one rushed sale that alienates everyone. All this did was guarantee I'll never come back and actively pushed me straight to your competitor, which turned out to be a way better experience. He was responsive, professional, no pressure tactics. All anyone has to do is look on Yelp: the guy who is second with 718 five-star reviews is the one to go to. There's a reason you multiple accounts with reviews: the inconsistency shows. One bad interaction like this costs you a customer forever and now a negative review that future people will see. How you treat people matters just as much as (if not more than) the product or service. This experience screamed "we don't value you until you pay," and it backfired spectacularly. I wouldn't choose this brand even if the work was top-tier. Think hard about pushing rushed deposits on people you've barely spoken to, reviews matter, and this one is loud. 1/5 stars. Steer clear if you value basic respect, reasonable communication, and some flexibility after making customers wait days.

Jonah worked with our hectic schedule during the holidays. He is very thorough and detailed to ensure the repair of our Tesla rim's curb rash is immaculate. He also has a warranty service, that you don't get anywhere else when you have a Tesla because it is so easy to get a curb rash. Jonah did a complimentary re-polish of a slight curb rash prior to the sale of our vehicle. It is with great pleasure to work with Jonah and we highly recommend Rim Revival wheel restoration.

When I arrived, the price was changed and I was told it would be $250, even though that was not what we agreed on. I understand prices can go up or down, but once a price is agreed on, especially after I canceled a different auto body shop, it should be honored. I also have an audio record of the original conversation. The person who did my oil change was very nice and professional, and I appreciate that. However, changing the price after an agreement was disappointing. I came here based on good reviews and recommendations. Keeping your word matters if you want returning customers.

I have to give a shoutout to David and the LA Tires Team; this morning , I discovered a rain consealed pothole on one of our excellent LA freeways. Long story short it blew out my left rear tire. David and his crew came to my office to make the replacement. The mobile service is incredible, and I can't say enough about the professionalism. No need to look for any other tire service. thank you, guys for getting me back in operation without having to deal with a towing company and most importantly no need to sit around at a service center. This place is great for tires--honest and reliable. I first came here four years ago to replace my tire sensors, and David, the owner, advised me to replace just one broken sensor instead of all four, which he could have easily done to make more money. Now, four years later, I returned because another sensor broke. I only trust them for my tire needs. The only downside is that the shop is small and busy, making parking difficult and finding an employee a bit of a hassle. read more

I purchased new Hankook tires for my Tesla from the owner, David, who was extremely helpful. The crew was professional and worked seamlessly to install the tires flawlessly. They also aligned my vehicle after the tire installation and made any necessary adjustments. The cost of the tires and installation was affordable. I had a flat tire this morning and was so relieved to find this tire shop open on New Year's Day! The staff was super professional and provided quick, efficient service. They had my tire fixed in no time, and their prices were reasonable too. I really appreciate their dedication to being open on a holiday when most places are closed. After searching yelp for a tire shop, I came across LA tires. I had a flat tire so I went with them and they told me that it had a nail. That they would be able to patch it up. I was so relieved because I didn't want to spend on a new tire. Very fast and cheap as well. I was in there less than 20 minutes. They were a life saver. read more
