I've gone to Jiffy Lube in the San Gabriel Valley for regular maintenance for 15+ years. I moved to the San Fernando valley and figured I could trust the franchise. Went twice for oil changes and was told my brakes were fine, I just had to have my rotors fixed because my brakes were too far gone. Never again. Way too expensive to be this negligent. Extremely unsafe! read more

Awesome experience I am very happy that I dropped by this Jiffy the team was very friendly topped up

Swell team here. Enjoyed my experience and service. Informative and swift work. I've come to this location before and they always provide a great time. read more

I don't normally use Jiffy Lube but this location was new to me and I am far too lazy to change my own oil anymore so to gave them a try. First off I have to say it was refreshing to not have the hard upsell. They manager did inform me of their offered recommended services but was not pushing me about it. I was shown the wear items so I was able to make my own decision of what I wanted to deal with on this visit and I for the price I was very happy with the service I received and this will likely be my new go to for oil changes. read more

Salvador and Mario are AMAZING. I came in right before they were closing for an oil change, and my coolant was super overheated. When they barely touched the coolant line, it broke and coolant sprayed EVERYWHERE. They let me know what was going on and immediately started trying to figure out how to fix it. They called like four different people and places and were on the phone for probably 20 minutes trying to find the replacement line. They ended up having to get it from the dealership the next morning. They even offered me a ride home so I wouldn't be stranded, and they had my car ready for me by like 11 the next morning. They were so communicative throughout and really just took care of everything. I seriously couldn't have had a better experience. They didn't charge me for any of this, which shocked me because it really wasn't even their fault. They went so far above and beyond. I will 100% only be coming here from now on. Salvador and Mario THANK YOU!! You guys were amazing and seriously deserve a raise!! read more

Great Service. Carlos was very helpful and informative! I left happy and so did my car!

Carlos needs to work on his customer service skills. I was charged by him for parts (oil + oil filter) that I already purchased and brought in myself. When I called back for clarification his response (after a 10 minute hold) was "I don't have an answer for you" and "I'll reach out to my district supervisors to reach back out to you." He then says Guillermo is out on vacation though, so you won't hear from him until Thursday. Why even mention that? This interaction could have went a lot better, but I will NOT be returning to Jiffy Lube in the future. read more

I just came here and they were supposed to just check what's wrong with the car because the light is on and the guy I don't know his name but he was really rude. He said he just got here and I said I was waiting before the two cars and he was like well, you're not in line behind those cars so we don't do anything in this line where you at so we have to service them first and I'm like I've been waiting for 20 minutes. He's like it doesn't matter because you're not in the right line and I'm like the other guy told me had to stay in this line so they could put the machine to check what's wrong with my car first because he said the weight was one hour so he's gonna check with the machine if I actually need the oil change because if I still have more time to get my oil changed, I could come back later and that we are an hour so I stayed in that place where the first guy told me and now there's new guy that he just got here and he was so rude so anyways, I ended up leaving some fat guy with glasses short guy. He was so rude and I'm never coming back to this place. read more

I've been coming to Jiffy Lube in Tarzana for years with different cars, and I've always had a good experience. The technicians are professional and helpful. Synthetic oil change. The employee asked the driver for wheel lock. Couldn't change tire rotation.

Came in for only an oil change. I had an issue with the wiring on my turn signal. The technician did a damage report on my car.

Terrible customer service, I came in for a vehicle inspection I understand it's busy but their manager Carlos told me to wait 30-60 minutes I waited and he still said to wait another 30 minutes looking like he didn't even want to help me. If he didn't want to do it or he could've been honest saying they need to prioritize oil changes. Terribly disappointed in the customer device they provide read more

Service was fast & excellent. Very polite manners too. Highly recommend this spot! I entered in through the alley behind business.

I drive up to the Jiffy Lube without an appointment. I was greeted right away and pointed to the bay my car would be placed in. The same gentleman that waived me in had a tablet ready to take down my info, scan my car information to get the recommended info from the manufacturer. They gave me a quote and even told me about some discounts they currently have. The waiting room was clean and comfortable with a television, water and bathroom available while I waited. It only took about 20min and they quoted me 30. I was in and out fast. Thanks! read more

Great customer service & great workers at this location. They make you feel welcome and comfortable.

I always come to this location for oil changes, and they've consistently done a great job. After a recent tire rotation, I noticed shaking at 70 MPH and brought it back. Edwin Carranza, the general manager, was incredibly helpful--he rebalanced the tires and walked me through honest, clear options to improve my car. It's running much better now, and the whole experience was smooth and positive. Highly recommend this shop--and definitely ask for Edwin. read more
