Beware of this location. I've been using Jiffy Lube for years and never had a bad experience until the Reseda location damaged my car. After getting an oil change, my Ford Edge began to make horrible noises and lose power. I immediately returned and the technician added additional oil and said they could not repair the engine. Took it to a mechanic and found they added 10 quarts of oil when 6 is the full amount. This caused $1500 worth of damage. Jiffy Lube denied they caused the damage without any information. The manager was accusatory and rude. Luckily the damage was documented and repaired. Now the bureau of automotive repair can investigate them. Mistakes happen. But poor service and rude attitudes are a choice. read more

Review for Jiffy Lube - Reseda Location I stopped at the Jiffy Lube Reseda location on Sunday morning, November 9, 2025, very upset about a previous visit that took place on August 20, 2025. During that earlier visit, in addition to an oil change, my cabin air filter was inspected and replaced. Unfortunately, whoever handled it didn't properly secure the lid afterward. As a result, the cabin air filter kept bouncing around and prevented me from opening my glove compartment. I admit I was frustrated and rude to Rudy when I came back to address the issue. I was ready to write a very negative review and take my business elsewhere -- and I've been a loyal customer at this location since 2017, bringing three different vehicles here. However, Rudy and his team completely turned the situation around. They took full care of the cabin air filter problem and also handled my oil change with professionalism. Their attitude and commitment to making things right truly impressed me. Because of Rudy and his team's excellent service, I'll continue to be a loyal customer. Quick as a Jiffy! Took over 20 minutes but I got my oil change done fairly quickly here. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and gave me a discount. The waiting lounge is a little cramped, I could hear people's private conversations, I waited patiently and was out before i knew it.
