His response time to my inquiry was incredible and the estimate I received was very clear and straight to the point, if you have dealt with any mechanic ever you would know how much of a plus this is. Unfortunately my vehicle had an issue that was conflicting with the repair I initially inquired for. While most mechanics always seem to pressure the customer into additional repairs, Christian patiently explained the whole situation very clearly to me and simply laid out my options. I needed my alternator changed on my 2006 Scion tC and other shops were going to charge me $400 - $500 bucks! CALL VALLEY MOBILE MECHANICS FIRST. If you search for "mobile mechanic near me", you will see a few listings that all have great reviews. Well, I called those companies and of the four, only two answered the phone or responded to my message. And those two said they would call me back and never did. Then I saw Valley Mobile Mechanics and called them. Got an immediate and friendly voice on the phone. I told him that I needed to replace 4 Oxygen Sensors in my Jeep Wrangler. He listened with intent, took my information, and said he would confirm with his technician. They quoted me a price that was better than what I was seeing on the market. I live further out from their base of operations but they made an exception and came to me within a day. Christian, the owner, was in constant contact with me- easing any concerns I had about using a new mechanic/ company. The technician, Chris, arrived right on time and performed the work within one hour. I had just discovered some oil leaking when Chris arrived and was very stressed about it. But he was calming, and checked to see from where the leaks originated. It was definitely above and beyond. The Oxygen Sensor installation was perfect, I felt the immediate change in the Jeep's power and idle speed. So I originally contacted them yesterday regarding a problem that I was having with my car because I thought that I could save time by having him come to me while I'm doing stuff and look at my car and fix it instead of me having to drive somewhere else. But because we both had busy schedules going on, long story short, it was just difficult to coordinate a lot of things for this. For example, this morning because of my tutoring appointment for today he only had time to look at my car and not to get all the correct parts and fix my car. I don't blame him for that. Christian is the bomb! I'm giving him 4 stars because we had a little complication with scheduling but once we got everything straightened out he was here and my car has never ran quieter! He replaced the front struts on my 2006 Grand Prix GXP, and it was done in just a couple of hours, and just as the name of this company shows, he did it right at my house in our driveway, here in the Valley. Just had Christian come out today and swap out my alternator. I was a little pressed for time, but Christian did a great job and super fast! I supplied the alternator, and weirdly the correct one I purchased from Pep Boys had a slightly different Bolt than the factory one. But Christian was able to Maguyver it and got me going very quickly. Very happy to have discovered this wonderful service.
