Then he discloses that he does not have a tire jack ....and our car service request was a flat tire service request call !! So my wife asked the driver hey isn't that kind of irresponsible to show up 7 1/2 hours later to a flat tire service request with no tire jack and his shrugs and shoulders and says oh yeah I guess so . Ultimately, forcing us to have a car towed instead of just putting on the spare tire . Unbelievably unacceptable, pure trash, towing company !!!
