BEWARE - DO NOT GO HERE Vincent (owner) is a CROOK. I brought my car in because the electric power steering failed. It took him over two weeks to "diagnose" and attempt repairs. During that time, he replaced multiple parts that didn't fix the issue, then removed them, returned them to the manufacturer, and reinstalled the old ones (which has now caused the blind spot monitor sensor to fail). After more than two weeks without my vehicle, he finally told me the power steering was repaired. When I picked up my car, I was charged over $1,200. Before I left, he gave the usual speech about wanting customers to be satisfied and told me to bring the car back if anything was wrong. As soon as I turned the car on, warning lights started appearing. He told me they would reset themselves. Shortly after, I realized I could no longer control the windows from the driver's side, the blind spot monitoring sensor wasn't working, and several other issues had appeared, none of which existed before I brought the car in. I called him and returned the vehicle. He refused to take responsibility for the new problems that occurred while my car was in his possession. He claimed the car already had these errors, which is completely FALSE. He even said he has video footage to prove my windows didn't work (which his report from 2/14 clearly states otherwise)--unbelievable. Although he fixed one issue, several others were created in the process. Instead of addressing the damage, he accused me of "looking for someone to blame" and "trying to come up on him." He even told me I could sue him if I wanted to. All I want is for him to fix the other issues HE created. I requested a refund so I could take my vehicle to a qualified professional to have it properly repaired. He refused and insisted he had nothing to do with the additional problems. His own report reflects that my windows and blind spot monitor were working when the car was dropped off on 2/14. At that point, I knew he was a crook and was not going to fix any of the issues he created. Vincent, there is no need to respond by claiming I am lying or that my car arrived with all of these issues--it did NOT, and your own report reflects that. Based on other reviews here (which I truly wish I had seen before bringing my car in), this seems to be a pattern. Now my car is full of errors that will cost me a fortune to fix. I feel like a complete fool for taking my car here and dealing with this dishonest crook. read more

Took my car here early this year due to getting into a crash and completely snapping a tire rod and needing the entire rack and pinion replaced plus a power steering line was smashed as well. I came here because my other mechanic was completely booked. I had heard about this place before from friends. So I decided to take it here. And Vicente and his fam were great he was very good at showing what the issue is. At the time I was as possibly going to get the transmission on that car rebuilt and Vicente saw how hesitant I was due to a bad experience and he was explained to me in great detail about how replaces every component every seal in the transmission and that other mechanics cut corners. From then on if my current car needs a transmission fix he's the only guy I'll trust. Plus I saw how he makes transmissions look brand new. After he fixed my car him and his family were kind enough to wait till after closing hours for me to come and get it. Great people and great business. read more

First let me say that not all jobs are are going to have the same outcome when it comes to repairing used cars. I've saved tons of money working on my own car. In this case the transmission wasn't something that I wanted to deal with after already dropping it once and failing to fix a worn bearing in the transmission. It was pricey but not nearly as pricey as his competitor. He quoted me a price and he stuck to it. I showed up with no appointment as I let him know it wasn't a super rush but would need it in about 5 days. I was beyond surprised when I got a call the next day letting me know it was ready. Knowing how much work is involved in dropping a transmission I found it hard to believe. Well it's been 3 weeks as and the car is running great! This is quality and trust that you won't find with too many mechanics. A lot of what you'll be charged with is overpaying for parts, poor job, parts not being replaced at all, patch work or damage to your car. Before you turn your car in get multiple people to look at the problem. Not diagnose just have a look. Like I mentioned I know quite a bit about cars and it really made my experience with Vicente a smooth one. If you're clueless you'll be at the mercy of a great mechanic or someone taking advantage of your ignorance. From my experience I can tell you the Vicente is not the latter of the two. Very unreliable. Their customer service is horrible. They have no honesty and work whenever they want. Customer's time and money don't mean anything to them. My car was leaking from the transmission and when I had taken it in for a quote my vehicle suddenly didn't start. I was told by Vincente (owner + mechanic) it was the distributor cap and rotor since it looked old and rusted and also a common culprit to a no-spark /no-start scenario. Vincente, was very accommodating allowing me to purchase the distributor cap and rotor myself and just pay labor cost. While waiting for the part to arrive he was very patient. Meanwhile the transmission was getting rebuilt and the differential was getting serviced. He also provided me with photos of the transmission pulled out and showed how it looked. Finally when my distributor cap and rotor part arrived it was promptly placed in, however my vehicle still didn't start but he worked very hard in the last couple of days inspecting and testing electrical parts of the vehicle. Finally after replacing fuses, (at no extra charge) checking relays, cleaning contacts of relays and blowing some old dirt out from under the hood, it started! Thumbs up on that! Overall the repair shop was very nice not pushy, answered questions in a timely manner, allows you to make decisions without trying to bully you into a more pricey procedure and finally repairs are finished in a reasonably timely manner! read more

If I could I would rate this a zero star. If you don't know anything about cars and looking for a mechanic to make the necessary repairs then go somewhere else. My mom needed some servicing done so she went here. Next thing you know there's a screwdriver in the rain drain of the windshield and all sorts of error codes. Codes such as abs off, traction control off, and a check engine light. Some how he made the car pollute more and made the engine rev more until cruising speed. He claims to not have touched the computer and only worked on the brakes and spark plugs. My question was how did all of those happen? He didn't have a straight forward answer and only mumbled because I know how cars work. It took him about 2 hours to finally reset the car to factory. This kinda business is sketchy at best and if not predatory. I'm having my mom's car checked out by an actual professional just in case. I dint know who's review this but I don't believe what others say. You have been warned. read more
