I recently moved to the area with my mom and don't know many people yet, so finding a trustworthy shop was really important to me. I brought my car in on a Monday for a deep scrape and had it back by Thursday at 4:30 PM so the quick turnaround was great. Not only was the paint match perfect, but they also detailed my car, which was a really thoughtful touch. I usually spend an hour at the car wash just for a hand wash and vacuum, so that meant a lot. Everyone there was wonderful. The owner, the whole team. Vic especially went above and beyond. He helped me navigate my insurance claim, set me up with a rental, and even helped me get my plates sorted out (something I'd been putting off way too long). If you're looking for a shop you can actually trust, this is it. Highly recommend. read more

Great customer service and quality work. I will definitely be back. Varuzhan was awesome!

They provided amazing service at an amazing price. They are very kind and helpful. I accidentally backed into a pole and dented my new Tesla. They were able to repair it without any issues. And they noticed a scratch on my rim and they took care of it of that too as well as installed my license plates. They truly went above and beyond. I am so happy and thankful for them! read more

I have been coming to this body shop for years, they have been beyond helpful, my car looks amazing after the repairs and they work as fast as they can to ensure you get your ride back. I recommend taking your vehicle to them for any repairs, Paint jobs, anything you need they can get the issue solved for you! read more

I came to this shop to have my car painted after a minor accident. The quality was poor from the start--paint drips were clearly visible. To make matters worse, the paint cracked in the repair area just three weeks later. When I returned to resolve the issue, the manager told me their warranty lasts only one week. I paid $3,700 for a minor touch-up on the front fender just to receive this kind of 'quality.' I definitely do not recommend this body shop. Looking at the other reviews now, I realize they must be fake. Avoid this place. read more

I strongly do not recommend this body shop. I brought my car in for repairs, and it turned out they intentionally caused scratches to charge more money. If you don't want to lose money and waste your nerves, it's better to find another body shop. read more

I am always so impressed with the work done on my cars at Fox Auto Body. Greg and Arthur are great humans and the best of the best at what they do. Their customer service is impeccable and they absolutely take care of their clients. I literally drive an hour out of the way from Malibu just to take my vehicle there because I trust them to take care of me and even after almost five years they've never let me down. I'm such a fan. They also have the coolest cars at the shop when I drop by, and it's so clean! The quality of the work they do and materials they use literally can't be beat. They are a total package-- diamonds in the rough. read more

I am seriously so impressed and blown away by just how amazing this body shop is! I was in search of a shop that would fix up my car that has been hit in a minor collision, among a couple other issues I've been dealing with. I dread going to get quotes from a million different shops so I just went to the first one that was on my drive and I came across Fox Auto Body. Right away I was greeted by Arthur, who really did a stellar job getting my car fixed up. He set me up with a rental car as well from enterprise around the corner. The way he works is quick, efficient, and extremely reliable! He knows his stuff and got my car all cleaned up too by the time my car was all done! It looked good as new like nothing ever happened. He is super communicative as well, keeping me updated so that was really great! And wow the value is just the best, can't go wrong with Fox Auto Body. I am even more thrilled I found a body shop that is now my go-to! I highly recommend this shop for your needs. Thanks for incredible body work on my car! read more

If I can give 10 stars I would!!! I can't thank Arthur and his team enough for how much they helped me throughout the entire process at Fox Auto body shop. I brought my car back here in May due to a hit and run. I was so worried because I didn't have much money and knew I was going to get into some debt from this crash. However, I took a chance with seeing all the good reviews hoping I will get the same results. This team went above and beyond my expectations to make sure everything was handled smoothly--from dealing with my Tesla insurance, helping me with a car rental, to continuously keeping me updated and making sure my car came back looking brand new with an unexpected beautiful car detailing. Their professionalism, selflessness, compassion, patience, and clear communication made such a stressful situation so much easier. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend working with Arthur if you want someone who's honest, reliable, and genuinely has your back! Thank you again Arthur , you are truly a blessing ! read more

I asked Fox auto to do repair and repaint on ANYWHERE that needed it on the car. He gave me a quote, and I paid it! Within months paint was bubbling everywhere, and today about three years later I touched an entire bubbling part of the car and sheets of paint started coming off. While he did refund half of my money when I first brought this up, I don't know why I paid a single dime!! read more

My car, The Dutchess, had a nasty scratch on the passenger side door, and Arthur fixed her right up! It only took three days, and he even cleaned the inside of my car. The floor is so clean; I could eat off of it. But I won't. That would be dumb. I mean, he just cleaned it! Not only does my car look amazing, but Arthur also talked to me about car maintenance and steps to make sure my car is working and running for years. Which is great, she is only 2015, she is still a baby. I appreciate him talking to me and treating me like a valued customer. We will be going to Arthur for all future car needs. read more
