Fantastic place! High quality, great and fast service at a great price. I've had two Bimmers and I always bring them to Fred!

I have been going to this place for about 4 years now. As far as i understand my vehicle has always been diagnosed properly l( at least i never had to come back with the same issue. -everything has always been been done in a timely manner manner. - Price wise i don't know how to compare to other places but VS a dealer fred charged me $800 for what dealership quoted $4000. And I would not say that they didn't something that a dealer would. read more

I have two older BMWs and I recently had work done on both of them by Fred. These guys are BMW experts, extremely honest, dependable, and reliable, and the car will be ready when they say it will. Prices were also reasonable and fair and they don't try to sell things that aren't needed. I was referred to this repair shop by my son who used them for years on his diesel BMW. They have my highest recommendation! read more

I'm still reeling from my terrible experience at Bob Smith Calabasas, but thankfully, I've found a trustworthy BMW mechanics at Bimmers Clinic. The contrast between the two experiences couldn't be more stark. While Bob Smith calabasas service advisor were more like "salespeople" horrible communications through text, emails when you call hold times, aggressive sales tactics, and sent me a baffling video of repairs on a different car, (not mine)! Bimmers Clinic was a model of efficiency and professionalism. When I brought my car in for service, the place looks clean, there were already many cars at Bimmers Clinic but seemed well organized as each technician takes certain cars to work on. Fred and his team were a joy to work with, keeping me informed every step of the way and treating me with courtesy and respect. When they discovered a rat had been living in my engine, causing damage, I was shocked - but also impressed by their diligence and expertise. It is astonishing that BOBSMITH had missed this issue just a week prior. Fred honored the price that he quoted and spent extra time cleaning around where the rats had lived for the past couple of months also, kept me updated by sending me a video of the problem and repairs that is done . It's clear that Fred and his team are dedicated to providing exceptional service and workmanship, and I'm grateful to have found them. I will tell all my friends to visit this shop. read more

excellent service everytime....very knowledgable and unmatched expertise regarding bmw care, but the number 1 reason I would come back and definitely recommend to friends and family is Fred's Honesty and Integrity, upon knowing the problem in my M4, he researched and discovered that the problem is still covered by extended warranty in bmw dealership and advised me to go there to save money, he could have easily gave me a quote and charge me but chose otherwise. This is a very rare attitude and attribute of a person. #1 service for bmw read more

I absolutely love the mechanics here!!! I'm a first time BMW owner (definitely not last time though) and any questions I've had, even silly questions, have been answered quickly by Fred! In a world where everyone is trying to rip you off, it's so comforting to know there are mechanics out there who DON'T do that!!! Highly, highly, highly recommend! read more

Avoid this place. Typical mechanics that try to sell you other services as soon as you step in the place. Very sketchy ownership vibe. Foreign. They act like they are your best friends but will set up your car to be returned for more work. read more

My wife needed her brakes done on her BMW 330i and she was looking for a reputable BMW autoshop to go to. She found a place prior to this called 'Santa Clarita House of Bmrs' that was a huge rip off. So, she scheduled an appointment with Bimmers Clinic and she is super glad she did. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about services she needed, not additional things to make an extra buck. We definitely recommend these guys. read more

Had an enjoyable experience when it comes to getting a not-so-enjoyable task done, aka an oil change lol. Fred was able to take me in on the same day and was nice to offer cold beverages and even took the time to give me a tour of what was under my car! The prices are affordable and the service and techs are amazing. What more could you ask for? I'll tell you! He even topped the day off with a free car wash. Best oil change day birthday gift ever. Took my daughter's car to Bimmers Clinic, after sending several requests for quotes from others. Upon further research -- I chose Bimmers Clinic mostly because of the fact that Fred has the latest BMW scanning tools, including the official ISTA, which many independent shops don't have access to. As someone that's owned several bimmers for decades -- I know that having the right tools -- makes a massive difference. Pair that with dealership expertise and training -- and top it off with honest and professional traits -- and you have a formula for success. I scanned my daughter's car before bringing it in, so that I would be slightly educated on what to expect. Fred fixed her car extremely quickly and offered advice on upcoming repairs that my scanner didn't pick up. Totally appreciated. As long as my daughter stays around CSUN -- we will 100% be returning customers. Fred -- THANK YOU !!! You're a total BMW rock star! read more

Took my recently purchased 2010 BMW 335i a month ago with rough cold start and engine malfunction fault codes and leaking radiator at Beemer Clinic. Fred diagnosed the issue and did an excellent job in fixing the problem. Fred is highly skilled and knowledgeable in his trade. He is honest and gives a fair price for the job. My car is now driving strong with no issues. Highly recommended. Thank you Fred! read more

I recently brought my BMW to Bimmer Clinic for a tune-up and had a great experience. The team took care of everything at a very fair price and completed the work exactly within the time frame they promised, which I really appreciated. Everyone there was very friendly, professional, and trustworthy. It's always a little stressful finding a shop you can rely on, but they made the whole process easy and straightforward. The shop itself is also very clean and well organized, which says a lot about how they run their business. Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received and will definitely be recommending Bimmer Clinic to my friends who own BMWs. If you're looking for an honest and reliable place to take your car, this is a great option. read more

I rarely leave Yelp reviews but I had to come on here to give this team 5 stars. Always professional, always communicative, and always take care of my BMW with the utmost care. I traveled 1.5hrs to bring my car here (I started coming here before I moved out of the area), and I'll keep coming back. Great quality work, great customer service, and exceptional pricing compared to the dealership. Thanks team! read more

I came in and met with Fred for the first time back in November the week of Thanksgiving of 2025. Came in with my 5 series, Fred was awesome and encouraging to do a walk around with him on the initial inspection to show what maintenance my car would need. Bear in mind I only came in for an oil change but I explained to him a smell coming out of my vents and he immediately found the culprit to my problem. Quote was given and I gave the Ok to start repairs. Everything was taken care of all in the same day and picked up my car after work. The car drove immaculate and no smell from the vents was ever once noted after their repairs were done. Car was totaled recently from an accident last month and brought in over a 2018 X3 M40i I had just purchased for a post purchase inspection. Fred test drove the car with me, made sure everything underneath to the engine bay was checked and noticed my coolant had mostly water so I Ok a coolant flush and a transmission mount I'll be making an appointment sooner than later to get it addressed- but happy to know I made a solid purchase with an upgrade in comparison to my 5 series. If you own a BMW these are the guys to work with! My review was long overdue and I'll happily be a returning customer knowing my car is in good hands with Fred and his team. Thanks again for the great service! read more

Bimmers Clinic is seriously the only place I trust with my BMW, and I don't say that lightly. I've dealt with enough shops to know how rare it is to find people who are actually honest, consistent, and genuinely care about the car and the customer, but that's exactly what you get here. The quality of work feels dealer-level, but the prices are way more fair, and they never make you feel pressured or played. Fred, the owner, is the reason I keep coming back. He's incredible, super knowledgeable, and genuinely reasonable, and he takes the time to explain what's going on in a way that makes you feel confident, not confused. You can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way and treating people right. If you want a shop you can rely on with your eyes closed, this is it. I recommend Bimmers Clinic to anyone who loves their BMW and wants it taken care of the way it should be. read more

Great, friendly customer service. Very knowledgeable and easy to get an appointment to get a minor service and repair done.

I'd shopped around a few places for a window repair on my old 2008 e90 BMW. Some places don't service those older vehicles, other places did, but didn't sound too confident or very familiar with what likely needed to be repaired, and others were quoting high prices. This was the only place I'd called that sounded like they knew exactly what they were doing and at a fair price. They gave me a quote on the phone, I brought the car in the next day and was planning to wait for them to diagnose and get the part in a couple hours. But they happened to have the part in stock. They charged the price they'd quoted me the previous day without any surprises, and I was back on the road in less than an hour. The repair seems perfect as well and the window functioning as it should. I'd been here a long time ago before when it was under previous ownership, about 10 years prior, and hadn't been satisfied with the work or cost. This time I definitely was 100%, the gentleman I was dealing with (I believe the new owner) was professional and courteous, and told me the place was under new ownership. I could tell. After this visit I'm definitely coming back here when I need anything else. read more

Great customer service and very knowledgeable with my X4 full front brake job. And i got a free nice free shirt!

I've owned and driven BMWs for 30 years now, from my first 1974 2002tii to my current 2016 228i. Over the years I've been to many mechanics. Bimmers Clinic is a great shop and I recommend them to any BMW enthusiast. They are honest, reasonable and do great work. I had them resolve an issue that another mechanic wasn't able to fix. It was an odd sound coming from the underside of the car. Fred knew right away it was the brake line that was no longer attached to the plastic clips. He even had a after market part made of metal that so I won't ever have this issues again. Also had them do an oil change and replace a headlight bulb. Fred even had my car washed! read more

Fred and his team at Bimmer Clinic have been an absolute godsend for those of us with well-loved BMWs. There hasn't been a problem they couldn't sort out for me. I'd never take my BMW anywhere else. I called in the morning to get an oil change and was told to come whenever convenient. The service, knowledge and upfront honesty is refreshing. Fred (the owner) will be upfront on repairs and maintenance that need to be done or that can wait. He does not pressure you if you want to wait. I always feel good about the money spent with Bimmers Clinic, and I know my care is taken care of. The office has room for you to wait if you are getting something done that is quick. He also gives free water, soda and coffee. I'm sure you will not be disappointed after meeting Fred and him team. read more

Super friendly service. I haven't had my car worked on here but today I inquired about a brake inspection. He told me I could come in any time, the same day.
