It has been a very interesting Easter morning between getting to church, realizing I had a flat tire, calling AAA and then finding a place open today. Ernesto took my car in right away to evaluate it. There was a huge nail in my tire and he said a repair wouldn't be the best option as my tire was very damaged. He offered to give me a temporary tire for a good price. A used tired was installed and then he placed my old tire into my trunk. Ernesto had me road worthy in less than 30 minutes. Guy is a SCAM, definitely will try to lie and tell you it's not repairable then upsell you on tires. First, the guy tells me it's $65 to replace the tire. So I say yes then at the end of the repair he gives you a different price of $70. When I told them the first price he gave me was $65 then claims he doesn't remember. they definitely will try to tell you that your valve is bad that it needs to be replaced when reality it doesn't. Horrible customer service. Surprise this place even has 4 1/2 stars. read more

Remembered me from last time I stopped by. I had two bald front tires so I gave them a call and he gave a quote over the phone. Got a great deal, took credit card, and gave me two used wheels with plenty of tread left. The owner (I think) is always extremely friendly, and when I told him that I needed an alignment, he said they do it as well! Two front tires, and an alignment done in less than 30 minutes. This is of the only few shops that take credit card for alignment. Car feels amazing and much safer, I'll be coming here every time I need tires/alignment. read more

Match the market and stop trying to rip people off when you buy those tires by the shipping container like everyone else that sells used tires! They didn't know that the deep scratches couldn't be fixed by simply scraping them off, and that scraping off too much would throw the wheel off balance. They also had no knowledge of the latest temperature-resistant putty. Man, oh man, where do I start with Tire Boyz! Last year, in 2023, I went to them and wrote an outstanding review--they were quick and helpful! I had a flat tire and needed it fixed fast. When they told me I'd need a new one and charged me $150, I didn't think twice. Now, fast forward to 2024, and another flat tire--so back to Tire Boyz I go! They were quick again and told me I'd need a new tire (sounds familiar, right?). So, they take the tire, and I'm honestly starting to wonder if they're fixing the same tire and selling it back to me, but I go along with it. They bring it back, slap it on, and here's the kicker... the cost this time was $80! Now, I know I'm a little slow, and it's been a crazy year with the recession and all, but usually, during a recession, prices go up, not down, right? So can someone explain why I paid double the price the first time and half the price now? (That's the issue when you lie--you can't keep the story straight, and the price keeps changing.) The main guy who responds on Yelp (Saber or something like that) was the one who charged me $153 (tax included) the first time. Then I go, and the regular guy says $80. Long story short, Tire Boyz ran game on me. They got me for the price of two tires and just got busted! So, here's my final review: DO NOT GO TO TIRE BOYZ! THEY ARE DISHONEST. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THERE! I've attached receipts, just in case anyone thinks I'm lying. It's a shame when you try to support businesses only to have them rip you off. Trust me, it won't happen again! DO NOT waist your time or $ Check Engine light code was P0302. They said it needed a spark plug. I asked "Will you be able to check the fuel injector, vacuum leak near cylinder 2, low engine compression, or a wiring/connector issue as well?" They said they would. I brought it in and asked the on-site mechanic the same, even put it in Google Translate so there were no communication issues. He said "No its the spark plug" before he started or even used the diagnostic scanner I said it also shakes when u take ur foot off the gas can you check that also. He said yes. He changes the spark plug, test drives it and said it's ready. I asked again about the shaking he said that is probably the engine and he will have to take it apart to find the issue but it can be done later. I drive 40 miles and the check engine light comes back on! I message the shop back on Yelp and they say it will cost $3200 to fix it! Fix what!?!? You don't even know what the problem is and you return a vehicle to me that is NOT FIXED which was the sole reason I brought it there! No accountability, no responsibility for the lack of service provided or the workers! Waisted my time and $$$. I basically paid for a service that did nothing for my vehicle! Now I have to spend another day finding a REAL Mechanic that will actually fix my vehicle instead of fixing something that does not need fixed! I should have know when another customer that was there before me was yelling at someone over the phone about the horrible service she was receiving! BTW the person you communicate with on Yelp will not be on site!!!.... UPDATE they were kind enough to issue me a refund. read more
