Quick and informative service from Mike. Took in my freshly lifted '21 Subaru Crosstrek for a 4 wheel alignment and was in and out in less than 30 minutes and he quoted a more competitive price than anywhere else I had checked! A couple values still showed as ..slightly.. in the red after the alignment but he anticipated my concern and explained that this was okay because they were still inline at the same angle and that with the new springs, everything will gradually settle into proper alignment as the springs continue to compress with the weight of the car. When I came back Mike gave me a printout stating my alignment was fine he said I did not need an alignment and did not charge me anything. TESLA ALIGNMENT If you're looking for a shop to work on your Tesla suspension and alignment, this is the shop. I bought my 2024 MY in May because of the .99% interest deal. I noticed that my rear wheel camber was in the negative, so I searched YouTube and found that the rear tires inner edge prematurely wear when the rest of the tire looked beautiful. I searched for camber and toe adjustment links which led me to N2intive. products. I ordered their links and asked for their recommended installer in the San Fernando Valley. One shop wanted $1200. to do the job, so I called around and found Mike's Alignment in Northridge California. Mike's quote was less than half of that for installation and alignment. When I dropped off my vehicle his shop was in the middle of a complete front and rear suspension replacement on a MY. All the new parts were on the floor to make sure everything needed was on hand. Mike asked me what I wanted the rear camber to be, and I said -.5 camber. Came back and picked up MY and Mike gave me the alignment sheet. -.5 camber on the rear just as I asked, N2itive camber links made the easy micro-adjustment on the camber links. Mike's Alignment shop is a great place to take your vehicle! I went there today for an alignment for my Sequoia. After looking at the car, Mike recommended that I go back to the tire store who had recently balanced the tires, as they hadn't done them properly. I wasn't sure, but I took the car back to tire store -- they found errors in their balancing process....they corrected it and rebalanced the tires for free. The car then already drove more smoothly, but I went back to Mike's Alignment and he did an alignment which corrected the remaining issues. The price was very reasonable. Within a few hours Mike installed new control arms on my '13 Prius plus alignment for a great price. UPDATE: got my car back from the shop i took it to AFTER Mike's alignment and THAT shop told me they had zero clue what this shop did to my tires. When they showed me my back tires these guys did they showed about twenty different weights in both tires. He said there should be only one or two and had zero idea of why they would put that many in one tire alone. Next the new mechanic said that there should be an insert between the wheel and tire and said i was driving without that which also caused more imbalance. Which, either you guys should have known or told me about. AND that pothole they ASSumed i hit because i had a missing sensor and they were so adamant that it's the only way for it to fall out...LIES. The sensor was there. The good mechanic literally showed me it, it was just out of battery. Either way my car is fixed and working now but this place made my situation a lot worse than what it was and basically BS-d me. I already know i won't get an apology or anything from this place and they'll try to tell me something about their balance machine. But if you have a Tesla please make sure to go to a certified place, i should have done my research and didn't and these guys really messed me up. Emotionally and with my car and $80 went down the drain cuz i paid for junk service and they didn't even fix my car but made it worse. Never will return here. DO RESEARCH! read more

I took my pickup truck into Mike because I was told by a local tire shop that I needed front suspension work, upper control arms, idler arms, etc. They suggested a shop other than Mike's Alignment. I looked at Yelp to find out who had the best reviews. One name stood out amongst all the others, Mike's Alignment. Don't take my word, look for yourself, you will see it. Prior to this encounter I had never met Mike and realistically all I knew about him was what I read in the reviews. I reached out to Mike, and he told me to bring the truck down. Upon meeting Mike, it is easy to tell why he has such good reviews; he is all about customer service. His demeanor puts you at ease the moment you meet him. He has over 30+ years' experience turning wrenches. He explained that he treats everyone like family, and I found that to be so true. He listened as I explained the journey that brought me to him. Most mechanics I have come in contact with, you tell them the issue, and they have already decided you need to replace this or repair that without having looked at anything. Not Mike. Mike looked at the truck, conducted stress tests on the ball joints, and determined that the tire shops' assessment was wrong. Those items did not need to be replaced at this time. Maybe someday, but not today. That was the moment I understood why his business had all the positive comments that I read on Yelp and why they were all true. Mike could have just said that the work needed to be done, collected his money, and I would have not known otherwise.
