Fortunately my phone was fully charged so I commenced calling nearby tow companies. Amazing how many didn't sound very interested in the job! "Is this an AAA Call? No? Oh..." "We can get there in 2 to 3 hours..." "That'll cost $390." Then I called Toro's and spoke directly with the owner-operator! He knew exactly where I was stuck and how to get there quickly, and was familiar with the shop I wanted to get towed to. Around 20 minutes later, he was on scene, deftly backing his wheel lifts up to my truck to get it hooked up quickly and efficiently. Soon he was unloading me at the destination shop. I hadn't even asked how much, and his price was VERY reasonable and extremely competitive! I could hardly give a more glowing review for the excellent service delivered by Toro's Roadside Towing!!!

I recommend carefully considering your options before using this shop. My experience was stressful,…read moreconfusing, and concerning. After I agreed to pay the fees I understood that I owed, staff told me that additional charges were required before my vehicle could be released. Those charges were not listed on the document I had signed, which left me surprised and uncertain about the process. Staff also stated that certain release signatures were required, but those signatures were not provided during my visit, and my vehicle was not released at that time. This made the process feel unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. The shop accepted cash or Zelle for payment. While I was there with my child, I felt pressured to send a Zelle payment. I was alone with my child while speaking with three Men staff members, which made the interaction particularly uncomfortable. After I sent the payment, I was able to retrieve my vehicle. I have heard allegations from others that this business has kept vehicles for extended periods while storage fees accumulated and has pursued lien sales rather than resolving repairs. I cannot independently verify those claims, so I am not presenting them as fact. However, they added to my concerns about my own experience. Based on what happened, I would not use this shop again. I recommend getting all fees, payment requirements, repair obligations, and release procedures clearly documented in writing before leaving a vehicle there. Ask questions, review the paperwork carefully, and confirm the total amount required for release.

I called and spoke with Ever and explained that my husband's truck gave out while coming home from Angeles Crest Highway. He kindly let me know I could simply text him the updated coordinates and he would easily send over a quote, which made everything so much less stressful. Ever was quick, friendly, and provided amazing customer service. Payment was simple with an online link, which was very convenient. The driver arrived promptly, picked up my husband and his truck, and was very friendly and professional. We're so glad we found a tow company that is genuine, trustworthy, and easy to work with. If we ever get stuck again, we know exactly who to call All Valley Towing. Thanks so much!

My vehicle was difficult to maneuver into the proper position for towing, but Dylan refused to give up until he found a solution. He delivered my vehicle exactly where I requested and carefully placed it in a very tight space. He handled it so skillfully that he made the entire process look effortless. Dylan was absolutely fantastic, and I am deeply grateful for his patience, expertise, and exceptional service during such a stressful experience. They were not really prepared for the job, and after quite some time they were not able to get the pallet onto the truck, and gave up yesterday. They came back today, and this time were able to get it loaded. I asked him to drop it in the back yard (an easy 150-foot drive, so *maybe* ten additional minutes of his time for the two pallets), and said I'd give him a bit more for it. We didn't discuss an amount. Today, before he dropped it he asked about that payment. I offered $100, which I thought was pretty generous for the additional time involved - the tough part was the loading, and the logistics company was paying for that. He wanted $400, and finally came down to $300. I paid it because it really was a lot more convenient for me... not because I thought it was a fair price for the additional work involved. He spent a lot of time on the job, no question. But all of that was in the loading, for which he was already paid - and for which he was ill-prepared. Net... Positive (and the reason that this is two stars, not one): he spent a lot of time making it happen. Negative: ill-prepared for the job, and totally fails at being a fair-minded human being.
