Employees are knowledgeable & always polite. I am a woman in my 20's...so I REALLY appreciate their honesty in explaining the services to also not trying to force me to add any services I don't need right then & there. I go out of my way to come to this location, never had an issue with them in the past 2 years & I hope it continues this way, best jiffy in the SFV! read more

Beware of this location. I've been using Jiffy Lube for years and never had a bad experience until the Reseda location damaged my car. After getting an oil change, my Ford Edge began to make horrible noises and lose power. I immediately returned and the technician added additional oil and said they could not repair the engine. Took it to a mechanic and found they added 10 quarts of oil when 6 is the full amount. This caused $1500 worth of damage. Jiffy Lube denied they caused the damage without any information. The manager was accusatory and rude. Luckily the damage was documented and repaired. Now the bureau of automotive repair can investigate them. Mistakes happen. But poor service and rude attitudes are a choice. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - 10 quarts of oil added to the engine - Auto Repair Near Me - Reseda, California

Worst experience I have ever had with an oil change in about 30yrs! Went in Saturday 9/26 around 5:30pm. Only one car in a bay. They had me waiting in my car in bay 2 for over 47mins!! What happened to the 15min oil change they still advertise!? They took my keys so I couldn't turn on the AC. The sun was beating on me so bad I had to put up the sun shade to avoid the direct heat. I was pouring sweat while the car guys just walked around and chatted with each other. I've been going here on and off since they opened. Was completely shocked at how bad the entire experience went. It took them about an hour to finally get me back on the road with only one car there before and during me!!!!!!!! Carlos wasn't very helpful to put it nicely. You could tell the boss was away so the guys just didn't care at all.... Horrible experience! Absolutely terrible. So bad, I thought I was being punked on a tv show read more

Stopped by for an oil change and they gave me a flyer w/3 options. Synthetic only & starting at $120. I asked for a conventional option and was told they didn't have any. My car takes a very common 5w 30. I went to Valvoline instead., No problem over there. read more

Avoid this Jiffy lube at least on weekends. Over 15 minutes with no staff attending us or even acknowledging us. No additional value from coming here over a traditional mechanic or valvoline. read more

This location is amazing. Tony and his team are very reliable and trustworthy. I have gotten a oil change and my tires checked. Very good service. read more

Lazy, rude, and unhelpful staff. Not sure if it is a requirement to be a complete dirtbag in order to change peoples oil but these guys are living up to the reputation quite well. Come here for bad service from undesirables. read more

Tony was professional, quick and knowledgeable. I was greeted immediately by Tony, he did not give me a tone of extra options just to increase my bill. It felt personable, like a friend was working on my car. read more

I recommend this place because TONY is amazing and he is very kind, honest and helpful. My son was here and he thinks like me. Thank you for your help. read more

Review for Jiffy Lube - Reseda Location I stopped at the Jiffy Lube Reseda location on Sunday morning, November 9, 2025, very upset about a previous visit that took place on August 20, 2025. During that earlier visit, in addition to an oil change, my cabin air filter was inspected and replaced. Unfortunately, whoever handled it didn't properly secure the lid afterward. As a result, the cabin air filter kept bouncing around and prevented me from opening my glove compartment. I admit I was frustrated and rude to Rudy when I came back to address the issue. I was ready to write a very negative review and take my business elsewhere -- and I've been a loyal customer at this location since 2017, bringing three different vehicles here. However, Rudy and his team completely turned the situation around. They took full care of the cabin air filter problem and also handled my oil change with professionalism. Their attitude and commitment to making things right truly impressed me. Because of Rudy and his team's excellent service, I'll continue to be a loyal customer. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them makes all the difference -- and this team handled it the right way. read more

Quick and efficient ... inside of 1 hour Tony was good and the rest of the staff was also helpful read more

Good quality service , quick and efficient. Didn't have to wait too long and did the service properly. Will be coming here again.

Quick as a Jiffy! Took over 20 minutes but I got my oil change done fairly quickly here. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and gave me a discount. The waiting lounge is a little cramped, I could hear people's private conversations, I waited patiently and was out before i knew it. Over all it was around $50, not too bad, the value is great as some businesses charge much more. Thank you! read more

Went to Costco and they told me that the place I went to before had given me two different tires in the front when I had purchased a set and one of them was more bald than the other. Not a car guy myself and I'm sure they figured they could take advantage. Classic chain company scammers don't come to this place unless you wanna get robbed and lied to your face. read more
