This is Eric. When my daughter backed into a tree... YES, INTO A PERFECTLY VISIBLE TREE. I was really upset. The back of our NEW FORD BRONCO was dented and the window shattered. I had to take my Ford Mach-e in for major body work after getting T-boned by a driver with no license or insurance. I got several estimates but ended up going with Eric after a recommendation from my Ford dealership. From the start, Eric was very professional. He gave me a rough estimate based on the pictures of the damage and drove out to my house to assess the damage in person. I unfortunately had a lapse in my insurance policy and had to pay for the damages out of pocket until we could further litigate. Eric's fixed my alignment and recalibrated all of the electrical settings. The body work was most impressive. My Mach-e looks good as new!! Best auto shop experience I have ever had, hands down. We were referred to Eric by Sunrise Ford of North Hollywood, and he and his team were amazing. From my first text to Eric, he was immediately responsive and honest in his assessment. He even drove out to me to view the car to make sure he could give an honest assessment as to the cost and timing of the repairs. I had pretty significant damage to the front passenger side of my Bronco and He told me the repairs would take 6-8 days and a maximum of two weeks. I did not believe him as every auto shop I had ever worked with over promised and it always took much longer than promised but Eric finished exactly in 8 days and did a perfect job, sending updates and pics throughout the process, even taking the initiative to order some after market design elements I had added to the car that had to be replaced. First accident was a head on collision and my car look so bad I cried for days. I found Eric's by word of mouth like all good places are found. And their customer service was above and beyond great.
