I Highly recommend George Alignment and Brake Services! I called just 30 minutes before coming in, and he was able to take my Civic right away. I even arrived early, and he started working on it immediately. George was honest, respectful, and took the time to show me the alignment readings and explain what he was doing. The shop is clean, the alignment equipment is very modern, and the pricing was very reasonable. My Civic drives great after the alignment, and I'm very happy with the results. Great service from someone who genuinely takes pride in his work. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

George was very kind, honest, and efficient. I called him in the morning and he was able to fit me in the same day for an alignment on my Audi Q5. You can tell alignments is what he does all day because he was quick, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He also pointed out something underneath my car that I never would have found otherwise, and he took the time to show me and explain everything. I can tell he cares about his work and does it well. Here's what a like about George -- he's a one-man shop. You call, it's him on the phone, telling you when to come in. You drive in and George is the guy doing the alignment, while you watch. No flunkies. No service department managers doing the write-up, trying to upsell you. I was able to show up a half hour after I called. I'll go to George again! read more

I recently had an alignment done along with installation of hub-centric rings, and overall I'm very satisfied with the results. George took the time to properly center the wheels using the correct hub-centric rings, which made a noticeable difference in how the car drives. Before the service, I was experiencing slight vibrations at higher speeds and a bit of uneven steering feel. After the alignment and proper fitment, the ride is now smooth, stable, and tracks straight without any pulling. read more

I would like to thank George for getting my truck aligned, after a terrible experience last week at another alignment shop I went on a journey to find a good reputable shop to fix the previous shops disaster. After digging through forums and reading reviews I felt good about paying a visit to George. George corrected the alignment as I was in and out within 30-45 minutes. What I enjoyed about George is you are literally in the room with him as he is doing the work explaining to you what your looking at on the screen. It was educational and I learned about the process. And then he takes you on a test drive as well, first he drives then you drive. A great experience and I highly recommend! Added new pic got another Alignment with George with my camper, if you need your truck camper aligned Georges facility can accommodate the height easily. Thanks again George! read more

Had an alignment done at a general tire shop and something didn't feel right. The steering wheel wasn't centered and the truck was drifting to the right. So, instead of going back to the tire shop, I came George's shop. Best decision! George is very friendly and informative. He allowed me to watch the whole process and taught me things while he worked on my truck. What surprised me at the end. We actually went on a test drive to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely recommend George's shop! Great guy and service. read more

I had an alignment service done today. I was surprised to find a local shop with a five-star rating, so I decided to give it a try. Now I completely understand why they have such a high rating. They took the time to clearly explain why alignment is important and how the process works. Their knowledge and professionalism were impressive. My car is a 2023 Tesla Model Y. When I checked with Tesla, the estimate was over $270. However, this shop not only provided excellent technical service but also offered a very reasonable price. The owner is extremely knowledgeable in this field and very friendly. I am truly satisfied with both the quality of the work and the pricing. If you need a wheel alignment, I highly recommend getting the service done at this shop. read more

This is the easiest 5-star review I've ever written. George is truly a master of wheel alignments. He aligned both of my Mercedes--the E400 and the GLK250. Now both cars drive perfectly, and the wheels are perfectly aligned. Here's why. I had my GLK250 aligned at another shop just two weeks earlier. They charged more than George, left the car pulling to the right, and told me, "That's just how the car is." After I complained, they refunded my money but also told me not to bother going anywhere else because they had a special Mercedes alignment machine that other shops didn't have. After reading George's reviews, I decided to drive 45 minutes to give him a try. First, I brought my E400 to see how he worked. Perfect. The car drove straight with no pulling left or right. That's when I decided I could trust him with my "problem" car, the GLK250. He fixed that one too. It now drives like new--straight as a bullet. Thank you, George! If you need an alignment done right the first time, this is the place to go. I mean it. By the way, he's a really good person too, and he'll even let you watch him align your car. read more

George went above and beyond helping me with my car. He is a master technician when it comes to alignments, and you can really tell that he has a lot of knowledge and experience. He took his time checking everything carefully and explained what was going on with my car in a way that was easy for me to understand. I really appreciated that he didn't rush through the job and made sure the alignment was done correctly. He was professional, respectful, and easy to talk to, and he answered all of my questions. It's hard to find a technician who really takes pride in his work and cares about making sure the customer leaves satisfied. After he worked on my car, I could definitely notice the difference in the way it drove. I really appreciate George for taking care of my car and going the extra mile. If you need an alignment done, I would definitely recommend George. He knows what he's doing and does quality work. Definitely would be back! read more

George was super easy to deal with. There was no appointment process or anything he just told me to call the morning I was ready to come in, so I did and he gave me a more accurate time window. I showed up a little early and was able to pull in right after his previous customer pulled out. He allowed me to watch every step of the way and also explained why certain alignments are more complex and difficult than others. He got my giant SUV aligned and now it tracks perfectly straight and my steering wheel is no longer off center. He was very quick, but that's partially because my SUV didn't need anything in the rear and only minor issues in the front. I think it was a little expensive, but I feel like it was worth it because he wasn't balancing 10 other tasks and he really did get it nice and straight. He's a little old-school and opinionated like anyone who has been doing something for a while and knows what they're doing, but he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He let me sit in his shop and watch while he worked but he was smoking some so between that and normal shop stuff it was a little smelly and grimy but not terrible. There might have been another seating area but I didn't get to see it if there was. read more

I couldn't be happier with the service at George's Wheel Alignment. George is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to make sure everything is done right. My vehicle drives perfectly now--the steering is straight, stable, and the alignment is spot on. What really stood out was his attention to detail and professionalism. He explained everything clearly, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and treated my truck like it was his own. As a female, I'm always a little uneasy about going to auto shops because I've often been upsold on unnecessary services, but man, not only was it reassuring to see all the software and technology used, but George was also so amazing about walking me through everything. He literally let me sit and watch the entire process -- showed me the diagnostics, explained what everything meant and correctly guessed the exact issues I've been having. He was awesome and so friendly-- and to top it all off, the most reasonably priced for my Tesla Model Y amongst all the shops I called! We came to George so that he could help us fix the brakes, which were not working properly. The brakes were not very sensitive and the whole car became wobbly when you drove downhill and tried to reduce your speed. George fixed this issue really well and now the brakes are much more sensitive and the car remains steady after braking. Given his expertise, we also decided to get the alignment service, which improved the structure of the tires. Finally, the splash shield for our car was completely broken and George kindly agreed to install the new one. He did a great job, and now the car feels truly like new. For all of these reasons we recommend "George's Alignment & Brake Service - Auto Repair". If you want an expert, who's also a kind person that you can trust, George is your man! read more

Updating my review after reading the owner's response, because several statements are incorrect. The only times I have ever spoken with the owner were: 1. The day of the alignment service. 2. Today, after I followed up. There was no earlier conversation where he "offered to check it." That did not happen. After the alignment was completed, I did not speak with him again until today. On February 7th, I sent a text message regarding the steering wheel being slightly off-center. I received no response. After waiting, I sent a follow-up message today and was then told to call. That call was the first conversation we had since the alignment. About two weeks after paying $140, I noticed the steering wheel was slightly off-center, although the car drives straight. I waited intentionally to rule out road crown before reaching out. During today's call, instead of simply offering to recheck the centering, I was told that if the machine detects any "damage," I would be charged again. I have not hit any potholes or curbs. The issue appeared shortly after the alignment. The public response implies that I damaged my own vehicle and delayed returning after being offered a recheck. That is not accurate. There was no earlier offer, and there was no prior follow-up conversation. This was the highest price I have personally paid for an alignment. When customers pay premium pricing, they expect professional communication and reasonable follow-up. Being immediately warned about additional charges rather than reassured does not inspire confidence. After posting my review, I also received a phone call after 11:00 p.m., which I found unprofessional. I am sharing the facts of my experience so others can decide what level of service and communication they are comfortable with. read more

I called and George was able to get me serviced within that hour. I had installed some aftermarket rear camber arms on my Tesla to fix the premature tire wear problem on the Model Y. Everything was done in less than an hour including the test drive with him around the area. Thanks again George! read more
