They were friendly and fairly quick with service. I came in for quick tire nail puncture repair, they said yes. When I came in, they said they'd have to do tire changes due to its condition. Fine, I needed it anyways since I'm in a time crunch and about to do traveling so I needed to do it. However my main issue was the cost. I paid 658$ for all 4 tires. Upon research, these budget tires average in cost of 356$ for all 4 tires. That is approximately 84% more than its actual value! If it wasn't for time constraints and emergent resolution I would've gone somewhere else. I just wish they were more reasonable with cost and not take advantage of emergent needs. I attached the exact model of the tires for your reference. I understand business needed to make money, if they charged me 400-500$ I'd probably be okay with it. But this isn't cool. There's other reasonably priced tires around the area, unfortunately they were about to close at the time I needed it done. read more

Was my to go tire shop but my last visit was something else. I dont know anything about tires so I just trusted the employees. I replaced all 4 tires with them. 1 tire went flat the next day, they changed it for free. today 2 weeks later another tire went flat. I had to put a spare tire on and go to another tire shop. The employee there suggested to replace 2 more tires. He showed them to me and they were full of cracks. So the only good tire that they gave me was the one that was replaced after it went flat. read more

Ernesto at Tire Boyz saved the day! He was amazing! Thank goodness they were open on Easter. Every other place was closed. It has been a very interesting Easter morning between getting to church, realizing I had a flat tire, calling AAA and then finding a place open today. Ernesto took my car in right away to evaluate it. There was a huge nail in my tire and he said a repair wouldn't be the best option as my tire was very damaged. He offered to give me a temporary tire for a good price. A used tired was installed and then he placed my old tire into my trunk. Ernesto had me road worthy in less than 30 minutes. Remembered me from last time I stopped by. I had two bald front tires so I gave them a call and he gave a quote over the phone. Got a great deal, took credit card, and gave me two used wheels with plenty of tread left. The owner (I think) is always extremely friendly, and when I told him that I needed an alignment, he said they do it as well! Two front tires, and an alignment done in less than 30 minutes. This is of the only few shops that take credit card for alignment. Car feels amazing and much safer, I'll be coming here every time I need tires/alignment. read more

I needed a Bridgestone run flat tire same day (IFYKYK - that's nearly impossible to find on a Sunday). Thankfully they had one in stock. Guy is a SCAM, definitely will try to lie and tell you it's not repairable then upsell you on tires. First, the guy tells me it's $65 to replace the tire. So I say yes then at the end of the repair he gives you a different price of $70. When I told them the first price he gave me was $65 then claims he doesn't remember. they definitely will try to tell you that your valve is bad that it needs to be replaced when reality it doesn't. Horrible customer service. Surprise this place even has 4 1/2 stars. read more

I've been here twice and I love this place. The first time, they had the exact stock replacement tire I was looking for, and the second time they fixed my tire instead of selling me an expensive replacement. Both times I didn't have to wait and was in an out in less than 30 minutes and pricing was ridiculously cheap compared to other vendor shops. This will be my go-to place for tires until further notice. read more

Don't buy used tires from them because they charge almost double of what everyone else charges. You can buy a brand new tire for a little more than what they charge for used tires. Match the market and stop trying to rip people off when you buy those tires by the shipping container like everyone else that sells used tires! Used tires should be no more than $60 since most places charge between $40-60 with installation. read more

Don't recommend coming here if you are a female they will lie to you and make you believe that the tire you are simply brining in for a pack isn't patchable. Mine was a brand new tire they tried to tell me other wise simply to make money and resale my old tire I'm sure. Not good practice read more

Man, oh man, where do I start with Tire Boyz! Last year, in 2023, I went to them and wrote an outstanding review--they were quick and helpful! I had a flat tire and needed it fixed fast. When they told me I'd need a new one and charged me $150, I didn't think twice. Now, fast forward to 2024, and another flat tire--so back to Tire Boyz I go! They were quick again and told me I'd need a new tire (sounds familiar, right?). So, they take the tire, and I'm honestly starting to wonder if they're fixing the same tire and selling it back to me, but I go along with it. They bring it back, slap it on, and here's the kicker... the cost this time was $80! Now, I know I'm a little slow, and it's been a crazy year with the recession and all, but usually, during a recession, prices go up, not down, right? So can someone explain why I paid double the price the first time and half the price now? (That's the issue when you lie--you can't keep the story straight, and the price keeps changing.) The main guy who responds on Yelp (Saber or something like that) was the one who charged me $153 (tax included) the first time. Then I go, and the regular guy says $80. Long story short, Tire Boyz ran game on me. They got me for the price of two tires and just got busted! So, here's my final review: DO NOT GO TO TIRE BOYZ! THEY ARE DISHONEST. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THERE! I've attached receipts, just in case anyone thinks I'm lying. It's a shame when you try to support businesses only to have them rip you off. Trust me, it won't happen again! Thanks for ripping me off, Tire Boyz! Definitely a "boys" business, not men--because men usually have integrity! Piss poor! I'm going to find "Tire Momma" and tell her; I hope she spanks your bottoms and posts it on Yelp! Also, I'm a military veteran, and I'm sure my veteran community will love to hear about this one! And I don't own a Mercedes and didn't have run flat tires! I never even asked for a run flat tire or know what one is. I just needed my tire changed, he is still lying! Also if It was a run flat tire and it was more expensive, then why would I not get the same tire for the same car when I came in this time with another flat? So the run flat tire magically costs double the price because saber was there, vs 1/2 the price when he wasn't! Here's the truth.. he robbed me and got caught, period! This man is ridiculous, just giving you all a warning STAY AWAY FROM TIRE BOYZ!! trust me you will thank me later!! read more

Got in my car and found out I had a nail in my tire. The pressure was running at 15 I needed to find a place asap and not get scammed. Came across this place on Yelp, as it was 6 minutes away. Called the number, had an estimated quote. Went in and met Enrique who diligently and efficiently worked on my tire. I was probably there for about 5-10 minutes. Great service and price. For one nail it was under $35. I definitely recommend this place if you are not looking to get overcharged. read more

Stay away, stay away, stay away, this place is greedy. If I wasn't in need of tire repair or replacement asap I probably would've gone somewhere else. Took a long time to replace my tires and kept my old tires. Lied about cheaper options for service to make more money on me because I drive a nice car. He's probably going to resell my old tires because they still had a good amount of tread. I came here for the 4 1/2 stars and now I have trust issues with yelp's ratings. NEVER recommending this place. read more

I exchanged messages with them several times to get the wheel repaired, but the responses I got were far from professional. They didn't know that the deep scratches couldn't be fixed by simply scraping them off, and that scraping off too much would throw the wheel off balance. They also had no knowledge of the latest temperature-resistant putty. It might be fine if you were only concerned about appearance, but I wouldn't recommend it for people who drive on the highway. read more

Once we aligned on a date, Jonathan came to my apartment and assessed the damage. In about an hour, he had completed the work. The work he did was really well done. I cannot even tell that the prior curb rash damage was there and the rim looks brand new. I cannot say enough about how much Pit Stop Wheel Repair, and Jonathan, made my experience a really positive one. The communication, friendlies, and professionalism provided by Jonathan was top notch. I would highly recommend and will be a returning customer for any future damages!

They are prompt and knowledgeable. They matched prices for services I found cheaper elsewhere. The representative was patient and answer every question I had. He was not pushy and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I went to purchase a set of 4 tires and installation. He offered a wheel alignment, which I knew for a fact my car needed. I told him I would do it later at another shop, because it would be cheaper. He offered to match the price. So, I took it since it would save me time. Later, he called to let me know that the front brake pads had 2 mm left of material. He told me the rotors were still fine and that the rear brake pads were also still fine. I think that was pretty honest on their behalf. I told the representative I would check with the guy I usually go to for price...he wasn't able to match the price, but he gave me a good discount on original brake pads. Again...I took it because it saved me time. We're headed out on a long road trip...I'm confident that tires and brakes are not gonna be an issue thank to these guys! read more

I recently purchased tires from Tire Boyz, and overall, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the buying process smooth and hassle-free. The tires are in great condition, and they were upfront about all the details, which I really appreciated. However, I do wish they offered some type of warranty on used tires for added peace of mind. That would have made the purchase even more reassuring. Additionally, I was originally told I would be getting Michelin tires, but instead, received Bridgestone as they were not the right size. While they're still a quality brand, I was a little disappointed by the switch with little notice. Don't come to this tire shop unless you want your tire pressure sensor broken, Broke my Tire pressure sensor went back and told him and he said my car doesn't have tire pressure "sensors" and I asked him okay so how does my car know I have low pressure on my tires if it doesn't have sensors and he said I don't know and laughed. I've changed my tires in the past and never had this issue until now. Ridiculous. * Reply to your comment, do you think I'm stupid and don't know I have to recalibrate the tpms so the light doesn't come on already I already did the and it show TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR PROBLEM, YOU BROKE IT and my Honda isn't a 2015 it's a 2020 get it right. This place is a life saver. I came in yesterday 09/19/17 in the afternoon looking for a 225/45/ R17 Pirelli Tire for my 2016 Audi A3. I looked everywhere for this tire and Tire Boyz was my savior. The service was absolutely amazing. Sam was the person who helped me, and there are no words to describe his kindness. You do everything you can but with roads like these it was gona happen eventually. I don't know where it happened but I drove over a nail and it tore my tire up! I would not have known if it wasn't for one of you out there letting me know I was driving on a flat! I was shopping around for tires but no one had my size and I was getting frustrated until my brother told me about these guys. I called them up and they had my size! I was so happy when they said they could do it the same day! They removed two tires so I could rotate them easier and set me up with new ones. They were quick and got back to me quick! Hit a pothole with my whip and killed the front left tire real dead. Did not have my wallet with credit cards or debit only a few bucks in the pocket. Called the Tire Boys as it was 15 till 7pm and wanted to make sure they could get the job done for me. I was assured they were ready to replace my tire and I started the short drive to their shop. I am now posting my review about to drive away on my new tire and it is not even 7pm. Great customer service and fast work done right. yesterday I seen Sam at TireBoyz (Parthenia between reseda and lindley) to have my tires replaced. He was professional efficient and knowledgeable in regards to my vehicles needs. He was also fair and straight up with pricing. Also on a Sunday I had 0 (ZERO) wait was in and out less than 20mins. His lovely wife was there attending to the shop and customers as he worked the garage. That was a good vibe to see. Ok so I desperately needed all 4 of my tires replaced ASAP! I called ahead of time and spoke with them and they told me to come in right away and they could help me. They are the place to go Last month I was driving and a bucket of 5 inches nails fell out of a construction truck and with 3 weeks I ended up needing 3 replacements run flat tires They were so great providing me with 90+ percent new tiers for one third of the price They were super fast.
