Amazing service by Chris he said he would take care of my vehicle and he delivered 100%. Great price and great service. He was very responsive and did a great job fixing my van! He did bring it back to life like he promised. Would highly reccomend Chris and his services! One of the best mechanic experiences I've had. He came to my garage and checked out my car and has been very responsive and helpful throughout the process! Super reliable and dependable! Did an amazing job fixing my car!

Perfect work

just had my alternator changed by Christian and can't be any happier with his work and communication. from the point I made contact he gave me a quote and stood by it. he arrived at the time he said he would and worked on the car right away. such a professional he'll be the mechanic I call for any work needed. thank you Christian.

If you need your car fixed for ANYTHING, call Christian! I can not remember the last time my car ran this well after he fixed it up for me. I needed my alternator changed on my 2006 Scion tC and other shops were going to charge me $400 - $500 bucks! Christian not only came over and fixed the issue in a few hours, he also found a few other issues caused by some previous mechanics such as a loose radiator, an incorrectly installed spark plug, and replacing my radiator hose. He was so kind enough to fit more time out of his day to fix these other issues on my car I just don't know if other shops would have caught them. On top of being a super nice guy, Christian is very open about his pricing and will always give you a fair price; for him and for you. CUSTOMERS: Buy your own parts! Christian already goes out of his own way to come to your car, the least you can do is have the parts needed and ready to go! I'm never going back to a shop again.

If I can I would've given them no stars. I called in to ask for a quote for my father. The man I spoke to was rude and also had the nerve to tell me to find someone else. What type of business is this? I wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL to ANYONE! I had NEVER used their services NEVER MET the man and he was flat out rude and disrespectful. UPDATE: Response to owner: Shows very much of character you have to call me an idiot. I told you that my father thought you guys were over priced however I wanted to help him out and pay to have his vehicle fixed. You were rude to ask me if I wanted you to repeat what you told him and I said yes, of course I do. Hello? I wanted to know how much it was so I can help him out. Then you said to go with someone else. That's rude of you. I was NEVER rude to you. Furthermore you send threatening txt messages to me too.

So I originally contacted them yesterday regarding a problem that I was having with my car because I thought that I could save time by having him come to me while I'm doing stuff and look at my car and fix it instead of me having to drive somewhere else. But because we both had busy schedules going on, long story short, it was just difficult to coordinate a lot of things for this. For example, this morning because of my tutoring appointment for today he only had time to look at my car and not to get all the correct parts and fix my car. I don't blame him for that. But in the end I decided to go to a mechanic nearby to where I had just tutored someone instead because I felt I could get it repaired sooner that way, and I politely let Mobile Mechanics know that I had chosen to do so. To my shock they replied to me with this really rude text. He really needs to learn some customer service skills. That is not how you talk to a customer. Completely disrespectful. UPDATE After I initially posted this review I had to block his number because he proceeded to triple down on his disgusting rudeness. The second and third screenshots are from after I initially posted this review.

I went in for transmission fluid change earlier in February in my Toyota Camry 2018. I bought OEM Toyota transmission fluid and asked Joe to help do drain and fill.The drain and fill was completed. After that there was a rough driving issues started. I went back to show my car to joe and he drove the car he told me he don't see any issues. I wanted him to check transmission fluid port on if there is low transmission fluid he didn't agree and told me I might be overthinking. I went to different mechanic in April and he checked. I paid $100 to reopen the port for transmission fluid and what we saw was no fluid came out from the primary port. He added 0.5 quarters left. The issues I have had for rough idle and need to have higher RPM on slope went away completely.According to him you have to keep the car running when you drain the fluid and you need to have it at the right temperature he said the drain and fill wasn't done correctly that's why there was still room for fluid. The viscosity of the fluid makes a difference in how much you can fill and drain. He double checked for leakage and there were no leaks either. When I went to joe and asked about don't you have to keep car warm to see if temperature is right? He said you only do it when there is a leak. I don't think Joe knew enough about mechanics of New car. I wasn't overthinking when I went to ask Joe for help and asked to recheck the transmission fluid. I paid $260 for labor only( $160 to Joe and $100 to another mechanic) for same job. It's really absurd. Overall this could have damaged my transmission. I think for future the customer advise should be taken seriously. I know my car well so I know when it's not acting good. I have been driving it from 10 years.

In Los Angeles, the driving capital of the world, there isn't a shortage of mechanics and body shops but not all are created equally. JoJo's Auto Body is top notch! My dad has been a client of Manar and JoJo's Auto Body for various projects and of course recommended him highly. My dad is of a certain generation where nothing less than perfection is acceptable, so I knew he'd done his due diligence. JoJo's had done some significant work on two of my parents' cars. Of course, then, I contact Manar. Unfortunately, parked right in front of our home, my driver's side view mirror was clipped by a passing car that had drifted. I happened to be inside the car and the car drifted right, hit the mirror and sped off. Immediately after, I contacted Manar. We scheduled an intake. He was punctual, professional, and transparent about options and cost. He provided me with the necessary information and I felt absolutely no pressure to make a decision immediately. He had one of his technicians tape up the remnants of the rear view mirror to cover it while we decided. A few weeks passed and we decided to have the entire mirror replaced. We asked Manar to let us know when the mirror would arrive and we could just come in and have it taken care of quickly. He contacted me on a Monday to say the mirror replacement was at the shop. We scheduled a time for me to take the car on Wednesday and within 35 minutes of arriving the work was done. In addition to his professionalism, quality of work, and honesty, Jojo's is a well managed and kept body shop. I mean no one really wants to sit around a body shop but if ever you need to, JoJo's is immaculate. There is plenty of parking, clear signage, and a welcome reception and office manager. Each visit I was asked if I needed anything to drink, including water or coffee. There is clear management signage about their policies and pricing No one ever wants to deal with body work but if you have to, please do yourself a favor and go to JoJo's Auto Body! It has quickly become our family go-to!

I'm updating this review because the business response is misleading…read more I have a voicemail from Steve clearly stating that they did not want to get involved with my vehicle because another shop had already worked on it and he did not want me to possibly "get upset at them too." That was the exact reasoning given. This was not about warranty. It was not about saving me money. I was fully prepared to pay for an inspection or any necessary correction. I was simply asking for a professional second opinion. If a shop refuses work because they're concerned a customer might "get upset," that raises serious questions about confidence in their own work. A reputable shop stands behind its skills and diagnoses issues regardless of who previously touched the vehicle. Changing the explanation publicly after the fact does not reflect well. I stand by what I said. I had a very disappointing experience at Automotive Instincts in Northridge. I called and spoke with Steve about looking at my car after another shop had worked on it, and he basically told me they didn't want to touch it because another shop already did the work. His reasoning was that he didn't want me to "get upset at them too." That makes absolutely no sense. As a customer, I'm simply looking for a professional second opinion or proper correction if something wasn't done right. Refusing to even inspect the vehicle just because another shop previously worked on it feels unprofessional and dismissive. Cars get worked on by multiple shops all the time -- that's normal. Turning someone away out of fear of a bad review instead of standing behind your own skills says a lot. Very disappointing customer service. I expected more professionalism and confidence from a shop with such high ratings.
