I showed up today, I was a bit confused as to where it was at first, but immediately found it on Lap #2. The waiting room was CLEAN 10 out of 10, their restroom was SUPER CLEAN, and they even had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and choices along with cookies and snacks to choose from. I checked my dip stick and it was low, looked under my car and I can see the oil drip down. Long story short there oil all underneath my car, like everywhere!!! Lucky i took it to a much more trustworthy shop and there is a video of how they did not tighten the cap. And looking back at my receipt they charged me over $400 for an oil change.
