Did a number on my car by driving it across a corner of a huge blue dumpster in a DTLA alley. It was a lot of damage as I couldn't just back out of it, I was kind of awkwardly stuck there. But they did such a wonderful job fixing all they damage! It looks brand new! I know they had to paint almost all on the passenger side on my car, but my car now looks like nothing ever happened - the pain job is perfect. They also only took two days to complete the work, covered all of my small scratches that I didn't ask them to work on, fixed my front bumper that was coming off the hinges from the previous accident, cleaned off some old sap, and washed my car! The owner, Paul (Pogos) and his guys are so kind, positive, and professional! As a young girl, I felt totally safe with them! These guys are awesome! I had been to two mechanics who could not remove my electric seat as it was all the way back and dead. One of them wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to dismantle the seat. My car needed a new front grill and paint repair. Paul gave me the best deal after I had gotten 2 previous quotes and in fact his price came in at half of what another Body Shop quoted me in Sherman Oaks. He had the work done - remove broken fender and replace with new, paint right front quarter panel - in one day!! Other places wanted to keep the car for at least 3 days to a week. When I went to pick up my car from Picasso, they had also painted the left front quarter panel because is had a few minor scratches and they didn't charge me. The work was done beautifully and professionally and the car never looked better. They detailed the entire car - inside and out. Amazing! I will never take my car anywhere else - and I live in Beverly Hills. I've always taken my car to a very popular shop in Beverly Hills but never again. Picasso is honest and trustworthy. read more

I have to write up this review for the outstanding professionalism that my daughter received at this body shop. This body shop could have taking advantage of my daughter because she doesn't know much about cars and she's in her early twenties. But the manager Paul came over to her and treated her with the up-most respect and professionalism ever. He examined the car and gave her two options since she was paying the fee herself and not through insurance. He gave her a price that was UNBELIEVABLE that no one could ever beat and delivery was also incredibly fast.. Remind you this service was being done the week before the Labor Holiday and we drop the car off Saturday just as they were closing and received it back by Thursday early afternoon. We were not expecting the car back until after the holiday due to late drop off, but no Paul insist on my daughter having her Mazda back before we left out of town... How amazing is that!!
