Ok, so very typical of me to think that my car can make it home on a low gas tank but this time I was very wrong. Of course my car wouldn't start and I was literally stuck in this busy street freaking out. Like I did this to myself but now I'm thinking okay I need a tow truck and it's gonna be expensive af *cry* so honestly I'm glad I found this company because honestly the price was actually decent and fair. I called them and they answered right away and asked me first if I was okay and in a safe location. Asked me all the typical car info and got to my location rather quickly, which is good because I definitely was going to be late for work. Now my concern was that it was on a weird uphill and my car is honestly a very low car and new so first thing I thought was whoever is gonna get my car up on that ramp better know what they're doing cuz they're gonna mess up the sides but honestly I got a good one, mark! He was very knowledgeable, approachable and knew his stuff. Definitely told me to stop running my car without gas as it will cause other problems but overall he didn't make me feel worried and I'm just glad he was able to get my out of that street and quickly. This towing company was so helpful! In my experience, having been in a handful of situations where I have needed to unfortunately tow my car, I know that it literally takes AGES for a tow truck to arrive. Not only does it typically take forever, but the companies I've dealt with in the past are terrible at communicating the estimated arrival time. Safe to say, I'm so glad this particular company exists and that I found them off of yelp. Toby was my tow truck guy and arrived so promptly and at the time the company promised he would. Anyone who knows me is well aware of my horrible luck when it comes to cars. My car is either always breaking down or running out of gas (because my meter doesn't work) on the freeway or random streets. Therefore, I feel like I have quite extensive experience with towing companies. This company is by far the most memorable in terms of customer service and speed/efficiency. They were so friendly and easy to work with. On the phone, they were so courteous and helpful. That's important in calming my anxiety being stuck on the road alone. When my Prius got its catalytic converter stolen, I was terrified at the thought of hiring an expensive tow company to get it to a repair center. My car was practically undriveable and needed immediate attention. I called around to get some towing quotes, and just as I thought, they were not only unreasonably expensive, but would also take a long time to arrive. Luckily I found Rapid Response Towing who gave me a very fair price for the effort + distance. They told me they would arrive in about 20-30 minutes, but they actually arrived earlier! I found Rapid Response Towing and gave them a call, thankfully theyre open 24/7 and came to my rescue! my driver showed up in under 45 minutes, which I was impressed with due to how remote my location was. This is as good as it gets when it comes to towing companies. My AAA just expired about a week before my car broke down. When I called the closest towing place I found on Yelp, I was very anxious as to how much it would cost and I just had to ask over the phone beforehand. However he was very nice over the phone and was more than happy to discuss their pricing with me. Of course, it turned out to be much less than I was expecting, so he sent the truck right over. Toby the driver hooked up the car super quickly, and got to the shop quickly too. The whole experience was even easier than I remember it being back when I had insurance with towing included. I found Rapid Response on Yelp when my car started smoking on the freeway on the to orange county. I was so stressed and overwhelmed because it was only me and dog in car. I was moving from Nor Cal to Socal. Other towing companies were charging so high and the wait time was super long. I was stranded in the middle of the freeway, with a car full of boxes in extremely hot weather. WORST DAY EVER! Luckily, Rapid Response was very professional and courteous to my needs. Ryan came very fast to assist me in my horrible situation. They charge a reasonable price with great customer service. I felt like such a damsel in distress in the middle of the road. Awesome job by Ryan @ Rapid. It was really easy to order and the response time was amazing. I was with 2 of my friends late heading to a party 30 minutes from home and we had help in less than 45 minutes. Ryan was really nice and a fast worker, we were stranded! It's a kind of scary situation being stuck in one spot, but it's more of an inconvenience when you're parked in a lot and your battery dies. Speed and courtesy were really appreciated, my friends and I were so bummed our plans were in jeapordy.
