Most recently, I needed to move a non-operational family classic car on a tight deadline - and I was coordinating everything from 5,000 miles away. They drove their truck about two feet into the next lane over with plenty of clearance on their opposite side to stay in their own lane. They blocked traffic down the entire stretch of the road they were on and failed to use turn signals at any point during their drive when changing lanes and/or turning at intersections causing more traffic to build up. The driver was oblivious to their surroundings as they were chatting the entire time, barely aware of their surroundings. The driver certainly would've failed had they been talking a drivers-ed course (which I believe they should try taking again). read more

I've had my car towed more than a few times and this experience with Richard was by far the best service I've had. He arrived earlier than his ETA to me and towed my car off the side of the freeway at 10pm when AAA was giving me delay after delay. My tire had blown out and we were concerned about it hitting the fender when loading the car up. His attention to detail and slow, methodical ways of maneuvering the car up onto the truck was instrumental in preventing damage to my fenders done by the tire. My car is also lowered and he didn't scrape it at all, when all other tows I've had have done so. My car died without warning at midnight in a parking lot near LAX. Fearing that it was the hybrid battery, I left the car in the lot and got a ride home. The next morning, I arranged for Titanium Towing to tow it to the dealer in Santa Monica. Their charge was $225. The service was prompt, courteous and efficient. If I had realized that the 12-volt battery was the one that failed, I could have managed with a jump start, but I can't blame Titanium for that. read more

Richard came to help tow my car out of a busy parking lot when I lost the key. He was super helpful and nice over the phone, even though it was 10pm on a Saturday night. I have somewhat of an odd vehicle and a bunch of other tow companies that I called didn't want to tow it or quoted me a ridiculous $400 to tow my vehicle just 26 miles. I even have Triple A and they didn't even want to come tow it. Richard ended up quoting me only $280 to tow my vehicle all the way home! He got to where I was stuck at in less than 10 minutes AND he even got to the tow out destination before me!!! I don't even know how...his truck must be able to teleport or something! 12/10 service for excellent communication, customer service, and treatment of my vehicle. F$&@! My car broke down. Now I need a tow. I knew I shoulda kept my AAA membership current cause now I'll have to pay $68 for a 3 mile tow. Wait a minute. Why don't I call my mechanic Jack and see if he recommends someone.... BOOM. A mere 25 minutes later, Richard shows up in a sweet-looking Ford 550 tow truck, hooks up my ride with TLC and drives me and my overheated Mercury over to Jack's Auto in Culver City (BTW, I highly recommend their services as well). I not only saved myself close to $30, but also had the pleasure of spending 10 minutes or so conversing with an intelligent, hard-working, honest, funny guy. It didn't surprise me to learn that he's been in business for 15 years. Does having to tow your car suck? Yes.
