I came back and replaced all four tires because they were absolutely right on Saturday when it took me three days to realize that the only were my tires not gonna last long but they were flat so I came and picked up four new tires 80,000 mile life these are the best tires I could ever dream of! I gave him a little extra time cause they're super busy when you're the best tire shop in the valley. Everybody comes in, but they took time. I can't wait to drive this car. I did some easy financing option options which helps people like me. I'm gonna be coming back to get alignment oil changes. I had a set of new wheels I wanted installed, but I just had the car painted and didn't want it in their garage or on their lift. I requested that they let me bring my own jack to remove/install the wheels myself in their parking lot. They handled the mounting and balancing - I did the rest. They were accommodating and I appreciate that. JULIAN was the younger dude who did most of the work without damaging my new wheels. I was worried but everything went well. The cost was not cheap, but mouting tires is something I can't do myself so I paid it gladly. I would come here again. read more

I am so happy I found these guys. I drove past them for years, with zero clue how professional these folks are and how reasonably they price. And so fast. So clean. So reliable. Really, these guys are as good as it gets. Chris at front desk is cool. Effective. Efficient. Professional. And the mechanics I've spoken with here exhibit the same. Their waiting room is comfy, with a fresh air supply free of automotive odors. It is also air conditioned, with snacks and drinks for sale, and complimentary water bottles available. And today they really helped me out. I really needed an oil change and tire rotation, but I didn't want to have to interrupt my Monday workday to get it done. Last November i bought a set of tires at this place. Last week i had a flat tire, a metal like a nail was caught that puncture the tire. The tire was brand new, i asked for the waranty and they did not honored. And NOT EVEN COULD FIX THE TIRE, the told me that the tire could not be repaired and that i had to buy a new one. I had the spare tire under the car, same as the others tires, i told the guy at the front desk to put it ibstead of the flat tire and they refused. The only option that i had was to buy a new one because it was my work car. They kep the puncture tire and sold me a new one in order to go to work. P.s. i arrived 30 minutes before they close and the guy at the front desk told me that i had to leave the car overnight and they could fix it the next day. After this experience i have to find a place that i can trust BUT NO JUST TIRES. I felt that they SCAMME. I WONT GO TO THIS PLACE ANYMORE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. For flat tires go to another place because at this JUST TIRES for shure they will not fix it. There are plenty of tures shops that are capable of repair a little hole with. I was looking for a spot to check & adjust my wheel alignment. Just Tires on Saticoy/Lindley was busy in the morning and simply asked me to check back later in the day. I returned around 5 p.m. and they set me up quick. Brian behind the desk/register was straight-up and quick to write me up for a wheel alignment, cool dude. He let me know my car was next up in line. I was in and out in under an hour. Jose G. was the technician who worked on my ride and his work on the alignment rack is solid. After rappin' about cars for a few minutes I bounced out and hit the freeway for a test drive - Saticoy/Tampa/101/405N. Just tires is only a few minutes drive from my house. I used to get new tires there. But the last time they gave me one problematic tire out of four. I kept getting tire pressure signal. I finally took it back and asked for replacement. No. Of course not. They only repaired it. Today the tire warning light was on again so I went to just y tires to get air put in. They used to have space that you can get in and out and turn around now it was parked with cars. The office guy yelled at me to move my car but no space to move into. Won't go there again. read more

Not a great experience at this location. They really need to improve their organization within the office and communicate better with the customers. - One technician recommended new tires. Another checked them and said, "I don't know what he's talking about, they're fine." - They left another customers vehicle key just sitting out on the counter, a key identical to my key letting me leave with someone else's car keys. - They stopped the customer intake process for every single phone call that came in, essentially allowing every phone call customer to cut in front of in-person customers. - They took my phone number down wrong even though I had to repeat it every time they restarted the intake process after a phone call. - Because they didn't have my correct number, we never received a call with updates or a quote. Which means I never approved the service or price. - When I did get ahold of them, they had no awareness and didn't really care about these issues but instead said "you better hurry up and get here. We close soon and we can't have any cars in the lot." All that said, poor organization, no customer service skills, mismanagement. read more

Not sure how this place has 4 stars. I had an appointment 10:00am to replace ONE rear tire. First got there and the guy behind the desk was helping a lady finish up. He finishes and then helps another guy wrap up.Ok right no worries. Then he proceeds to finish with the second guy, doesn't say a word then answers the phone and gives a full consultation. Ok no big deal. Then he asks me what I was there for, I told him I had an appointment. He says okay then proceeds to answer ANOTHER phone call and gives them another FULL price quote. Mid conversation he passes me to another employee and tells him to finish, but then gets off the phone within a minute and helps someone else. It's 10:10am at this point, I get set up and then they sent 2 employees to a store so had 1 tire guy. The two guys were laughing having fun left, 20 minutes later come back and take out one small tool chest it look like they purchased. 2 grown men needed to go I guess cause the 5x5 box was MASSIVE. It's 10:35am by this time and they start to take my car. I asked the guys inside how much longer guy says not much longer the cars already lifted and tires off. I tell them I had to leave so to call the number on the paperwork. I tell my wife he said it should be done in 15 minutes. I run a few errands I look at my phone and it's 11:30 and my wife said she just called and they said it will be 15 more minutes! So my car was already up tire off, with 3 workers and it took another HOUR? I'll bet anything they saw I left and proceeded to do other things. Worst service from the time I walked in. I ordered a Michelin tire for my car and this place ordered that tire but a different version completely different design. 30 mins later I go back because I noticed and they refused to exchange it to the correct one they also had in stock. the guy even had the nerve to say buy it again and put they old one on eBay to sell it .They even lied and said it was $50 more i checked it was not .I agreed to pay that but they said they cannot change it as it is already used how ridiculous but it's fine they'll just deal with my credit card company now good luck read more

What a rip off. I went there for an oil change and supposedly it was on special. When I noticed a flyer and asked about it, the young man who assisted me said that it was already discounted. Some goofy explanation was what he gave me and it turned out to cost close to 90.00, which I have never paid just for that service. And won't again, especially not there. Not only that, they are trained to be immoral, by lying. I was told that the car needed brakes because they were squeaky. I hadn't heard them, and besides, they had been done within the last 2 months. So I caught him trying to sell me unnecessary parts. I notice I had a flat tire so I decided to come to Just Tires to see if I could get the tire repaired or replaced. I was told that they had to cars in front and they were busy, after that he told me "go to reseda. Something might be open" I understand it's a Sunday but I work in the automotive industry and to leave a customer in a deal with it yourself situation is not right. That's why you have dealership when they are open they will take care of there customer. I ended up going to Costco which ended up showing me the leak and bought a tire due to the nail was in the side wall. Just think about that. If you in a situation like this they will leave you stranded and not even try to help you out. Also they will tell you to go somewhere else which I did. Went in because there was shaking at higher speeds and I was told it is a balance issue. I told them that was my MAIN concern. So hundreds of dollars later, they test it and what do you know, discover it's shaking and pretty certain it's the axle. Keep in mind that I am disabled and have no family. The ONLY way I eat is to go out a few hours (I am literally unable to drive much) as a ride share driver. I let them know that my top priority is to be able to continue driving safely no extras nothing fancy in fact the minimum I can get by with because I don't have resources. $300 later, i drive off with two tires, alignment and balance. AND three hubcaps. Because the missing hubcap is on passenger side, I did not notice that day but called to let them know as soon as I saw it. Raj said in the phone I had to come in to give him info to order plus to take a photograph. So I go in on Sunday, that ame day, minutes later, and he takes photos and says he will call me Monday. It's Monday and getting late, I call him, and he isn't there. The ones who are, the manager and a counter person told me they could not find it, they aren't going to replace it, they say it's after market but how do they know anything about my hubcaps if not I front of them? They refuse to not only take any responsibility, are far from apologetic in fact yell at me on the phone telling me if I want all four hub caps to "go buy them." Yelling that to me after they lost or destroyed my hubcap and take absolutely no responsibility for it. If you want your stuff lost, to be yelled at when you insist they do something (did I mention I cannot have cosmetic issues with car as ride share driver - I will be suspended if I do?), then this spot is a good bet.
