What a rip off. I went there for an oil change and supposedly it was on special. When I noticed a flyer and asked about it, the young man who assisted me said that it was already discounted. Some goofy explanation was what he gave me and it turned out to cost close to 90.00, which I have never paid just for that service. And won't again, especially not there. Not only that, they are trained to be immoral, by lying. I was told that the car needed brakes because they were squeaky. I hadn't heard them, and besides, they had been done within the last 2 months. So I caught him trying to sell me unnecessary parts. Whether they were nice or friendly, or whatever else, is beside the point. Too much of a long wait to be cheated and then to try and add insult to injury. read more

Went in because there was shaking at higher speeds and I was told it is a balance issue. I told them that was my MAIN concern. So hundreds of dollars later, they test it and what do you know, discover it's shaking and pretty certain it's the axle. Keep in mind that I am disabled and have no family. The ONLY way I eat is to go out a few hours (I am literally unable to drive much) as a ride share driver. I let them know that my top priority is to be able to continue driving safely no extras nothing fancy in fact the minimum I can get by with because I don't have resources. $300 later, i drive off with two tires, alignment and balance. AND three hubcaps. Because the missing hubcap is on passenger side, I did not notice that day but called to let them know as soon as I saw it. Raj said in the phone I had to come in to give him info to order plus to take a photograph. So I go in on Sunday, that ame day, minutes later, and he takes photos and says he will call me Monday. It's Monday and getting late, I call him, and he isn't there. The ones who are, the manager and a counter person told me they could not find it, they aren't going to replace it, they say it's after market but how do they know anything about my hubcaps if not I front of them? They refuse to not only take any responsibility, are far from apologetic in fact yell at me on the phone telling me if I want all four hub caps to "go buy them." Yelling that to me after they lost or destroyed my hubcap and take absolutely no responsibility for it. If you want your stuff lost, to be yelled at when you insist they do something (did I mention I cannot have cosmetic issues with car as ride share driver - I will be suspended if I do?), then this spot is a good bet. There are SO many tire shops in Los Angeles. Don't make the mistake I did and choose this one. read more

Liars and con artists. I took my car here to have my TPMS sensors installed and was quoted a price of $25 per each tire over the phone. I made sure to ask if reprogramming was included and was assured it was. Sensors get installed no problem, I leave and the low tire pressure light is still on. I go back to the shop and the guy on duty tells me that reprogramming is an extra fee and that he needs more time with the car. I told him I was told that reprogramming was included. He just shrugs his shoulders. I ask him how much and he cant quote me a price (he has to talk to his manager). I ask for my keys back and he initially refuses, i had to raise my voice to get my keys back. Avoid this place at all costs will be contacting corporate office to let them know about mismanagement and terrible service. read more

Awesome guys here! Came here after going to 2 different tire chain stores, both said it'll take hours just to patch my tire... Problem is I had to be back at work asap... These guys took care of me right away! Excellent service, highly recommended! read more

I have to say that I'm really impressed by the wonderful service that Tigran provided. He was so professional, Punctual, and friendly. I was so impressed with the service that I will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit Just Tires. He was so honest and did not try oversell. Can you fix my tire in 10 minutes and I was out of there. I will definitely return because of the amazing service. Thank You Tigran! read more

Poor quality of service. They don't care about customers and their vehicles. They are turning customer away from doing business. Also, the mechanics are below average. Took my vehicle to have the nail removed from my tire and the tech broke the wheel bearing on my new car. Don't waste your time and money with place. read more

This is my second time with Just Tires. JOSE always displayed superior customer service skills. JOSE explained my tire and car service situations fully, then offered choices and his opinion based on my personal driving needs, He never talked down to me, but informatively so I was able to understand the "what" and "why" for my purchases. Bottom line: JOSE sold me peace of mind which is priceless! Thanks Just Tires!!!! read more

Spend over three hours to change all four tires with alignment. Spend an over and hour to get my four wheels replaced. After that they moved my car and parked it so I went to go eat and walk around while I waited. When I came back only to find my car still sitting there with the alignment still not done. Walked inside and told them to please work on my alignment as there was literally no car and if I hadn't done so they would of left my car sitting there without alignment. Terrible service and terrible work ethic. read more

Super helpful. Most local to where i live and helped me with a flat right away. Fast, Friendly and generous all around.

This Just Tires used to be reasonable and fair. Not any more. A few months ago I took my car for a simple oil change. However, when I got my bill they had added more than $100 of extra charges for warranties that I didn't request. When I questioned them about it the service person said he planned to discuss them with me. No. They weren't. They were trying to tack on extra charges hoping I wouldn't notice. I'm assuming it's either to produce additional income or because I'm female and would be to stupid to notice. Although my family has been bringing our cars to this Just Tires location for more than 25 years we are no longer. They have lost another customer. read more

Complete waste of time. Ordered two tires through Tigran, he ensured me they would be picked up from the warehouse by 2PM and said he would call me when ready. No call by 2PM so I call and the rep said Tigran is probably out right now picking up the tires and ensured me they would call as soon as they are ready. No call Friday so I show up in person on Sunday thinking they would be at the store and the rep says they have no record of order but has the tires under a different customer. The rep says he has to text Tigran who isnt there today to check. After waiting 15 mins the rep says they dont have my order and they can reorder for next week. What a waste of time and zero customer service. read more

I came in with a flat and the guys fixed it in less than 15 minutes free of charge. Tigra and his guys are the best!!

I purchased a set of 4 tires for my sedan about a year ago and declined the insurance. My luck, I popped one of the tires. Luckily I had a spare tire, also purchased from Just Tires. I took the car in and the guys there replaced the tire free of charge. I was surprised for the complimentary service. The staff there were nice, friendly and knowledgeable. You don't come across this type of customer service anymore. Thank you Just Tires. You all made my day! read more

First time here was last Saturday, and I'm definitely coming back! Pros: Great service on my oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I sometimes go to the Van Nuys Just Tires location but service there is hit or miss. Half way into my oil change at the Van Nuys location, they told me they didn't have the tool to change the filter in my 2012 Toyota Corolla S and told me to go elsewhere. How weird is that! Cons: The thing missing at this Reseda location is a bigger waiting room. There's only a few chairs in the room and no TV. So if you're planning to get a lot of work done on your vehicle, maybe plan on getting dropped off or try finding somewhere else to hang out in the area. I didn't have a problem because not many people were in the day that I scheduled my appointment. But I did have my phone to help me kill some time and catch up on work while I was waiting. Other than that, Staff and Service gets an A+ from me. read more

Was recently involved in an accident that left my car less than stellar, with noticable frame/alignment damage. Just Tires was more than accommodating when it came to speedy service without a hassle! Tigran was most welcoming and friendly, which certainly added to a wonderful experience. I was able to have my tires changed, and car aligned within an hour during peak hours. I would most certainly be coming back with any of my tire needs, and 100% would recommend. Thank you Tigan and Just Tires for an awesome first experience, I have found my new tire spot! read more

Overall great service. Fair price with brand new tires and warranty but had a few minor maintenance issues and Miguel took the time to check. Just Tires - Checking everything - Tires Near Me - Reseda, California

THEY ARE SCAMMERS DONT COME HERE!!! My roommate had 1 flat tire and decided to come here because it was so close to our place. He told them exactly which tire he wanted replaced, they come back to him and tell him they need to replace all 4 tires bc "they were all worn down" (which is completely false since he just got those tires 2 years ago.) My roommate then asks for them to just replace the flat one, which he emphasized the location of again, and the mechanic then tells him that he needs to replace at least 2 of them because now the wheels are different sizes? Anyways, through a lot of confusing talk and the mechanic nervously going to the manager to figure things out, they replace 1 tire.... BUT NOT THE FLAT ONE. After reading some more reviews here, we realized that whoever's running this location is fine with scamming customers and actively encourages their workers to do so. Don't come here for anything!! Ignore all the good reviews they will try to scam you! TLDR; if you come in to replace 1 tire and then tell you that you need to replace more, LEAVE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

The reason for the one star is the fact that their employees get in your car or in my case, had to take my car for a drive to see what the problem is and afterward, the car stinks of marijuana. I understand it's legal in California but the employer should make sure they don't carry it around them and stink up customer's cars. I can only assume that they are also high while working. Being high while working is not my problem, but if they are driving my car while high, that is a serious problem that the employer should address. It took me 15 mins of driving with my windows down for the car to air out. This is unacceptable and Just Tires or the franchisee should do something about this. read more

had a great experience! would definitely recommend. they had low/med/high end tires in stock unlike the competition down the street.

I went in without an appointment to get an oil change. I ended up needed breaks done but everything was decently priced and done in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely give this place a try if you need work done on your car. read more

Really surprised at how disappointing my experience was here. I came specifically to this location because of the good reviews and I dont feel that the employees lived up to this. I swung by on a Friday afternoon because I needed an oil change and to have my tires checked since my tire pressure light came on. Some young guy with curly hair (unfortunately didn't get his name) helped me at the front desk. He told me there would be about an hour wait since there was people ahead of me, which I understand. I told him that I would try coming back another time for the oil change, but I asked if my tire pressure could be checked and tires filled. In a condescending tone, herepeated himself about having to wait, except this time he said itbcould be up to an hour and 40 minute wait. He stated that they would check my tires at the same time they do the oil change. So I clarified, I would come back another time for the oil change and that I just needed my tires checked/filled. I then asked "are you saying there would be an hour wait for any service?" And he said "yes that's what I'm saying," with an annoyed laugh or scoff. I understand I came by unannounced, but this is Just TIRES. I've pulled up at MANY tire places for pressure check and air and have been serviced immediately, regardless of what's going on. It is bewildering to me that I would be expected to wait for an hour or more for a service that takes less than 5 minutes. I hope that if I give this location a shot in the future or return for my oil change, I don't have to deal with an inconsiderate employee like I did today. read more

Paid for an oil change and you're supposed to get a tire rotation with service. They tried to not rotate the tires. And they started to talk back to me when I asked about it. I have been coming to Just tires for more than 10 years and I trust no one else. They treat me and my car with great importance as well as give discounts on most items. The staff there especially the manager Tigran treats you like family and what more can you ask for. Everything is done in a timely manner which is amazing since they always have lots of customers, which is another indication that they know what they are doing. Thank you!!! read more

My Operator was Brian Flores and he seems nice enough but he doesn't seem to know about cars. I got suspicious so I asked to see the mechanic notes. All online promo "free inspections" besides tire and brakes were not done. He gave me a quote for tires (very expensive for Kelly Edge AS) and for brakes. I thought it was weird that he said the rear brake rotors were warped when my car only had 44,000 miles. Took my car elsewhere for a free inspection and I was told my rear brakes were at 50% (when he said they were at a 2 out of 10) and didn't need replacement. I don't have money to burn in replacing brakes and rotors for no reason. The front brakes he and the technician were more accurate in their description. read more

I completely love visiting this Just Tires! This place has phenomenal customer service. Mel is the person that helped me out today. He got my car checked in. He also offered to perform other free services on my car such as checking the life of my battery, my brake fluid, and rotate my tires. I cannot begin to explain how exceptional the customer service is here. I understand that sometimes it might be intimidating to go to a shop because you're afraid of all the "bad news" you might get because they're trying to sell you something. This is definitely not the case here! Please check it out. It's totally worth it. read more
