I've had my car repaired in two different Auto Body shops within Burbank and Victory Auto Body did the better job. The staff who work here were considerate and took the time to check on every detail for repairs needed to the damage done on my car. Every staff member I encountered was professional, straight forward and understanding. I could tell they had seen it all-- and knew how to fix it. When I dropped off my vehicle, it was a smooth check list process. They are also AAA and Honda Certified which applied to my vehicle. This made it easier for me to know the parts I would be getting were Honda and the mechanics knew how to install it. They even requested a car- rental shuttle to come pick me up to my rental with Enterprise Rent a Car. When the repairs were completed it was 6 days ahead of their estimated time frame! Not only that the car was clean on the inside and especially the outside. It looked as if I had mild-detailing service along with a whole-car again. Family owned and operated and it really shows. I've had the unfortunate luck to need body work on my car twice recently. One was a major accident and another was a minor one. I had a very frustrating experience with this body shop. I first went to them in December to get an estimate. After calling and following up about 6 times, nothing was done. Eventually, Michael asked for the VIN number again, which is understandable--we're all human and mistakes happen. However, I brought the car back again on January 13 so they could take pictures and submit the estimate. Even after that, the estimate was still never submitted and there was no progress or clear communication. In the end, this whole process was a complete waste of my time, and after waiting far too long with no results, I decided to change to another body shop. read more

My insurance adjustor gave me (4) options for a collison repair and I went downt he line looking at some of the reviews. Victory Auto held a high star rating. It was the furthest from my home, (5 miles) but I am so happy I went with this location. From the moment I made my appointment with Michael, until I arrived and dealt with John, it was just the most welcoming and secure feeling after being in an car accident. John was so helpful and made some very nice recommendations for me to consider with my insurance comapny just to help me overall. He was able to reommend a rental, and got me a lower rate to help me with any out of pocket costs. I contacted the shop for an estimate of an approximately 14-in scratch on my door. It is a 2017 Toyota. The estimate was $3,771.62 and included all kinds of unrelated parts. The vehicle is otherwise in virtually mint condition. When I telephone and wanted to leave a message I was rushed off the phone by the person speaking to me who kept interrupting me and I just wanted to leave a detailed message so I could avoid playing phone tag. Came in because of a collision all along the side of my Subaru Outback. I can't heap enough praise on this team. They were extremely friendly and supportive, they were communicative the whole process, they had my car done much earlier than expected, and the repair was just as good as new. There were a couple minor hitches in the computer and one of the doors needed a little adjustment/lubrication and they went above and beyond to repair everything quickly and completely. Came back to give a shout out to Mike. After a great first experience, we brought our car in a second time when it was smashed into while parked on a city street. The vehicle was in need of major repair and after two weeks, we picked it up but I had a feeling that something wasn't right. The trunk wasn't closing like it used to and there was now a rattling sound coming from the rear while driving like if something was loose. I brought it right back to Victory and expressed my concern. One of the guys took a look and assured me nothing was wrong. So, I took the car -- just happy to have it back. But after moving across the country and dealing with the rattle all along the way, I took the car in for something minor at my new local shop. Immediately, the owner pointed out that the trunk was misaligned. I explained the previous work done and, although this was for a non-related issue, they went ahead and realigned it for me. The rattle is now gone. They also pointed out that a seam seal was missing underneath, which should have been done during the initial repair. Because Victory follows up frequently for feedback, I reached out to let them know what happened and how this new place validated/addressed my concerns. I tip my hat to Mike for apologizing for the whole ordeal, taking accountability and doing his best to help remedy the situation. As he said -- no one is perfect but they always aim to treat people with kindness and fairness. That's all you can ask for! If I still lived in the area, I'd give them another shot. read more

Hey y'all, you asked for reviews because if you get so many great reviews by the end of X month, your boss will do whatever promise is made... happy to update if it gets addressed. Don't think it's malice, but competence or complacency is a concern. Where's my engine cover and air intake? I did call as soon as I discovered it, was told to call back Monday, and they'd take care of it if they did it, but they don't normally do anything with the engine. Would not be leaving this review with a different response. No worries that I've been driving this risking engine damage, fuel damage, loss of power with the missing air intake, and possible damage to electronics with the engine cover missing. What's two more days to be able to discuss it, right? Didn't mention the rubber laying in the engine bay since we found and fixed it, but maybe that would have been what was needed in addition to cause some concern. The engine comment is good to know since the car was taken for the damage to the front of the car, so i guess there would be no reason to do anything in the engine bay... but yes, I'm sure someone broke into my car, stole nothing inside, popped the hood, pulled off the rubber and shoved it in the engine bay, took the engine cover and the air intake, and off they went.
