From…read morethe very first phone call, Leo and his team showed the kind of professionalism and care that instantly put me at ease. Let's be real--having to get your car repaired is stressful enough, but they turned the entire process into something smooth and surprisingly pleasant. From drop-off to pick-up, Leo was in constant communication with me. He didn't leave me guessing or wondering what was going on with my Mach-E. Every update was clear, timely, and professional. That kind of transparency is rare these days, and it really made me feel like my car was in the best possible hands. When I picked my car up, I was blown away. The quality of the work was flawless. It literally looked like my Mach-E had just rolled out of the showroom again. Every detail was taken care of, and you could tell they take tremendous pride in their craft. But here's where they completely won me over: just for choosing them, they added a complimentary ceramic coating on my car as a thank-you. Who does that?! That extra touch showed me that they don't just care about fixing cars--they care about building relationships and showing genuine appreciation for their customers. It's rare to find a business that combines professionalism, skill, and heart the way LA Collision Center does. Leo and his staff are top-notch--polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated to making sure their customers leave happy. Best Collision Repair & Body Shop Experience!…read more Forma Motorsport in Panorama City is hands down the best body shop for collision repair. After my car got damaged, I came here for a quote and the team was so friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. Adrian, in particular, was amazing, he was very helpful in answering all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before I even made my decision. I never felt rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable. I did get a second quote elsewhere, but I ultimately chose Forma Motorsport because I felt the most comfortable and confident here. Especially as a woman, it's really important to find a place where you don't feel taken advantage of, and that is exactly why I'm so grateful I found Forma Motorsport. The staff was respectful, professional, and trustworthy from start to finish. The repair work was absolutely outstanding. Chris, who worked on my car, was super precise and detailed and did an amazing job. My car honestly looks brand new, you would never know anything happened. The quality and craftsmanship really exceeded my expectations. What also really stood out to me was that Paul, the owner, personally checked in and made sure I was completely happy with the repairs before completing checkout. Tony, the owner, truly felt like family. He was incredibly kind, courteous, warm, and honorable. The kind of person you want to be around and spend time with. He works hard and you can tell that he's a good and honest person. I don't think a review could do him justice. He gives us all hope that there are honest businesses out there who genuinely care about people and the quality of their work. I was rear-ended and, despite having several options, something told me this was the place to go. They didn't disappoint! Tony made several accommodations for me, worked closely with me on my needs, and kept me informed every step of the way. There was a slight delay due to parts taking their time to arrive (no fault of his), but in spite of it all, he did an excellent job. The car seemed brand new when he was done with it! It was smoother than before. He even washed it for me, and I didn't ask him! (Thank you so much) In summary, the service was excellent, and the people were even better! If those things matter to you, then you've found your place. This wasn't a chain store or factory-type place. It's a family-run business where people genuinely care and made me feel special and appreciated. I had to take the time to write this because it was the least I could do. If I won the lotto, I would give Tony a percentage of the winnings, and send him on a long vacation! Thanks, Tony and the team, for such a rewarding experience! If I ever encounter any vehicle issues again, I know where my home is!
