Called to have a vehicle towed that was blocking my garage. We have signage. I explained the garage was located in the alley and provided the address the perso told me if ai can't provide the address he isn't towing. I replied that I had just stayed the address and repeated it, he told me "no, you said the alley and you're rude, I'm not dealing with you." He hung up. I called again and asked if I could explain the garage location with the address, that I needed to get out and the garage is not responsibility of a property manager. He told me again to call a property manager that he wasn't dealing with me and hung up again. This was after I texted a photo. Upon trying to call again he kept picking up and just hanging up. If your car got towed by this company, please call the police department to verify the tow was properly recorded. Per California Vehicle Code § 22658(m), it requires the tow company to notify law enforcement shortly after removal or arrival at the yard. It must be recorded within 1 hour!!! This company does not follow statues/regulations set by the state. Please know your rights and sue this company for not following proper protocols. Not only that but this company is not even verified with the BBB. Also my car had a tire with low air upon arrival but that is the least of my concerns when the law is being broken. read more

This is a crooked Buisness. This business has a deal with the security guards at our HOA. They will tow away cars belonging to homeowners and residents of the community in the early morning hours, even with visible parking permits, all while leaving behind cars with no permits and long expired registrations. They know people with current registrations can and will pay to get their cars back. My mother is retired and this is the second time within a couple of weeks they have towed her car away, enough is enough. And they start towing more around the holidays. I have dealt with this company a few times already they have towed my car and while on the tow truck they ended up damaging my vehicle. also they just take cars and take off they are the towing company for my facility they have wrongfully towed my car when it was in a spot and with a permit they don't check permits or anything if they see the car they will take it and damage it because of how fast they drive. They are not careful with your vehicle There is better tow companies out there that will take better care for your car and won't damage it and are cheaper. The car was towed...Before they even got the car back, my daughter (who's 17, so a minor) called me to tell me there were charges on her card. I traced the charges, and it leads to the towing company! So their driver stole her wallet! Not only that, but we're expats in Mexico and her residency card was in it. Well, it is HELL to have her come back home and have the card replaced. So to the company and the driver ZENO (who stole her wallet): shame on you. Coming from a very honest household, when one becomes a thief and corrupt, one has to speak up for everyone in the community. We were at a Carson Mobile home, trying to pick up something from a friend. It's was going to be a quick stop, and we left my husband's phone in the center console and my daughter's wallet on the passenger seat. The moment we came out of our friends door, our car is gone! We were so scared, we thought it was stolen. That was quick! My friend's door was half ajar. If this tow truck driver had a little of bit of heart for people's hard earned money, it's impossible not to hear them. We're were honestly just behind the door and didn't even go inside. This tow truck company is from Long Beach, we are from Carson. The moment we realized our car was towed based on the household camera, we called them asap. The tow guy said, if we pick it up from their place it is going to cost us $400 plus at night. This is just last night. This is not even 15 min in the house and the time we talked to the towing on the phone and tow. If we pick it up today, at 8am, it is going to be $289. Long story short my husband is not able to work so we can pick up the car. He is not able to do anything, as his phone was left inside the car. My daughter who had her wallet on the passenger side with School ID she needed for today and money! I have them all on video. From the time we entered the towing office, until we enter the car, until I opened her wallet. We also have a video of the towing. No stop; just pass and back-up and go. All recorded in the CCTV camera of our friend. No mercy and conscience. It's all about how they make money, even it doesn't make sense at all. Per the guy helping us at the office, this is a corporation. Well, let the management hear that they are thieves , trying to rip people for their own business. For sure this is an inside job from the management of the mobile home. For sure someone gets a cut!!!! If you see the location of the mobile home, as you enter , to turn to the very far left and turn right. This mobile home is not visible to the main road. I bet; this is all this LB tow truck too. Someone benefits from this people! 10 minutes from the area and your car is towed is unacceptable and obviously someone on the door , where they can just knock and warn. This company repossessed my car which is not my issue. The guy on the phone was amazing and nice and caring and when i got to the Long Beach location they gave me half my stuff in a blue trash bag and a lot of it was damaged. I know they stole a bunch of my stuff because items from one area of the car were in the bag but others weren't. I was missing cash, sunglasses, power tools, my fire extinguisher, my summons for jury duty, etc. I asked again after I looked through the bag where the rest of my items were and they said that was all of it. They never provided me with a list of my items that were in the car which they are required to by law and they make you sign a form before you even get your stuff saying that you got all your stuff which is completely shady. I'm gonna have to end up suing these people because they're ridiculous and what they think they can steal from someone. read more

Bought something from Vons & parked in their parking lot just to come back after 2 hours to find my car gone. Found it strange because this is a crowded plaza with cars still parked everywhere so I frantically called Vons. Vons didn't know anything about it & said it was probably the security that called it in for towing. Had to uber to A&A Towing at 3AM & the receptionist guy talked to you in a very condescending manner. I actually called him before heading there & he hung up while I was explaining my situation. Don't know how their business is still up & running, this seems like a huge money scheme. They'll make up prices out of their ass & demand you to pay it up front or else say goodbye your car. They especially target cars on Friday nights & add an additional $116 once you pick it up because weekend is "after hour" , yet they're listed as 24/7 ??? You don't have any options but to pay up because every 24hrs is another $76. I finally paid the $425 that they asked. Got in my car & found out that they totally fcked up my brake. My car alerted me "Brake Hold Malfunction" , "Parking Brake Malfunction" and there was nothing they could do about it. All I got was a bunch of shoulder shrugs & "You'll just have to wait til Monday to talk to our boss." A bunch of empty brains & money hungry scammers. My car was towed after hours with no management. I walked down to leave for work at 7am to find my car gone... I pay for parking. He claimed management called but they leave by 6pm everyday, which means a resident called. I'm not sure what the process for them is to verify if a manager calls.but it seems like it failed. I called the company and some guy answered I asked a few questions and repeated what he said to clarify and he asked if I'm just going to repeat what he says. Great customer service, fast, dependable and honest. I had some clown parked all the way in my driveway when I went to drop off my kid at school. I waited for a bit to see if it was going to be moved and nothing. After an hour, I called the City towing services but it turns out that if the car is in your driveway instead of just blocking your driveway, it becomes your issue and you have to contact your own towing company. I'm glad I found A&A because they showed up quickly and handled my driveway blocking issue. This place towed my car without warning, even after I purchased a small drink for my daughter just to conduct business so I could park and grab my Togo pizza next door. We got our pizza and it only took 20 minutes and Olin leaving my vehicle was gone. The cost to get my car back was $309.00 and they were so rude when walking in. We have a garage which is accessed through the alley. Unfortunately, people park there blocking our garage entrance or thieves leave stolen cars there. We've called several times to tow and and everything time it's one of three bad experiences: 1. Rude operator. Whoever is manning the phones here is horrible. He doesn't take addresses down right. Has a hard time being courteous and will actually tell you to hold on before you say a word then leaves you on hold for several minutes. Sometimes the phone just hangs up!!! You guys need a new person on the phones. 2. They take forever to come out. I understand that there are busy times and things are unpredictable. But when you say 20 minutes and that you need me to be available for the tow truck driver and don't show up around that ETA you mess my schedule up. I could have called another tow company to come and do this. 3. They don't show up. So if you can, save yourself the hassle and call another tow service. Two trucks from A&A Towing were illegally towing our parishioners cars. They did not have written permission from Sticklin/Snively Mortuary to tow cars. One parishioner paid a $100 drop fee and the other called the police. The tow truck drivers eventually dropped the cars. We will be following up with LBPD. read more

Y'all...let me start off by saying, AWESOME!! First, the man I spoke with twice over the phone has the best soothing radio voice ever. He was so calm and helpful while letting me know that the tow truck could be here within a half hour. My problem was I had a construction nail stuck in my tire. So My tire was totally flat. No spare nor jack. I figured the tire would not hold any air due to the nail was at the edge of the tread. Called A & A, sent Greg to the rescue. There are No words for how this man helped me so much!!! I couldn't afford the tow charge so my adult son & daughter were going to pay for it as part of my Mother's Day gift. Greg was not having it! He checked my trunk and saw there was no place to put a spare tire. He even got on the ground to see under my car and found a wheel well where a spare tire would go. I've had this car for over 2 years now and never knew this. Greg saw that I had an air pump and told me he would put air in my tire and follow me to the tire shop to make sure I was able to make it there. He LITERALLY followed behind me and can checking the tire out his window. Once he saw I was almost there and the tire still had air, he waved and went on about his day. WHAT I'M SAYING IS THIS: Greg didn't have to do anything but tow my car to the shop, but he went well beyond honesty and compassion in times where you really don't see that nowadays. We had an emergency with a popped tire, called several places that all gave us hours of wait time. We called A&A and they were ready and willing to help us ASAP, which was a god send. Lima was friendly and quick, he also let us know that one of our rear tires were showing signs of bad tread and would need replacing immediately, and suggested we dont drive fast nor long distance because it would be an imminent pop and disastrous. If I could give 0 stars I would, but the 1 star goes for the tower that was actually nice but the person on the phone with me this Sunday night as 0 customer service skills. It takes a lot for me to review someone badly but the guy on the phone whoever was on his shift sunday night never learned to be nice to others I guess. So as I come back from a 4.5 hour trip home someone is in our spot so we called to get it towed. The last thing someone ever wants is someone being rude to them when you're tired. The guy on the phone had a very aggressive voice and was giving me so much attitude. He asks me what our spot is and I double check with my boyfriend and he's like "You don't know your own parking spot" as if i was stupid. Our parking spots don't have numbers ?? Literally, but our neighbors agree who has who (since it's only a small 4 unit apartment) and then he asks for my name and the lease is under my boyfriends name and he proceeds to give me more attitude asking "and who is andrew?" With aggression in his voice, so I proceed to just give the phone to my bf because i'm done with his bs, and so he calls again ten mins later, and he gets the address wrong even though I tell him the right one and proceeds to get mad at my boyfriend and hangs up on him. I give this place Zero Stars! They towed my car because according to them I was blocking a garage! A garage that I pay for, and I'm allowed to park next to it. They said I was parked in a fire lane, when no where in the area does it say there's a fire lane. Charged me $425 to take out my car! When I told them about vehicle code 22658, states A towing company shall not remove or commence the removal of a vehicle from private property without first obtaining the written authorization from the property owner or lessee, including an association of a common interest development, or an employee or agent thereof, who shall be present at the time of towing the vehicle. They said that my property manager did give them authorization, and proceeded to tell me to give my property manager a call. Which I did and my property manager said they NEVER gave consent to take any vehicle from the back ally garage.. When asked for a refund, they told me no! This place is a shit show! Scamming people.. If they hit you with the "parked in the fire lane" that's why you got towed, without there being no signs posted or red lines painted by the fire department on the floor,you can actually sue them for practically STEALING your car.. read more

I had an overall very good experience with this company. Right from the beginning to them calling me after my insurance set them up for me, they kept in touch a couple of times until the tow arrived as they knew I was by myself stranded in the parking lot with my car almost non-drive-able.
