Partway through the repair, he got stuck because he didn't have the proper tools to get the belt back on. That's when Art stepped in. He arrived after his normal operating hours and immediately got to work. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and efficient, but he went far beyond what was originally discussed. He quickly diagnosed the issue, helped complete the repair, and patiently waited while my husband went to purchase the correct parts, which took an additional 20-40 minutes. Once the parts arrived, Art finished the installation, reassembled everything that had been removed, and even cleared the error codes the vehicle had thrown during the repair process. Throughout the entire experience, he was professional, straightforward, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Art came prepared with an impressive array of tools and the expertise to handle whatever the job required. His willingness to help after hours and his commitment to getting the vehicle back on the road made a stressful situation much easier. We couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, skilled, and dependable mechanic. 5 stars all the way.
