In certain industries (plumbing, HVAC tech, car repair, etc.), when you find a professional who does a good, clean job at an honest price using high quality parts, then you try to hold on to that professional as long you can. That sums up what I think of Ed and Auto Trinity, I've been taking my cars to Auto Trinity for over 10 years now! I have always appreciated that he uses the best possible parts for repairs, and will give me a head's up when it comes to high priced items and what the alternatives look like. Sometimes, an inexpensive part works just as fine as an expensive one, but in instances where the labor time & cost for a repair is high, he'll usually recommend using the highest quality part that makes sense for the car so I won't have to bring the car back later because of a crappy replacement piece. Through all these years, I've taken American, German, Japanese and Korean cars to him, and he has been able to address whatever problems they have had. In instances where he was not the best person to fix my problem (i.e. changing a unique Hybrid battery, fixing a recall issues, doing a smog check, replacing my tires, etc.), he has always directed me to the best alternative, whether it was the dealer or another shop. He has also done so with useful information about what the fix entails and a rough range of what the cost might be so I have a reference point with the other shop. I can go on with my praise for Ed and Auto Trinity, but no one wants to read a book. Suffice it to say that his workmanship and service are great! I've referred *many* family and friends to Auto Trinity through the years, and I'll continue to do so as long as Ed is still willing to fix cars.
