Not only was the paint match perfect, but they also detailed my car, which was a really thoughtful touch. I usually spend an hour at the car wash just for a hand wash and vacuum, so that meant a lot. Everyone there was wonderful. The owner, the whole team. Vic especially went above and beyond. He helped me navigate my insurance claim, set me up with a rental, and even helped me get my plates sorted out (something I'd been putting off way too long). I came to this shop to have my car painted after a minor accident. The quality was poor from the start--paint drips were clearly visible. To make matters worse, the paint cracked in the repair area just three weeks later. When I returned to resolve the issue, the manager told me their warranty lasts only one week. I paid $3,700 for a minor touch-up on the front fender just to receive this kind of 'quality.' I definitely do not recommend this body shop. I asked Fox auto to do repair and repaint on ANYWHERE that needed it on the car. He gave me a quote, and I paid it! Within months paint was bubbling everywhere, and today about three years later I touched an entire bubbling part of the car and sheets of paint started coming off. I went there for a rear bumper replacement. They did an alright job. That is until the paint started to crack a bit after 8 months. They fixed it at no cost though so I give them that. The insurance paid for it. They sent the check directly to them. Came to about $2,000 which I think is insane for just a bumper but oh well. It's not my money. read more

I asked for a repainted back bumper -- I got a repainted back bumper, they touched up all the other scratches I had for free (I didn't ask for that), put the fender back in place and cleaned out the car (also didn't ask for that).
